758 to Paramus Park Mall Garden State Plaza Stop
The 8:08 am 758 bus to Paramus Park Mall was literally MIA this morning. I was at the Garden State Plaza stop at 7:43am and had to end up taking a Lyft to work, an expense I really couldn't afford right now. But since it was either that or get fired... Tell whoever is the driver that's supposed to be at GSP for 8:08am to get his act together please.
Desired outcome: Speak with the driver. I'm not trying to impact anyone's employment but I don't need mine impacted either because you bus decides not to show up or show's up horribly late.
Number 2 Bus, Secaucus
Tuesday 2-8-2022, the New Jersey Transit Number 2 bus scheduled to arrive at 8:32 at Meadowlands Parkway and 10th St., heading towards Secaucus Train Station did not show up. This has happened a number of times in the past few weeks. Specifically the 8:32 bus. Last night, the 9th wen it did not arrive at the specified time, rather than wait a few minutes the Port Authority express driver was kind enough to let me board and he took me to the train station. On other occasions I've had to call an Uber. All I want is for the bus to show up at the time it is supposed to show up. I understand there can be equipment problems but this has happened at least 4 or 5 times just since the holidays. Please resolve this, it is cold out this time of year at night.
Desired outcome: having the bus consistently show up when it is scheduled to do so.
Bus number 5256 going to gates ave.
Good Afternoon, the bus driver of NJ transit bus # 5256 going to gates Ave. I got on the bus at Fisk St. In Jersey City picking up my 3 year old from school. This woman driving the bus was extremely rude. There are puddles everywhere never pulled up to the curb so I had to carry my son and hop in the middle of the street to get to the bus. She skipped bus stops where kids were waiting for the bus because she said they should have their own school bus. She was yelling and cussing the whole time. Getting off the bus I tried climbing down the steps holding my son because again she stopped in the middle of the street and I had to hop over a puddle and she yelled at me because I hadn't said Thank you. I turned to say Thank you but she slammed the door in my face. I will refuse to get on the bus ever again. I had a horrible experience and she is not pleasant at all. All the years I have been taking public transportation I have never been this upset with a driver. She needs to retire or find another career. Thank you for you time

Radburn station
I do not understand why the Radburn train station is only open from 6:30am to 9:30am. This only gives people 3 hours from only Monday to Friday to ask questions or pay in person. I have a form from school to buy the monthly pass and cannot reserve the ticket since I go before 6:30am everyday. Most stations near by like Broadway do not have people so Radburn is the only place. Now I could have bought it before in January but the school’s center was closed until January 31st and their station was closed by the time I got the paper signed. So I could not have gotten my ticket until after paying for a ticket one way and buying my pass at the school’s station.
Desired outcome: To have Radburn station open longer than 9:30am or have a second open hours between 5pm and 7pm when rush hours begin. I also would like a refund for the $14.00 I bought for February 1st.
Route 84p towards journal square 12:30 bus 5859
Driver very disrespectful lady I don’t know how she can give this actitud the worst route 84p at 12:30
Desired outcome: I would like an apology
Lightrail
The countdown clocks for the arriving trains at Exchange Place station have been down for almost a month now. When are they getting fixed?!
Desired outcome: Fix the clocks
unnecessary blasting of horn
Keim Street Edgewater Park. Most drivers blow the horn before RR crossings which we understand and accept. One driver lays on the horn every time he passes by at the Water Tower in Edgewater Park regardless of the time of day or night. This has been going on for quite a while and we are just looking for a solution as it is an unnecessary annoyance.
Again, we understand the necessity of horns for safety and protocol. This driver's use of the horn is far beyond use for safety.
My email address is [protected]@keystonerefrigeration and I would appreciate a response.
Thank you for your attention.

Port morris rail in Landing nj
Trains are idling since 230am on Jan 14. Was told they would be gone by 10pm it's now 12 am and they are still idling, diesel smoke is entering our homes. That's not right to us residents of Roxbury. They could have put train near the rail yard which would have been more acceptable. This cannot go on like this having to listen and smell train for over 24 hrs . Please park them at rail yard, whe asked to move either get run around or no answers, or no one to move them well how did they get there
Desired outcome: Want answers
Busses Parking Illegally
This is ridiculous and needs to STOP! For over 10 minutes this bus has been parked here at a VERY dangerous intersection at Chestnut Bend Dumont/Haworth NJ! I couldn't even see around the bus at 9:05 this morning and when I came back about 10 minutes, the bus hadn't moved! There was also a bus in front of him that hadn't moved either! This has been going on for years! One day there will be a serious accident here and NJ Transit will be blamed!
403 to camden
On 12/11/21 8:04am at the intersection
of gibbsboro rd & white horse pike in Clementon nj the bus drove right by me.i was a few steps from the stop clearly shouting & waving my hands for him to stop but was completely ignored. The time on the schedule is 7:36 & 8:41 for the stop before me so the driver was either extremely late or extremely early.in any case the driver couldn't care less about actually stopping for me. I wish nj transit drivers would have more compassion for their passengers who rely on the service for transportation for work.
Train running
I'm complaining about the new jersey transit train service that runs all hours of the night. It runs at 1 2 3 4 5 am all night and the train makes so much noise it wakes me up and doesn't make me get a sleep.
Enough is enough!
Desired outcome: Stop train from running all night
Bus agents
Bus agentsfrom Bayonne to Jersey City are very rude and extremely disrespectful to the elderly people. They wont lower the steps for them they drive very aggressively and get into arguments with other drivers. On 12/6 at 8:30 am bus 6193 wouldnt stop for people even though the bus was empty he didnt wanna wait for a passenger to get the remaining of the bus fare qnd forced the girl off the bus because he didnt want to wait although she had already put in the money for half of the bus fare. Our bus agents are supposef to be kind corteous to people but instead every bus ride feels like a war zone with aggresive behavior towards people and aggresive driving.
Desired outcome: change out bus agents

