I will never recommend nor shop at NAP ever again. It took over 2 months to receive all of the items I ordered, and each item was shipped separately. The fitment of the clothes don't resemble what they claim the models sizes are, and although the shape/ style of the clothes resemble the pictures, the fabrics are not as pictured. Although they do accept returns, they make it a very difficult process, requiring many email exchanges back and forth, asking for the same information repeatedly, and don't pay for return shipping. The return shipping cost more than I paid for the garment, so I donated it.Their website is the best part of this company; their products and customer service are sub-standard, and I cannot recommend purchasing anything from this company.

The customer service representative does not understand the customer's issues.They are selling products that they do not have in stock and are not able to ship. They do not have the ability to tell you what products are in stock and what is out of stock.They offered to mail me the same product in a random, unspecified color. They could not specify what color or if the item would be mailed.If customer service representative does understand the issue, they either do not have the ability and communication skills to resolve it, or they do not have an investment in their company and are neglectful in their duties. The customer service representative sent a laughing emoji when I told them their customer service was not good.
Do not order from this company. The sweater they sent didnt even remotely match the item in their picture or description on their website. But they refused to cover shipping as they said they sent the correct one. Despite sending them multiple photos that showed it clearly wasnt what was shown on their site, they insisted they sent the correct one. I just gave it away as I had no expectation they would process a refund even if I did pay my own shipping to return it. I will certainly never order from them again.q

Shipping is tremendously slow, ordered 2 items on Nov 14, 2021 and was not informed that one of the item is not available until I chatted online with their customer service on Nov 29, 2021. The website did not mention that it would take *** days to process the order. Today is Dec 1 and I have yet to receive the items. One of the items that is back-ordered still says it is available on the website and that is not right. When I bought the item, there were no reviews posted on Nov 14 but when I checked the website recently, I saw that there were reviews posted on early November which sounds to me very sketchy. Bottom line is, I would not recommend this website at all. I tried to give a 1 star on the review on their website but it is waiting for their approval so I bet they would not even post my comments.
Beware--False Advertising I was very happy with my first purchase with this company 2 years ago HOWEVER ... 5 weeks ago I purchased the same item to replace my much worn and loved duffle cardigan robe. The quality has taken a serious nose dive. First, the fabric is not 100% wool as advertised. It's extremely stretchy when compared with my previous purchase and clearly has A LOT of spandex/nylon in it. Frankly I'm not seeing anything in the quality of the knit that indicates ANY wool. The garment measurements are about 10 inches smaller than advertised. One sleeve is 2 inches longer than the other. They are charging premium prices for extremely low quality foods. I will never order from this company again.
I too wish that I had read the Complaintsboard.com reviews prior to ordering $701 worth of items on 11/23. This is BY FAR the worst experience ever and I have ordered a ton of clothing online. Piece by piece I have received 4 of the 5 coats I ordered. I am still waiting on #5. Ive reached out to this company countless times with little to no satisfaction. Needless to say I will NEVER order from them again. Oh, and did I mention that I gave 2 of the 4 coats that I received directly to Goodwill (unworn with tags and all)! The two coats were supposed to be size medium but were huge and totally out of proportion and one of the coats I could barely button because the buttonholes were so small and both coats were unlined. Its exactly 90 days since my order of winter coats and winter may well turn into spring before I received the fifth coat and if/once I receive it, it very well may not fit. But I can 100% vow that this company is the worse, should be out of business and will never get one more cent of my hard-earned $$!
This company is a scam. The return process is a joke. *** is atrocious. Avoid at all costs there are far better companies out there to get overpriced sweatpants from.
Very bad experience. Very long delivery time, minimum one month and it was not the right color. I was told that I would not pay any costs for the return, I had to send them the invoice. It took over 6 weeks and multiple email exchanges to get my refund. I had to threaten to declare them in default on my credit card and 24 hours later they confirmed the refund. No refund for return postage.

First red flag was when I didnt receive an order update after 7 days. Spoke with chat support who told me (in very poor grammar and English) that my order was out of stock. Seems to be their go-to excuse to hide the fact that products are coming from China. I argued with them that I should have been notified of that when I made the purchase or at the very least received an e-mail update about it. Second huge red flag was when I asked for a phone number to speak with someone and the person said they dont have a phone service. WHAT?!?! I immediately asked them to cancel my order and got no real confirmation. Still dont know if Ill get my money back but after reading these reviews its obvious this company is a scam.
The quality of the clothing is excellent for the price, but do not order unless you are 100% certain you will not be returning. And don't expect anything to arrive in under 6 weeks. Your pieces from one order will likely arrive at different times. Dealing with *** is a NIGHTMARE. They only use an online chat and it takes forever to have a conversation. The return process is time consuming, burdensome, and expensive! Don't order from Nap unless you have plenty of time to wait for your items and no intentions of returning them.

