Nomorerack is selling counterfeit Beats by Dr. Dre headphones. We received our pair on Christmas eve. They were not in a manufacturers box and did not include an owners manual. We thought for a second that these were perhaps customer returns or refurbished products, which would explaint the great price. We called today to ask and were told that these actual ship direct from a wholesaler who is well known on "webutation" for selling replica products. Nomorerack did not have any information on the product. Did nomorerack.com even investigate this seller? If they had they would have known immediately that this seller pushes fakes! There are several online complaints regarding this issue, all popping up since they first offered these a few weeks ago. Yet today they are selling more of these, now knowing that these are fake! Nomorerack offered to have us return these for a refund or an exchage. An exchange for what? Another set of counterfeits without a box or packaging? How do we send the product back for a refund when they were sent without a box and no packaging! If nomorerack is now aware these are fake they should give immediate refunds. Those of us who bought these are now going to scrounge to go get the real thing. Why should we pay return shipping and wait for a refund? I will be happy to send these back but want immediately repayment and paid return shipping! No one should have to wait for their money on a counterfeit product. I will spend the day spreading this online. Do NOT buy from this website!
This was the first time buying from this company! I placed my order Nov. 23rd, 2012 for 6 products totalling $111.00 but 2.5 weeks later I am having major problems with them so I called them. The lady over the phone tried to lie to me and when I caught her in that lie she was at a loss for words.. all i got was the runaround. I asked for the names of the companies for two of the items i purchased and then after searching the web for the phone numbers to these companies, I came up empty handed. no such companies came up when i googled them. i ordered 6 items. i got only the two crappy sunglasses so far but all the more expensive stuff it still in limbo. One item was out of stock so intead of refunding the $21 for that to my bank account, they are trying to insist on giving me store credit. I demanded a monetary refund so she said she would note that on my account and i should hear from someone in 7-10 days. I said they have one week to return my money and deliver all my other items or i will file complaints with the FTC, the BBB, Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) and whoever else I can submit a complaint to. I told her that I will warn everyone I know about what a scam they are. Then i hung up. They need to be shutdown!

Initially, I ordered a few rather low ticket items from nomorerack.com, then I read some of the reviews. At that time I was waiting on two items to arrive which had already been paid for through PayPal. I was keeping my fingers crossed, being concerned that I might soon be a victim of there scandalous business practices. After reading some of the negative reviews, I had already decided that I would not conduct any more business with the company. Well, they got me on my last order. Sent me something similar to what I had ordered; however, it is not at all what I wanted. I have contacted all of my friends and told them not to purchase anything else from this poor excuse for a business organization. If you deal with them long enough they will eventually screw you also. When I considered the return shipping cost, and serious doubts that I would ever receive what I originally ordered, I have decided that I am going to keep what they "intentionally" mailed to me. In the future; however, there will be 'no more me' for 'nomorerack.com.'
