NonStopDelivery [NSD] no show and no call on delivery item

ordered item and it was supposed to go through NSD Grub Hub Shipping Co. The item arrived at are local facility and it keeps saying its out for delivery but never shows. I have to be present when package arrives and it never shows when they say the delivery is scheduled to be here. Called Amazon (who I ordered the item through) and they also called NSD and keep getting excuses why its not here. Item is not lost, its just setting at there facility and they won't give me a reason on why it is not being delivered. NSD has hung up on me and Amazon people and still issue is not solved. We have reached out more then a dozen times with phone calls emails etc and still no package when promised! Where is my package?!

Desired outcome: I want my packaged delivered ASAP!

NonStopDelivery [NSD] NordicTrack Treadmill

My package has been sitting at your Billings location for well over a week and I have yet to speak with a live person. I have tried via email, multiple phone calls and no one will call or email me back even though I've been told it would happen numerous times. I was originally told I would get my delivery 7/22, then it was delayed and now it is just sitting a few miles from me and I don't understand what is going on. We are even willing to pick it up ourselves as we have the ability to do that I just need someone to please contact me.

Desired outcome: I would like my package either delivered to my home or I will pick up. Tracking number is 6670640 Zip 59106

NonStopDelivery [NSD] Tracking # [protected]

This product has been sitting in East Point, Ga for NINE days, tomorrow will make TEN days! I've tried to contact NSD every way possible, phone, chat, leaving my phone # in the que. NOTHING, NADA!

I called the company that I ordered the item from. They contacted NSD. Said there was a "delay". No kidding! Said someone would contact me within the next 24 hours.

Someone called at 7:44 p.m. and let it ring TWICE! Before I could even answer they hung up the phone! I'm sick of trying to deal with you people and never EVER, EVER want anything I get to be shipped by this company again!

Can someone please help me? I'm at the point that I just want this order cancelled and my $$ BACK!

I've never seen such horrible customer service in all my life!

My phone # is [protected] and please let it ring enough so that I can answer!

I'm on hold now and they just hung up on me!

NonStopDelivery [NSD] delivery

7/28/2022 delivery I was scheduled for delivery yesterday. Late in the day your auto system for tracking was finally updated with a delivery window. I held twice for over 35 mins then was automatically disconnected with a promised return call. That didn't happen.

My 'window' was 5:30 - 8:30 on 7/28. At 10 pm I gave up. I was supposed to get a :30 min call ahead before delivery. That never happened either, not even to cancel the delivery of 7/29.

I have been on hold for 20 mins since 8 am. Your center reportedly opened at 7, Still no call about the missed delivery.

Worst delivery service ever -- even Home Depot can't give me a straight answer. I've been given 3 different delivery dates since my original order

Desired outcome: Delivery as expected, something less than an all day window. Accurate information about delivery

NonStopDelivery [NSD] Never received a delivery and no customer service

We placed an order through Amazon and they in turn used 3rd party delivery partner NSD. NSD totally mishandled our delivery in Michigan and we went 6 days of contacting them, getting different answers with each call and they were never able to tell us where our delivery was or why it was not delivered to us. Many calls going to a bot or actual calls saying they would call back and never did. We were supposed to have the item delivered inside the front door with a signature required. This is a 200 pound item, so it would be noticeable! We heard it was rescheduled, delivered, missed delivery, yet no one could provide any concrete information. We even left messages with the VP of Customer Service with no response. This delivery was to our 2nd home and we had made special plans to have the item delivered on a specific day and made sure we were there the entire day and 6 days following. This was a nightmare with the only resolution a refund from Amazon. While I do appreciate Amazon refunding us for a product we never received, we are still out the time spent waiting and trying to get information on the supposed delivery. NSD is not a company we would consider doing business with again.

NonStopDelivery [NSD] I can't get my order!

