I’m extremely disappointed with MovieStarPlanet and their handling of VIP purchases. After paying for their VIP package, which promised exclusive benefits and content, I did not receive the services or items I paid for.
Their lack of accountability is shocking. Despite contacting their support multiple times, I received vague responses and no clear resolution. It’s unacceptable for a platform to take customers’ money and fail to deliver the promised features.
To make matters worse, they have no accessible customer service phone number and rely solely on a slow and unhelpful ticket system. This feels like a deliberate strategy to avoid resolving issues quickly. Their refund policy is a joke, and they seem to hide behind their terms and conditions, which are heavily skewed in their favor.
For a platform that markets itself as fun and safe for kids, this behavior is unethical and exploitative. I would strongly advise anyone considering a VIP purchase to think twice—there are far better games with transparent policies and actual customer service.
MovieStarPlanet, do better. Deliver on your promises or stop taking money from loyal customers.
