I joined netflix on a 2 week "free" trial period. Before the two weeks were up I returned all dvd's and cancelled my membership online (Only because there was no phone number on the site to talk to a person to confirm that I would not be charged) I received confirmation that my membership was cancelled. I felt ok thinking there would be no charge to my credit card. After cancelling I had an emergancy for which I almost maxed my credit card out but I was still under my limit, I tell you this only to lead into the fact that on the very day that I cancelled the membership (3 days before it expired) netflix charged me $19.20 that I was not aware of or expecting. Since I did not know I was chareged for my "free" trial and used my credit card it sent me over the limit and I was charged another $29.00 for being over the limit. Netflix should not have charged me before my membership was up nor should they have charged me after cancelling my membership. Unable to find a phone number I emailed their customer service and am still waiting on a reply on how and when they are going to refund my money. I dont think its fair for them to make me wait on a response to a refund when they couldn't wait until the trial was up before they charged me. I would like people to know that a "two week free trial" ended up costing me $48.20. Beware if there is no way of contacting customer service.

What the heck is wrong with you, Netflix?!
Get rid of this show or I am GONE as a customer.
Terrible show that is a disgust to watch. My family and I will not support Netflix or be paying customers as long as this show exists on Netflix.
There are many offensive acts toward Jesus and Mary in this show. Please discontinue it. Thank you.
I ordered OITNB Season 4, episode 4 twice and neither was watchable. Is there some type of quality control to make sure the tapes are ok to send out. I just put it in my queue again hoping I get a good disc. In the meantime since I could not watch the show, can I have the next movie along with OITNB Season 2, tape 4?

I have been retrying for at least 20 times and it's still not connecting. The internet connection is good, it's just the Netflix servers. I would love to watch Netflix which I pay for. Thank you.
As a Catholic and a customer of Netflix I am appalled that you would find a blasphemous show entertaining. The American Constitution NEVER supported vulgarity. It is a document that protects the God-given unalienable rights of its citizens to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Pull the movie immediately.
I find F is for Family highly offensive to both me and my faith. I have cancelled my account, and will work to spread the word to all Christians that Netflix is attacking us and our beliefs
For all the reasons already expressed and more...please have the humane decency to remove from Netflix ...F is for Family...be at peace all.

Disproportionate amount of Mandarin and Hindi language content. I have no desire to read my tv. Canada has a small population I can't believe the ratio of non-english netflix customers is that high. If netflix has run out of english language content a heads up would be nice so I can move on to something else.
This show is a filthy mess of anti-Christian and Catholic belief. Insulting and demeaning don't begin to describe my disgust. It either goes away from Netflix, or I do.

My favorite show American dad is being taken down and it is a great show that all of my friends and I enjoy to watch, it has a lot of humor and is an all around good show, so if you could cancel the take down that would be greatly appreciated.
Previously I have been receiving two dvd's per week. In the recent past, it is taking Netflix up to four days to receive and ship out another dvd. This is not the service I paid for and I will be canceling my account.
The series, F is for Family, not only denigrates the Catholic faith but also insults a huge semen of the population. Why would anyone tout as comedy something so completely offensive? Please do the right thing and either cancel this show or remove the horrific blasphemy from it!

My disappointment in the crude production, "F is for Family", must be conveyed to you. The integrity of your programming suffers greatly with shows that insult and degrade the values of your viewers. To profane Catholicism and mock Christian beliefs is intolerable. I have cancelled my Netflix subscription, and will encourage others to do the same.
I don't appreciate Netflix creating a show that bashes my Catholic faith. You have gone too far in the name of "entertainment" and I will not sit quietly by and watch the Holy Family be abused in such a way. We have been Netflix subscribers for years and I will definitely be terminating my account as soon as possible if this show is not removed.

i personally love netflix but i woke up this morning and was going to watch vampire diaries only to realize it has been taken off canada netflix. I am very up set about this because it is a really good show and should be put back in canadian netflix.
I had submitted another compliant in the last month but it has not been addressed . Unauthorized credit charges are been charged from my account even after discontinuing the services. Please look into this matter. The account was in the name Debalina Chaudhuri. This has been taking place for the past three months.