I, too, have fallen victim to this JOKE of a company! I ordered a mattress from JC Penney on June 25th. 3 days later I got a confirmation email saying that the delivery company (no name given) would contact me to set up a time & date, but since this was too vague for me, I called to ask WHEN that call/email can be expected...a week before delivery, tomorrow...when? They gave me the name Non-Stop and I called them directly...was on hold for apx. 30 minutes, and finally got a human that helped me set up a delivery date...which, seeing that I was told they don't "do" weekends, I had to pick a date 2 weeks away on my nearest week day off ( I work at a luxury car dealership, so my schedule changes every 2 weeks.) I was told I would get a call the day before to find out which time slot I was in. I decided to double check 1 week before the call was due to make sure all was set...and yes, all was ready. So now it's Tues., July 19th...the day before my scheduled delivery...and I waited until almost noon before I started getting nervous, so I called...waited apx 25 min...finally got an incredibly RUDE young girl named Alexis who said she didn't see me anywhere for tomorrow, but I could re-schedule for Thurs or Friday! I started telling her whoa...hold on...2 of her co-workers over the past 2 weeks confirmed my delivery for tomorrow...to which this "person" said "...you need to calm down, lady!" I hung up and spent the next 4 HOURS trying to get someone to help find out what the heck happened. I was forced, in the end, to re-schedule for the next Wed...which as of this writing was yesterday.

Do I have my mattress? Nope...they screwed up THAT delivery, too! I am, as we speak, in an email talk with the Director of Customer Success at The Hub Group, who recently acquired this horrible "company"...I'm not holding my breath.

NonStopDelivery [NSD] Major item confirmed by Estes bill of lading, as handed off to NSD, just vanished

I ordered a 3 piece tool box from Home Depot. Estes Freight confirmed delivery of 3 boxes.. rolling tool box, side hanger & top box.

NSD delivered 2 boxes.. no signature, I was in the house for about 2 minutes. I walked back outside and they were here and had two boxes unloaded already, like there were in a hurry. I told the guy, that was fast, thanks. He jumped in the truck & the tire out of there. I opened the boxes and realized they did not drop the main rolling tool box. Estes confirms, and I have copies, of the shipment to NSD.. 3 packages. I tried multiple times to contact NSD by email, by phone.. they will not speak to anyone. I’ve been ripped off before, but never so blatantly.

I’m in contact with local law enforcement, but this case may go to the FBI actually, since this is going on with tons of these shippers. BIG scam. I’ll get my money back, but I want to help catch these guys! Crooks

NonStopDelivery [NSD] They delivered someone else's item to my house!

I'm expecting delivery of a bathroom cabinet today by 3pm. (it is 6:20pm now) Instead, they dropped off someone else's order. I tried to reach them to contact the driver to alert him/her to the mistake but cannot reach anyone by phone and have not received a response to an email. Home Depot, (the place I ordered from) cannot do anything about the delivery company, can only cancel and reorder for me. In the meantime, I contacted the correct customer, (whose info was on the packing list) to see if they had possibly delivered my order to her. They have not. I am going to take her order to her in the morning so that she doesn't have to wait but this is ridiculous. She also tried to contact them and could not reach anyone. I was on hold for the longest time then emailed them and the response was that I need to track my order online, that's crap because I am not trying to track it so much as I was trying to have any human being contact the driver so that this could be taken care of while they were still in the area. I will be contacting the vendor to let them know how frustrated I am, hope they never use this service again!

Desired outcome: contact with a human being would have been nice

NonStopDelivery [NSD] Delivery of Generator (Westinghouse)

Ordered from Lowes, paid in full on July 2, 2022. Shipped on July 5, 2022 and arrived at a warehouse on July 7, 2022 where it still is currently and it is July 20, 2022. Took forever for Lowes to track it down. Still no response as to when it will be delivered.

