Hi motorola guys,
I bought your mh7021 mesh wi-fi system with a motorola modem separately a few months ago and since then its performance has been very poor.
It was never delivering a consistent connection and freezes every 15 to 20 minutes for no reason. I have xfinity 1.2 gig and they came in and reconfirmed the speed at modem output. It is the only motorola mesh system which is glitching, me and my son are both working /studying online and this garbage mesh system makes our work a hell everyday. We changed the router, satellite locations, bought another set of the same model but the problem is persisting.
We tried your phone [protected] a multiple time in last 3 months and you guys never took our call. This is not done at all. I never ever expected this kind of unprofessional service form motorola. Even today I called on this number and waited more than one hour but after one hour robo answered, no customer service is available to me at this moment, are you guys kidding us, after 60 minutes of wait you guys disconnecting calls. Irequest you to please resolve this otherwise I would be moving to communication commission pretty soon. I am fed up with all this device and poor customer service. I bought 2 no of 7021 mesh systems and spent more than 300 dollars trusting motorola. Very disappointed.