Today is February 16, 2022 and I have never received same. It requires multiple emails to receive an unacceptable response. Their *** phone number states "this phone number does not accept incoming call". This is egregiously outrageous. Their email response states a "*** shipping time." A lie. NAPLoungewear wasted no time in charging my credit card, however. Made the exact same day as when I placed the online order. I have contacted my credit card company to initiate a formal dispute against this so-called company. I intend to contact the *** to see if they are able to investigate these thieves. Placed an order Nov 7, 2021 and never received tracking information. A week later, I emailed to get an update and was told it should ship in 1-2 weeks but still no tracking info. I messaged them on Instagram and they said an email was sent to me (which was a lie...no email). I emailed them again Dec 2 and was again told shipping was 1-2 weeks away and that a I would receive an email with tracking number. Today is Dec 7th. I have never received any tracking information or my order. I just cancelled the order and told that it will take 5-7 days to receive a refund. They also stated their inquires is large. I have been all over their Instagram which is where I found their information. They have turned off comments because of so many complaints! I want so badly to warn these possible customers...So sorry I purchased from them! If you are considering it...just don't! There should be a ZERO star rating.

Very poor service. I ordered on December 22; I am still waiting. I messaged the company "Joy" came on to ask prior to placing the order for a delivery timeframe. She said it would be shipped in *** days and I would receive the order within a week; I then messaged again on the 28th; she said it had been shipped and gave me a link to a overseas shipping tracking company. Shipped, maybe, but it didn't leave China. It didn't arrive at the shipping facility until January 3rd; I just tried to do an on line chat with... Oddly enough "Joy" again. I told her that this was unacceptable. She hung up on our chat. I also received copies of the prior two chats in my email and there has not been any of my last chat. THIS IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY... They obviously are misleading and unscrupulous. Very rude to just hang up on the chat. Very poor attitude. Joy needs a *** in customer service. Prior reviews are right on target with my experience.

They look like a genuine *** based company based on the website design and functionality, but the company is actually *** based and does not deliver what it promises. The customer service is basically nonexistent.I ordered an item on Nov. 23, got a tracking number and waited. . . and waited . . . finally read reviews of the company, felt something was wrong and contacted them about the order. The tracking number for the order gave the information that the package had been sent and was handed over to the *** They gave me a *** tracking number which showed no record of the package in the *** system. The chat bot on the website provided a terse "be patient" message. I tried emailing them and got the same answer. Finally contacted Paypal (which had processed my payment) on Dec. 18 and gave them screenshots with the order and tracking info. After a few emails with the company (using the Paypal interface) in which they lied about the tracking and shipment info, I handed the matter over to Paypal for arbitration. They just processed my refund on Dec. 25.

They did send a tracking number on 12/14 stating it was sitting at *** in ***, ***. The order did not update on their tracking site or *** site when I checked each day after unit 12/21 when I chatted with customer support asking for the order to be canceled. I do not think their customer support is North American-based since the grammar and wording they used were awkward. I would not recommend this store at all. They have zero accountability and zero respect for consumers by having no recourse for their orders. I asked for an email address to file an official complaint with management and they stated they did not have one and there was no manager on duty. It is most likely an outsourced service with zero vested interest in the company. Moral of the story: DO NOT BUY FROM NAP LOUNGEWEAR! Learn to knit; learn to sew; find something reliable and legitimate or local. I had to leave one star since it would not allow zero or a negative rating. One is way too generous for this adumbral business.

On their website, they made no mention that they were based in Hong Kong. In fact, the only address I found on their website is a Colorado address which they discouraged you from using. I discovered this while I was searching for any kind of contact information for the company. The items shown on their website shows merchandise of high quality and lux, totally false. I wanted to return the merchandise the same day I received them. However after reading through their return policy, I suspected that this company would make it difficult (I had dealt with a similar company before and it was a nightmare). The items were delivered with no invoice in the package so you have no choice but to contact them through CHAT on their site or the email address they provided. No person was accessible through CHAT so I sent them email. I had such a sinking feeling about this company that I contacted my credit card company immediately to dispute the charge. This company is not what they represent themselves to be and based on their return policy, their business practices are certainly questionable.

