Do not buy anything from NewChic! I have ordered several items from this company about three months ago and when I received the package I found out that one item was missing. And that's not all! Everything I received looked terrible and quality was the poorest I've ever seen in my life! Emailed customer service and they said that shipping back would cost me a fortune and told me to keep everything. Never again!

This amounts to fraud, but as they are based in hong kong and china - there is no point claiming - i lost $374

Its too big. The seams are not sewn in places and coming apart at end of seams. Very disappointed in product! Wasnt how it looked on ad. Be afraid to even wash it! Falling apart when arrived. Couldnt even give it for gift!
update on tracking number, product was ordered on December 20-th with no email confirmation. If I will not get an answer by end of this week, I will submit a claim to paypal, see attached transaction
