When I was searching for tracking app google shows this in the top list and the website clearly mentioned that if u are not satisfied with the product u can request for refund within 14days of the purchase anyhow they have not mentioned what exactly the statisfation means openly, only when u do the research about the refund policy is where they will tell u it’s not based on customer satisfaction it is decided by the company.
1.Now first thing is they show the process is very easy actually it not.
2.Secondly when the device is not accessible with a valid reason the company should understand that the use of the application is not necessary.
3. Or should clearly mention refund of 14days policy is only applicable in case of double transactions
4. After doing some research about the company can clearly see this confusion is there from quite some time and also there are multiple complaints regarding this issue but the company did not make any changes and still shows the same.
Hence u can clearly make out that the company is trying to fool people and take money from them.
Hence requesting for the concern department take action regarding this so that other people does not have to go though the same problem again.
It’s would also be good if they refund my money as this application is not supporting the phone same time the device is not available handy but when they are trying to do it from a different location also it’s not supporting the device
Claimed loss: Have faced a loss of ₹2,340 or u can tell $ 28.10
Desired outcome: I would really appreciate if u will able look into this and process for a refund, as we already in bad financial condition this resolution would help me pay for our kid’s education fees
