Horrible customer service once order is placed.
Before placing my order, customer support went above and beyond to help me. Because of this, I placed my time sensitive order with them. According to their site and reps, typical processing time is 3-5 business days. I was told my order would be expedited and it would not take as long. It’s been 15 days and my order has not shipped. I no longer have need for the product as the event has passed. The company wants $50 to cancel the order because of their mistake and lack of following through. I wish I had gone with another company. I’ll can’t comment on the actual product as I’ve not received it. However, I strongly distrust this company.

This product is the worst thing I've ever bought online! I got a bigger size, but they didn't even fit me (a grown man), let alone my 12-year-old daughter! The socks aren't even shaped like socks, and it's virtually impossible to put them on. When you try to put them on, they become so stretched out that they look like they've been dragged halfway around the block and look four years old! They're only printed in color on the outside, and trying to put them on stretches them out so much that the white color from the inside of the sock becomes visible!
I'd rather never wear socks again in my whole life than ever buy socks from this company! It was a total waste of money, time, and effort! The customer service skills are absolutely disgraceful, and I can only guess that I was dealing with people from a non-English speaking background. Their email correspondence was pathetic, to say the least!

This website is a total rip-off! They charge an arm and a leg for express postage and then have the nerve to ask for even more money after you've already paid. I shelled out a whopping $45.00 for express postage (for just one pair of socks mind you) and then they had the audacity to email me asking for an additional $29.00 or they would downgrade my delivery to "standard" which would take 15-25 BUSINESS days. Seriously, where in Australia does it take that long to mail a pair of socks to a domestic location? And all for a total of $74.00 just in delivery charges? Are they delivering it on a golden chariot or something?
I tried to reason with them and asked if they could just send it via Australia Post, but they didn't even bother to reply. I'm pretty sure this is either an overseas company pretending to be Australian or they're ordering the product from a third party overseas and then waiting for it to be shipped internationally before sending it from here. Either way, it's a total scam.
Oh, and don't even get me started on the "remote address" thing. They claimed that my address (which is in a suburb of Hobart, mind you - an actual capital city) was a remote location. What a load of rubbish!

It's now July 13th, 2022 and my order was placed on January 7th, 2022. And get this, the tracking number still says "in transit delay". I mean, seriously?

I can't believe what a terrible experience I had with My Face Socks! I ordered a pair of socks for my friend's birthday on April 11th and her birthday was on April 28th. I still haven't received them! I even emailed them to ask about the delay and they said it was because of Covid 19 and that orders will be delayed a little. Then I sent another email in early May saying that I didn't need the socks as a present anymore and I wanted a refund. They told me that my package was in shipping and that it wasn't possible for a refund. It's now May 28th and I still haven't gotten my socks or a refund!
Their website says that my item was shipped and that it's still in Fremont California, but the USPS tracking number they gave me is not valid. What's going on? This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering something online. When my order arrived, I hated it. The product is cheap and awful, and you can't even wear it comfortably. I ordered a pair of black socks, but to my surprise, what I got was just white with black ink on them. Imagine putting them on, and you can see the white fabric showing. They keep telling me they're "waiting for a reply from the shipping company" and "will contact me within a few days when they hear back from them." Like, what's the deal?
Thankfully, I paid through PayPal and they're helping me sort it out since I filed a case with them. It's almost been 30 days and My Face Socks still hasn't responded to PayPal, so I'm pretty sure I'm getting my greenbacks back.

They showed an estimate of 10 days for production and delivery. I was over the moon! But, to my dismay, after several days, my item was in limbo at USPS. So, I reached out to their customer service, only to find out that my product was being shipped directly from China! Wow, talk about taking forever.
Finally, on 12/27, after almost three weeks, I received my product. But, the quality is absolutely terrible! The socks don't even fit like socks. They are like sleeves that bunch up at the front of the ankle, making it uncomfortable to wear. There is also an awful chemical smell that makes me want to vomit. The fabric is bizarre, too! It stretches in a really unfortunate way that distorts the pictures of my kids' faces. After waiting so long, my kids' faces will end up in the garbage.
Moreover, when I tried to post a bad review on their site, it doesn't show up. Only the 4 and 5-star reviews are visible, which makes me doubt their credibility. It's really shady.