The following was my experience: -On 5/12, I received a very small plastic package with a tshirt dress that was the wrong color and not invoice included. -I neither received the set I ordered nor the complimentary gift. -I called the customer service number to provide my complaint, cancel the order, request a shipping label to return the tshirt dress, and request a refund. -Fortunately, I paid for items through Affirm instead of directly from my bank account. -The customer service number did not direct me to a live customer service agent and in fact directed me to a voicemail inbox that did not identify the business. And the inbox was full so couldn't leave a message! -Sent an email with the above information. Half of the order came in early January and by Jan 24, 2022 when I REACHED OUT TO THEM about the rest of the order, they told me "As your most loyal partner, I would like to tell you honestly something about your order. I sincerely apologize to you that the item is temporarily out of stock at the shipping warehouse due to hot selling, we have been actively transferring the item at other overseas warehouses and will arrange for it to be sent out for you as soon as possible, which may take 15 to 20 days.Are you willing to wait that long, if so, I would appreciate it and will give you a discount code for next time, if not, we can help you cancel your order and process a refund for you. Again, my sincere apologies."I decided to wait a little longer, naively. Today, Feb 19, 2022, I reached out again on the status of this order and was told THE EXACT SAME RESPONSE above. When I informed "customer support" of this, the response was:"I'm really sorry, because of the impact of the epidemic, the factory production control is very strict, so the production time is extended."I went to type in the chat and ask for my money back and my chat box "magically" disappeared. I purchased a product from NAP Loungewear in January . I returned the item to NAP to the address that they provided me in February . Since return of the merchandise to NAP, I have been attempting unsuccessfully to receive a refund of $232. I have contested the charge with my credit card company, but the credit card company concludes the charge is valid. The charge was valid, but I returned the merchandise, the vendor - NAP - should be issuing me a refund. Nap has repeatedly told me that while it would like to refund me the money, it cannot because the matter is under dispute, they cannot locate the "refund" button, their bank tells them the matter is not resolved, and the now they say Worldpay has frozen the claim, and I need to reach out to Worldpay directly since Worldpay is controlling the matter. I am frustrated & realize that I foolishly purchased an item on the internet from a company that is fraudlent.

It was defective.I reported this to the company immediately and they gave me an address to send the defective robe but made me pay to send it back.I sent it and bought insurance even at the post office. I purchased a product from NAP Loungewear in January . I returned the item to NAP to the address that they provided me in February . Since return of the merchandise to NAP, I have been attempting unsuccessfully to receive a refund of $232. I have contested the charge with my credit card company, but the credit card company concludes the charge is valid. The charge was valid, but I returned the merchandise, the vendor - NAP - should be issuing me a refund. Nap has repeatedly told me that while it would like to refund me the money, it cannot because the matter is under dispute, they cannot locate the "refund" button, their bank tells them the matter is not resolved, and the now they say Worldpay has frozen the claim, and I need to reach out to Worldpay directly since Worldpay is controlling the matter. I am frustrated & realize that I foolishly purchased an item on the internet from a company that is fraudlent.

I made a purchased online on 9/1.Received my items and the robe they sent me had two feet of extra fabric past my hands. It was defective.I reported this to the company immediately and they gave me an address to send the defective robe but made me pay to send it back.I sent it and bought insurance even at the post office. They have had my item for over a month and no refund. When I mailed it back to them, I included all our email communications so they would have the order info in the package.Now they emailed me and said I am not getting my money unless I give them tracking info, which THEY have in their possession. That was not something they asked of me when they emailed me the instructions for return. NO mention of a tracking number at all until after the fact. I no longer have the package (they do).This is a scam and they are creating a reason after the fact to not issue my refund. This is unbelievable. I want my refund from this scam company.

Placed order on 12/20. Finally received on 1/5. Merchandise was wrong. Hoodie was gray and not black as ordered. Pants were black as ordered. Intended to be a set. Because shipping took so long, I investigated another option with another vendor and it shipped and met my expectations. Sent Nap's order back for return and credit since it was partially incorrect. Paid for shipping and Nap refuses to reimburse for shipping, indicating the gray is their black, which is not true. The pants were black and the top was far from black. Black is black and gray is gray. I feel they should be responsible for the shipping costs. Also, just more as an fyi, I feel they were deceptive in disclosing that they are really a Chinese company with a US location I Denver, but merchandise ships from China--which causes delays and they are sporadic in communication by email and phone number listed on website does not accept incoming calls. This is the second time I have been deceived into believing I am dealing with a US company who have phones that will allow you to connect with a customer service representative. We need to have regulations that protect US customers. Thank you for your assistance. Best

This is a rip off company they take your money and don't ship your items they need to be taken off and never no one should ever shot there again. It's a scam
I have placed three orders in total with this company. The first order came in two shipments but I received all the items. However my last two orders have been horrible. I ordered on 12/24 and as of 3/15 I have not received three items of the order and 2/16/22 order I have not received a single item. I have contacted customer service periodically and all I get is that the item is out of stock while on their site it does not state it. I do not believe I honestly will ever get said orders since they have now asked if they can cancel the order on their end or I can be patient and wait further.