Bus Operator
'At approx. 620 this morning I was driving behind another car at approx. 20 to 25 MPHI on my way to the grove street light rail station, as we crossed the next intersection there was bus parked and as i moved over to the lane of on coming traffic to past the bus in the stop without warning or signal light the driver pulled out of the stop causing the car ahead of me to speed up and get ahead of the bus to move back into the lane, instead of the bus stopping as he/she could clearly see that I was in that same lane facing oncoming traffic along the side of the bus he continued to come out forcing me to come to a stop approx. 10 feet in front of a car head on.
it was the 90 bus # 6352
The driver acted very unprofessionally and never used a signal light during this maneuver however a few blocks down when he/she discharged a passenger he/she used signal light and Hazard lights
The assistant conductor on the 2:18 train leaving Park Ridge New Jersey heading to Hoboken
This is the 4th time I have been complaining about this assistant conductor and I am getting really frustrated with NJ transit administration cause it seems that they don't really care about the people who ride the train cause it's absurd that this Assistant Conductor is still working for them after he's cursed me out and tried to knock my cell phone out of my hands when I asked him for his ID number and he said that it was none of my business and he didn't have to give it to me. I don't know who to contact about this but I am not going to take abuse from him anymore and if I have to I will call the police and file a complaint with them. I would like to someone that deals with this issue to contact me at [protected] to address the issue
Bus driver whose name I don't know.
I sick of this. This lady needs to get put through training again. Aside from driving the bus wildly while the first time she ever picked me up, she's also made me late for work numerous times already and it's only been two weeks since I started riding the 1! This [censored] is annoying already and her behavior as a bus driver is disgusting and disrespectful. The amount of entitlement raining off of this woman is unbearable. Being that I don't know her name as she wouldn't give it up, I wrote down the times and buses I've been on which we're the worse incidents, all recorded on the dash came on your buses. I'm actually writing this as an incident just occurred. She is a small woman, brown skin, on the first incident, I was on bus 6389 if were referring to the number on the top right corner on the inside of the bus, on October 19, 2021, 8:22 A.M., she held the bus for approximately 10 minutes, making me and I'm sure others later for work. When asked why she's holding the bus, no response. Instead, starts arguing with paying customers on the bus about putting their masks back up when we ALL lowered our masks to ask her why the stop. Then, today, which is what made me write this, is the utmost disgusting outrageous attitude that I have ever dealt with in my whole life. It may sound a bit over top, but I there's no exaggeration here. This lady is just so rude to customers it's not funny. Every person to get on this bus she's given attitude too. This can't go on any longer. I fear for her speaking to the wrong person like that one day. Today. At 8:30 a.m. I'm currently on bus 6327, again referring to the top right corner of the inside of the bus. She wouldn't let me on after I had just ran to miss the bus all because I didn't have my mask on my face. I had to scream through the rain and doors or the bus that it was in my bag and I'm out of breath cause I just ran three blocks to not miss the damn bus! On my part, it turns out I didn't have a mask I though I grabbed rushing out my house, but I had a shirt. And she tells me I need a mask and cause use a shirt. I told her that the rules say I can have any sort of face covering. She told me me she doesn't care! Enough is enough. I don't pay my hard earned money to start my day off with a [censored]y bus driver who doesn't like her job that makes everyone late to work.
Desired outcome: Fire her. This isn’t cause for a write up or retraining.
Bus driver
Today, Thursday October 21st route 46 east around 5pm. Bus driver almost swiped me, that after he cut me off first. I have a toddler in a car and it was very close to an accident. When I beeped at him he gave me his middle finger. Very unprofessional but most of all dangerous with all the people around.
Bus number 20015. Once I stopped behind him I was able to take a picture, which could be provided upon request.
Nj transit driver in white Jeep
While traveling on I 676N at 2:45 pm, I was in process of making a lane change when I was cut off by a white Jeep making a lane change behind me at a high rate of speed. I had to immediately pull back into the left lane. Upon him passing me he rolled down his window shouting and spit on my vehicle. He then proceeded to harass me after My daughter took a picture of his car. His jeep number was B14403 and license plate #z77dvc. I felt unsafe as we had to get off after him on the exit. Not a very good representative for nj Transit.
With him taking pictures of myself and daughter while driving also has me wondering if he will in anyway retaliate against us.
Desired outcome: Talk to this individual. Give new driving lessons and anger management classes
