Nomorerack is selling counterfeit Beats by Dr. Dre headphones. We received our pair on Christmas eve. They were not in a manufacturers box and did not include an owners manual. We thought for a second that these were perhaps customer returns or refurbished products, which would explaint the great price. We called today to ask and were told that these actual ship direct from a wholesaler who is well known on "webutation" for selling replica products. Nomorerack did not have any information on the product. Did nomorerack.com even investigate this seller? If they had they would have known immediately that this seller pushes fakes! There are several online complaints regarding this issue, all popping up since they first offered these a few weeks ago. Yet today they are selling more of these, now knowing that these are fake! Nomorerack offered to have us return these for a refund or an exchage. An exchange for what? Another set of counterfeits without a box or packaging? How do we send the product back for a refund when they were sent without a box and no packaging! If nomorerack is now aware these are fake they should give immediate refunds. Those of us who bought these are now going to scrounge to go get the real thing. Why should we pay return shipping and wait for a refund? I will be happy to send these back but want immediately repayment and paid return shipping! No one should have to wait for their money on a counterfeit product. I will spend the day spreading this online. Do NOT buy from this website!

I purchased a bracelet over the internet that was advertised by Nomorerack.com and it was received by me Saturday, 12/14/2013 because I away from my home when the actual delivery was made on Friday according to USPS Tracking. After examining the bracelet which their advertisement says is a 1 Carat Total Weight Genuine Diamond Heart-Link Bracelet made with Brass, I felt the sparkle and sizzle did not come across as I hoped it would, it looks dull. Therefore, I decided to return the bracelet for credit to my charge account. The problem seem to compile from the start because Sunday night I tried contacting Nomorerack.com by email to get instructions to return the bracelet, but several attempts made to do so and the email did not go through. On Monday morning I made an attempt by calling the phone number [protected] that is listed and suggested by Nomorerack.com in order to get an automatic call back by entering my phone as directed. I have waited more than sixty (60) minutes and have not received a call-back as their ad promised. Can't reach anyone by email or phone and I want to return the item because I am unhappy with the quality and just want my credit card account to get a credit for the purchase $93.00. On 12/1/2013 I purchased a tablet for my husband for Christmas. As of today i have heard nothing from them on a shipping date. They claim 10 business days. They emailed me with all kinds of promises that it will arrive by 12/24/13. Well that is not good enough for me as we will be out of town. I paid for merchandise and I want it like now. Tomorrow I am going to my bank and filing a dispute of charges against them. And in a few minutes I am getting on line with BBB over this crooked company.

I'm a single/ low income mom of autistic twins. I saved all year to have $400 for Christmas. I ordered over $400 worth of things on nomorerack.com for Christmas for them. Everything- came in messed up. Clothes sizes are far from where they should be. I got a computer that came without the tower part that it was suppose to come with. It was all scratched up, clearly used, the plugs were bent and unusable! Some thing the said to mail back for a refund but it also says if all pieces armt there you won't get your money back. All the parts wernt sent to me in order to return it. My kids are gna be dissapointed for Christmas! Ill never buy from there again and they can't replace my $ or the kids Christmas. :'(

I just called NMR and the automated voice told me there 7 day service was not available this weekend. please the weekend before Christmas. My disagreement is NMR's answer, if you post something then make sure you follow through.

HORRIBLE MERCHANDISE! I ordered a bracelet that supposedly retailed for $70. The $10 I paid was $9 too much. I would give this bracelet to a child to play dress up with, but nothing else.

This is in addition to multiple complaints that I have them on the purchase that I have not received, but they have promised that I would have it by today at the latest.

I wish I read some reviews before I made a purchase. I made a purchase on Dec 4th for 2 bracelets as a stocking stuffer for my daughter and received a tracking number Dec 5th. I waited for my purchase to arrive for Christmas then recently discovered 2 days ago that the tracking number didn't pull up any tracking information other than that it was received on Dec 5th. I tried to notify UPS but the email would not send due to a wrong format of the tracking number (suppose to have a letter/number combination). I attempted to contact UPS through their "mail innovations" dept. and still have yet to receive a response. I have received a reply from nomorerack customer rep and they finally stated that they have issued a credit. They initially told me that it has been shipped and was going to leave it at that. I'm still skeptic because the reply email about the refund I received was on Christmas Day. I'm just glad I didn't spend a lot of money. I will not purchase another item from this site again.

I ordered two pair of boots and only received one pair. Have sent many emails. With someone emailing me back to say they are checking into it. But no one has done anything about it . I paid for these boots on November the 11th, plenty of time to be here for Christmas but the boots haven't come. This also happened on my first order to this site too. I received the wrong blanket, . It said it was much bigger than it was, and then I didn't get but one. ordered two. I don't like to complain on companies but this is just wrong.

If everyone read this review noremorerack would be out of business. Their stuff is c***, junk, useless, poor quality, shipped late, impossible to return, impossible to find anyone to help you. I bought a Motorola hands free bluetooth headset, it worked for two days. After repeated calls and emails - nothing. What a deal. $50 for two days of operation. With that purchase I ordered a 9" Android tablet So slow it is ununsable. I downloaded a pic of the new bronco, 55Kb and the tablet says I used all of the storage.