NONSTOPDELIVERY, yeah right! Check with any store and see who is shipping the item. if it is this one, better go somewhere else

NonStopDelivery [NSD] Delivery of pool ordered from Amazon

I ordered a pool from Amazon to use over the 4th of July holiday for a family gathering. THe pool was ordered on June 17th with a projected delivery date of June 30. I have called the "customer Service" line countless times and not once has anyone answered the phone. Every time I am placed on hold for about 15 minutes and then told we will call you back and hung up on. I have sent an email to every email address I can find for NSD and HubGroup (parent Co) and have had a few responses but they all equate to "thanks for your patience" and nothing more. It is now the 18th of July and I have nothing but the "promise" of a call to schedule delivery. How a company like this is able to land contracts with places like Amazon, Walmart, and Home Depot is astounding.

Desired outcome: Deliver my pool in brand new condition

Order two toilets from lowes.com both toilets were set to arrive and "customer refused delivery" twice. So I called NSD and they said it was NSD that refused delivery because they were damaged. Couldn't tell me if it was one or both. I was told I had to call Lowe's myself and let them know. Lowe's then issued a refund that would take 21 days. If I hadn't been diligently. Checking track who knows what would of happened. Now I'm waiting on a tub and tub faucet, and it has a delivery "exception". Am on hold after the chat left me out to dry with connection errors twice. NSD is absolutely horrible.

I am dealing with similar, they moved the delivery for my zero turn mower back 4 times. They have straight lied to me about having the paperwork when I talked to the company that dropped it off to them, they have signed paperwork by an NSD employee at their "last mile" terminal. That was on June 30th, it's now July 20th. I am ready for Home Depot to start offering apology incentives considering I have now seen thousands of comments like this and only under 100 5 star reviews. They just told me on the phone now that my order is scheduled for July 26th. First it was June 27th, then July 14th, then July 18th, then July 18th to July 20th now July 26th. I am livid.

NonStopDelivery [NSD] Fencing ordered

This is the second time my items have been out for delivery; have not been called either the day before or the day of delivery at any time. My Item has been out for delivery on two occasions I was told that I would get a call the day before and the day of delivery. I called NSD and both times they had my number wrong, both times it was updated. I called Home Depot and they also inquired about my items. They also gave them the correct number as again the terminal had the incorrect number. Also I chatted with someone today at NSD only to be rudely disconnected.

NonStopDelivery [NSD] Not delivering and not responding to calls to reschedule

I ordered a couch from Amazon a month back. It was supposed to be delivered on the 24th of June latest. They delivered it on 25 while I was out of town so I couldn't receive it. I've been trying to reschedule the delivery ever since but I've not been able to reach NSD. They neither answer calls nor respond to emails. It's been more than a month now and I don't know how to get the couch. If this goes on I'd have to cancel the order after waiting for so long.

NonStopDelivery [NSD] Delivery of Home Depot bathroom vanity

VANITY was to be delivered July 1 and it's gating my renovation. No message about delay from anyone. Today July 8. Given wrong tracking number. Phone at NSD goes unanswered. Called over and over from when phone lines "open". No way to know when it will leave Honolulu, where it's been since it arrived from California on July 1. Today, chat line says "we will schedule a delivery in 24-48 business hours". Disaster. Home Depot needs to stop working with companies that use NSD. No customer service whatsoever.

Desired outcome: The arrival of my vanity next week or, if not arriving, I need to find another before Friday.

Called them in office hours, never get through, even I wait for 15 minutes online, it will eventually be automatically hanged off.

I can't believe how this kind of company can stay in business and even get contract from Amazon.

NonStopDelivery [NSD] Home delivery

We have been in contact with you every day via chat since Wednesday June 29th in regard to a shipment that was supposed to be delivered to us on the 29th. Keep getting told by you a scheduler will reach out to you the next day. Was told that Wednesday night, Thursday night, Friday night, it's now Saturday and we are no further along in the process. Both Linda Cark and I were on hold and hung up on many times over the past couple days because no one would answer phone. It seems the only way anyone responds to us is via chat and they have absolutely been no help. Only that someone will call us the next day and they fail to do so. We are almost to the point where we are going to call Home Depot and cancel the order due to the fact the company, they hired to deliver it can't do their job. At this point what options do we have? Please pull up tracking # [protected] and tell me why that hasn't been updated. Tired of the games. This is getting ridiculous. Feel we are constantly being lied too. NonStopDelivery [NSD] Delivery of a treadmill, tracking #[protected]

