VISA debit card
I have $164 in my prepaid account. I had purchased a prepaid card, put it in my drawer and forgot about it. The card expired 10/19. I recently found it and went on line to see what I need to do to get the money out. It said to call this number [protected] and there would be instructions on how to get another card. I clicked on every combination of numbers, but none of them said anything about ordering another card. I have been trying to get information either how to get that money out or get a debit card that is not expired.

75$ prepaid mastercard
I just got it in the mail and it's not even recognizing the card so now I can't even use the 75$ of mine... I tried the website and calling and on the phone is said they're having technical difficulties please try again later and then it hangs up! I don't think the card I was sent is valid.. I don't know how to get it fixed or who to contact
Prepaid card pending - no support
I have a prepaid Mastercard that I was trying to use to pay my phone bill, but the phone service rejected my prepaid card. So Myprepaidcenter.com should release the pending amount the next day instead of have my prepaid card stuck in a pending mode. It has been 9 days that I can't use my prepaid card on something else and there's no live customer support to cancel the transaction for me. A company has no live customer support staff to support customers?
I paid my Optimum cable bill with 2 rewards mastercard, both which has money n it and both payments bounced. They cable company shut my TV off and added late charges to my account. They tried to process the card several times but the card was rejected each time. When I called the prepaid center it was all automated. I could not get a human. After 7 days I checked the balance on my card again and there is no transaction and the balance is still on my card. My cable company told me to call them and gave me the declined payment ID number to ask them why the card declined but there is no human I can talk to. I again today paid my Optimum bill this time with one card and the payment went through but the card balance on the site still shows the same balance. Mastercard reward card
Have a $200 mastercard reward card and made a $48.41 purchase and now it has a zero balance after that one transaction. There is not a live person to talk to. Sounds like a scam. This company should be investigated.
Visa prepaid card
My visa debit $750 award card has a significant balance that i'm unable to view or use. There is no option on the website or phone to speak to anyone. I have the card and security code in hand yet the website and automated phone system says the card does not exist. The expiration isn't until 08/20. Please help.

Rebate card
Got my card, but when I try to activate it, I get the msg, that what I entered does not match theirs. I've tried by phone and website. And of course there is no fing way to talk to a real person unless I want to lie and say the card was lost or stolen. This seems to be a common theme with the company. Most likely a way to get the $ back from the company paying them for the rebate and then also a way for them to keep the customers $.

Prepaid card expired
I have a prepaid card that expired in April 2020. How do we get an extension with all that is going on with store closures? We started opening back up and now cannot activate card to use it. All I want is to be able to use the funds that were on this card, $160.00. I want to use this card to make purchases but am not able to use because I can't activate it. I thought it was more secure not to activate it until it was time to use it.

Transaction declined, used before expiration
I have a mastercard prepaid card for $140 that had an expiration date of 4/30/20. I used it for an online purchase on that day. The transaction went through, but I received an email a few days later that stated the card was declined. I tried calling the myprepaidcenter customer service number listed on the back of the card and on their website, but ther is no option to talk to a live person! There isn't even an email address to contact anyone. I tried to create an account three times to see if I could access information, but it won't allow that either. I understand this is a difficult time to get business done, but at least offer an alternative way to get some help!

Card issues
During this unprecedented time, I planned to use my prepaid card 5/1. When entering the information in an attempt to use it, I found it expired 4/20; a few hours before my attempted use. I would like to speak to someone to inquire about extending the expiration date. I understand it says on the card it must be used by the date on the card, but would really like to inquire about changing the date. I did not intend it to not be used by the end date but it's not like stores are open for business either.
Please contact me as to where or how I can communicate with a real person instead of going in circles with the automated system that takes you nowhere.

Virtual card locked
So I went to check my balance online today on my virtual MasterCard and couldn't remember my password. I requested a new password and got it, but when I went to sign in again it said my account had been locked and to contact customer service using the number on the back of the card. Since my card is virtual, I don't have the card and cannot look at the number, so I called the customer service number on the website and got nothing but a robot, with no resolutions at all! How do I unlock my card with all the money on it?! This is crazy.
My account was locked because I couldn't remember my password, and there is no way of getting thru to customer support, and I don't have my card number because it is a digital card. Help! All I need to do is reset my account, I reset my password but it says the account is still locked. Who do I contact to resolve this issue? I need the account back ASAP!

Stolen fee
I requested a plastic card expedited because it showed $0.00 fee. Once I selected the card be mailed I was taken to a screen showing that they charged me $3.00. I have a screen shot as proof that it said $0.00 fee. I tried calling but they have no customer service available it just redirects you to their website. I would not have requested the plastic card if I knew they were going to charge almost 17% of the balance to send it to me.

I noticed a charge on my card for $400 that I did not make. The charge was posted [protected]. I tried to call the customer service number listed and got a bunch of automated messages and could not get to a live person. After going through all of the automated messages and back to the main menu several times. I finally got a "live" person that must have been on a cheap cell phone as I said "hello" at least 10 times before they could hear me. The call was constantly cutting out throughout the call and it was very hard to understand the person I was talking to. Enough about that. Onto the response I got when I wanted to dispute the charge. I was told I needed to wait 10 days for the charge to actually post and get out of the "pending" stage since it had only been a day since the charge was made. After the 10 days I could then call them again and file a dispute in which I was told that could take up to 10 more days. They shut off my card today obviously, but now here I am without my $400 that I just loaded onto the card on 4-8-2020 and I am looking at the better part of 3 weeks, probably more before I receive my new card and can use my money. The other problem I have with this is that they take 5% of every $100 you put on the card in the first place and now this is the customer service I receive for using them? I asked why they couldn't just put a stop on the $400 transaction since it was still pending and not let the money go in the first place. Their answer was, "that is not our process." Basically I just paid them $20 to put $400 on my card for me to use and I have to let somebody else take my money first and then see if I can get it back next month.
Not only do I not have my money to use now, but since they cancelled my card I no longer have an active account and can not look at any other past transactions. I have been using this service for 7 years and have paid them the 5% fee on several thousands of dollars and this is what I have to deal with on a fraudulent charge. First time I have had to call customer service and it has been an absolute horrible experience so far. When they are taking my money everything is good. But have an issue and it's "good luck, maybe you can use your money next month." Horrible!

Explaining the situation:
A month ago I redeemed two virtual card codes into my account.
Today I tried to access my account but the password wasn't correct.
Then I changed the password and tried accessing it with the password I had just changed.
After a few tries my account got locked.
Important information:
I can see you request information regarding the credit cards.
But I don't have any information about the virtual credit cards
The only information I have is the redemption codes I used to get them, the date I redeemed them and their values.

I have a plastic card and same issue calling is no help. There is no one to talk to and no option to reset your locked account.
Rapid expiration of prepaid card
I received two (2) prepaid cards totaling $30.00 for purchasing Behr paint from Home Depot last fall. I saved them for buying more paint. Yesterday I learned they had expired! Short period for use.