Don't waste your money, a very shady, rip-off site. Do your homework, all kinds of peeps are getting ripped off.

I ordered a tablet for my son for Christmas it was his big gift because I don't have a lot of money I paid 100.00 for it and he used it for 24 hours and it shut off and stopped working on the 26th I have called nomorerack a million times and I finally talked to someone he told me I was ### out of luck that I should have been playing with it non stop up til Christmas to make sure it worked I have been calling the company that made it since the 26th and the number doesn't work until they are closed and I have left 15 messages but I haven't heard anything back. I think nomorerack and the company that made the tablet should learn how to do there job and they should fix the problems people are having with the stuff they buy instead of ripping people off. I have told everyone I know not to order anything from nomorerack because its junk.

I have been buying products from "nomorerack" for several years now, despite their return policy stipulating that they do not give refunds, only credit.
I figured with the great deals I they offered, I would be using the credit anyway.
I ordered some items for Christmas presents IN ADVANCE...that was my mistake.
This company only has an 18 day return policy, and unfortunately I didn't see the person I was giving t he gift to until after New Years.
It turns out that this was the crappiest kids laptop that was ever made...(EVER MADE) and my granddaughter could not use it at all!
SO MY WARNING TO CONSUMERS IS NOT TO BUY YOUR CHRISTMAS GIFTS FROM NOMORERACK UNLESS YOU KNOW THE PRODUCT AND WON'T HAVE TO RETURN IT, AS AFTER 18 DAYS YOU CAN'T GET CREDIT

Like so many other disappointed customers, I received an item (sweat pants) that were seriously mis-sized (two sizes too small). I had to send 4 emails before they finally agreed to take the item back. Initially, they claimed the sale had been marked "final, "but I pointed out that one can't hide behind that defense if the clothing is so erroneously sized as to be totally unwearable by the customer.I received a return label and sent the pants back, but my account has never been credited. Stay the hell away from these crooks!

Ordered an item from Nomorerack, and changed my mind within and cancelled within their designated time frame. About 5 days later I noticed a charge from them posted to my account. When I contacted NMR, they said it was a "pre-authorization" that never really charges my acct, and since I cancelled, it should be removed within 3-5business days. Still no reversal after that time frame so I had to contact my bank to investigate why the "pre-authorization" wasn't conducted. They placed a stop payment on the transaction, but NMR had also submitted request as a recurring transaction, so they're trying to hit my acct monthly on a cancelled item, BUYER BEWARE!

I agree! I have been trying to get my tablet replaced or fixed for six months. It is very hard dealing with the Vendor(as they put it) when they are in China. All they keep doing is making these excuses and telling me to be patient! Tired of being PATIENT!

I purchased blue leggings through Nomorerack.com
They arrived and were the wrong size but since they are a sale item, the policy states they cannot be returned for a refund. I was initially unaware of the policy so after mailing them back, I have now waited over 2 weeks for them to be returned to me.
I have the tracking number which I have provided twice. It shows the item was delivered March 3, 2014 in Los Angeles yet nomorerack does not seem to agree that the item was ever received. I am very disappointed that this has still not been resolved and await another response.

This is a completely bogus operation. They are basically commiting fraud. I have ordered items from them and not received them When I followed up after 3 weeks, they sent me a tracking number for a product that was to be delivered to the state of MA, when I live in OH. When I asked them about this, they apologized and said they would reship right away - guess what, another three weeks later, no product. Now they will not even answer my emails. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. They are nothing but a fulfillment site for vendors in China - you are taking your chances that these vendors will actually ship the stuff you pay for

Bought "luxurious" sheets for my 87 year old mother. Went to make her bed for her and all the elastic on the fitted sheet broke with a loud snap, the first time out of the package. The fabric is so thin you can see through it and it feels rough to the touch. Their response was...I have to pay to send it back, the original shipping charges won't be refunded, and I don't get my money back, I only get a store credit.

I can understand this if I just changed my mind about wanting the item I bought. But this is something else. Elastic snapping on the fitted sheet while making the bed with them for the first time is NOT acceptable not to mention the worst fabric I have ever seen in my life.

I highly recommend staying away from this website!

Had heard about them, and decided to try a small purchase (under $20) to check it out so Christmas I ordered a small speaker system for $17. This is the small speakers you hoook your iPod/mp3 player up to. It finally arrived and it's a piece of crap about to burn my house down. The power cord has a short in it, and it's EXTREMELY cheaply made. I mean, I dnd't expect a LOT, but this really takes the cake. The sound was crackly and horrid. I'm trying to get a refund now...

I purchased a pair of leather boots I returned them, they kept the boots and I received no return. I am out $99.00 out of pocket. I didn't learn my lesson..I purchased a leather purse for $39.00 and it came with the zipper partly in the lining and the other half hanging out. Their customer service told me they were sending a postal return. No return. My two bargains cost a lot for nothing..Before that I had ordered several things with no problems, but can't take a chance for a bummer again. Burned