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with for deliveries. I have no choice but to cancel with the vendor because I have been unable to get any meaningful information about the status of my delivery. I received a text two weeks ago telling me that the delivery service (NSD) had received my order (a Nordictrack treadmill) and I should expect a call within 2 business days to schedule delivery. I have now sent multiple emails and called multiple times, but I have not been connected with a live person. I have received only form email replies telling me to check status online (it’s been the same each time - it says it’s at the local delivery center waiting to be scheduled). I have stayed on hold for 30 minutes only to be summarily hung up on after being told that I would receive a call back - but of course, that never happened. This is the SECOND treadmill order NSD has failed to deliver (they lost the first one). I do not understand how this company stays in business.

Desired outcome: Deliver the item on or before 7/5, or a full refund.

NonStopDelivery [NSD] Customer Service and White Glove Delivery is non-existant

Ordered a queen sofa sleeper & matching chair from Hayneedle on 5/27. I paid the additional $149 for white glove delivery as it needed to be carried to our 2nd floor loft. It was scheduled per their website tracking for Threshold delivery. I attempted to phone NSD MANY times, never able to speak to anyone, being told per their recording that they would return my call. Never received a return call. I also tried their Live Chat, waiting for a Customer Service Representative to join the Chat for over 35 minutes. No one ever joins the Live Chat. Also tried to email them several times, filling out their form...never received any type of response. I finally phoned Hayneedle. They were able to confirm that the delivery was White Glove and scheduled for 6/23. When delivery was attempted on 6/23, it was only the driver who could only do the threshold delivery. This was not an option for us as we are both elderly and unable to carry a heavy sofa bed up a flight of stairs. I contacted Hayneedle as attempting to communicate with anyone at NSD is futile. I was actually contacted the next morning by NSD and was given a delivery date of a week later, 6/30 at 7AM. I was given that early time to insure my furniture would certainly be delivered that day. I followed the tracking daily on their website which stated delivery for 6/30 7AM-11AM...until yesterday when it stated delivery for 6/30 12AM-12AM. I phoned NSD and was told the delivery was changed to around 4:45PM. I never received the 30 minute prior to delivery text/phone call. At 5:30PM i attempted to phone NSD at the number they had finally contacted me with...they are closed for the day. It is obvious to me that I will never receive my furniture as I ordered and paid the extra $149 for White Glove Delivery. I will be contacting Hayneedle tomorrow and cancelling my order with them since it looks like I will never receive it.

NonStopDelivery [NSD] RETURN in TWO BOX PURCHASE from Home Depot.com

I have spent over 4 hours trying to figure out and expect a CALL from NSD! I GAVE TWO purchased boxes u am TRYING TO RETURN! call the number put in the "R" number and music starts!; NO one comes on line... I have tried emailing not effective EITHER. HELL the CHAT thing doesn't work either. ALL I WANT, REQUEST is to get my purchase back to frickin seller from Home Depot and recieve REFUND. I keep emailing my phone number BUT NO RESPONSE. HELL! UPS picked up 5 BOXES TODAY! THANK YOU UPS! but still trying to get THIS REFUND with NSD shipping to do their damn job or GET OUT OF GAME, LET UPS TAKE OVER!

Desired outcome: NSD PICK UP THE 2 BOXES! then my refund will transact!!!

NonStopDelivery [NSD] Missing my order

I’ve called numerous times and no one picks up or answers the phone. Agents with Home Depot have also tried calling NSD with Joe luck. I’m missing the table to the patio set I ordered. Your drivers only left one of two boxes in my driveway. Worst service ever! I had to run after the truck to talk to the driver and he clearly did not care about the poor service that was provided. I will be reporting this company to BBB as I’ve already paid for my item and no one from NSD will return my call to resolve the issue.

Desired outcome: Deliver my order I paid over $1500 for!
