The month of September i made arrangement that they change my monthly debit order and make it to the last day of each of every month, come October still the same issue continue and mind due i have to pay for re- connection fee.
Monday the 25 November i spoke to the lady called Primrose and explained the matter to her and she told me she escalated the matter to the finance department but she will connect my DSTV .
Thursday(28 November )i still face with the same thing and called the multi-choice office and spoke to Nokuphila around 09:21 and explained the same matter to her and responded to me that she will escalate the matter further still my DSTV has note been activated and i am so tired calling about the same thing and i cant get any help.
