Hello. I bought a motorola two-line expandable phone, plus two additional handsets. The reception is so bad it’s virtually unusable. When I called motorola’s customer service department to complain, I had to keep repeating myself because of the bad reception. Their only solution was to send me a new phone system. What good is that when it’s obviously just a badly-made product? All I wanted them to do was take all of it back. It was never used, but I bought it online and the web store didn’t allow returns. My mistake on that one. But you’d think motorola would take some pride in their products, or at least care that they have one very unhappy consumer on their hands who will never buy anything made by motorola again.
I had Motorola V3 silver, Which I lost after 3 months of purchase. I asked motorola customer care helpline for tracing the lost mobile. but, nobody from Motorola company could help me. It's so sad to know that the biggest cell phone company Motorola does not have the software to find out the lost mobiles. If motorola could do the tracing work. Customer from all around the world will run after Motorola.
I guess I will never buy motorola product, but I like motorola because I had purchase the Motorola for the first time.
I have a motorola razr cell gifted to me by my uncle in the US. It is demanding for some security code number which my uncle does not remember. I have the details of the cell for eg IMEI no etc. Someone please help me out. Thanking You

I have got motorola W220. Last month my mobile stop charging, i went to service center of motorola for its repairing, which is still under warranty period, but service center refused to repair it under warranty period and asked for Rs. 2500/-for its repairing.
The reason given by them was that, it is damaged by water, but there was nothing like that, because again the same is repaired by another service center of Mototola, under warranty period, by saying that it is just a circuits problem... it will solved.
Hence we can say that motorola is doing fraud with its customers, by opening such service centers. Hence i have decided to take legal action against this fraud. I will take action with in 1 week for this.
MOTOROLA is just loosing its brand value, disgusting.
I brougt one motorala on 2.02.2007 my hands free not working for next day of purchasing date, I asked several times fof Motorola service secttion at Bangalore richmond circle ,next to ABN amro bank,they told me that not stock in here come for nextmont,even what type of service will provided to customers i dont know,here warenty of one years to be write down day to day,really motorola is worst and bad customers service,please note that you are perchase new confirm at product

I bought a Motorola L6 an year ago. While it was in its warranty period, its reception became so bad that it was a useless set for me. I gave it to the service centre and they returned it to me after a month. Moreover, the mobile was still having the problem with reception.
I gave it again to the service centre and they told me that they had just repaired the useless part.
Returned it to me after half a month...it worked perfectly.
BUT AFTER ONE MONTH IT BECAME A USELESS CELLPHONE AGAIN AS IT HAD THE SAME PROBLEM-"PROBLEM OF RECEPTION"
Motorola is losing its customers. I wont by a Motorola again..
Since 2 months i m Motorola (L9) User, Its getting hang while i m using message, I was trying to send picture message it was telling that " unable to send, Do u want to Resend Yes No" i have given No. No response. Entire system Hang, Then i made Switch OFF then ON to become Normal.
Before i was Nokia(6020) user I never faced such a problem
I had motoroler it only last me 7 months, it completly don't turn on it self. One night I put my wake up call for4.00 am all my limes motoroler completly deed. When i called sprint they ask meto go sprint store when i went to the store, again I have to call motoroler, the customer service relly bad some of the staff not aware of the products not even knowledgeable how to talk to the customers. keep puting you on hold. I think motoroller not worth every time calls get hanged up, it get turn of it self.. very poor service...
i bought motozine ZN5 twenty days back.At a time there is a problem with speaker.Then i went to service center regerding to this problem.They said that the piece is not good we are going to give replace with that.the days are running but i didn.t get any information from that guys.Each time they postponed.nobody give correct reponce and correct time about when will give the mobile.the guys very lazyyyyyyyy.
I too have problems with A810 set purchased. Within 8-10 hrs. the battaery is loosing charge. I made a complaint. Once the battery was changed but still the same problem continues.
MOTOROLA E330 ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I had two of this phones -the first one broke within 5 hours of purchase and the second one that AT&T Sent me, broke in the same place. this IS A HORRIBLE PHONE AND IT IS SO CHEAP THAT YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET YOUR HANDS ON IT. Only AT&t can send you and make you believe that the phone is good. I will continue spredding the word on this phone. This is again a HORRIBLE CHEAP PHONE!
