I ordered a mattress from Amazon the beginning of Oct. and the delivery date was 10/17/2022. The NSD tracking shows it arriving at local terminal on the 11th. I still do not have my mattress and the 5 people I have already chatted with cannot answer my question's. I am told they contacted warehouse to schedule a delivery, that is the exact answer from each person. Also, if you look at the tracking now, it says delivery scheduled for 4:20am this past Sunday. I would like to know why it wasn't delivered on the 17th and why it's been sitting there since the11th? What in the world is going on? It is under my husband's name, Damen Pappas.

Vanity from HOME DEPOT
I ordered a vanity for my remodeled bathroom through Home Depot, on October 5th my invoice for them stated that it was delivered by Nonstop Delivery at 6:30pm. I never received a call or the vanity. The only way I could get ahold of NSD was through Home Depot. NSD kept telling me to call back and they would have proof of Delivery. Kept calling and never saw the Proof of Delivery. After calling Home Depot several times, they refunded my money back. Now Nonstop Delivery wants me to contact them for return

NSD is the WORST shipping company there is. I ordered tiles off of Home Depot and this company was assigned the responsibility of delivering my 10 boxes. They received the boxes on 9/16 and have LOST them in their Dallas terminal. I have been on the phone with these people for over a week and they can’t seem to locate my 10 boxes that they signed for on 9/16. My entire project has been at a standstill for a week now waiting on these [censored]s to find my shipment. Not to mention that when you try to call these people you sit on the phone for hours or if you press the button for a callback in the morning, you will be lucky to hear back from them before the day ends. Absolutely would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy. They are that terrible.

Couch/ delivery
I ordered a couch off Amazon. They shipped using NSD. The couch was supposed to be delivered between the 16th and 20th. Since the 20th I started contacting them on a daily using their online chat. They always say they will make it urgent…that they will contact me within 24 - 48 hours. It’s the 26th. I have yet heard from them, and when I check my tracking number it’s not even scheduled out for delivery yet.
Desired outcome: I just need my package to be delivered!

We received a call yesterday letting us know that our patio furniture from Lowes would be delivered by 2:00pm. I went to check the order when it was past 2:00 and it said it was delivered at 7:59 a.m. We did not receive the order and cannot get anyone on the phone at NSD. Will never order from Lowes again and definitely will never use any company that uses NSD. EVER!

If I could give NSD Shipping negative stars I would. I ordered cabinets from a company that told me it would be shipped via NSD Shipping. I was told that they would call to arrange a delivery date with a 4 hour window and a 30 minute courtesy pre-call while enroute. I received NONE of that. They delivered on a day that my husband was out of town and a time when I was at a doctor's appointment. Someone was supposed to be at home in order to ensure everything was delivered and sign for the delivery. They just dropped the crate off in our driveway and left. I attempted to call them while waiting for my doctor and could not get anyone on the phone. Their automated voice response said someone would call me back (even though I did not ask for this) and then hung up on me. So I was stuck with this huge crate containing close to $4000 worth of cabinets in our driveway with no way to move it and it was supposed to rain the next day. So in my opinion they deserve way less than 1 star. And by the way I checked their website and they are still claiming that my package has not even been delivered yet.

No Delivery
I ordered an Armoire from Amazon and only box 1 of 2 was delivered. NSD lost an 80 pound box. I cannot get ahold of them and have tried multiple avenues. I WANT MY BOX delivered. Tracking ID: 6702218, Delivery of box 1 only on August 19th, 2022. Sauder confirmed 2 boxes accepted by Estes shipping, Estes shipping confirmed 2 boxes sent to NSD for delivery.

No customer service, lost order
I ordered a couch through Home Depot and they use Nonstop Delivery as their third party company to deliver the item. They’ve made 2 delivery attempts but I’ve not received the item with no update. I’ve called customer service multiple times, emailed, used their online chat. No response whatsoever. It’s been over a week now. They have no customer service.
Incomplete delivery
On Sat 9/3/22 I was scheduled to have a Nordic Trac Rower delivered and assembled between 3pm and 7 pm. Around 2:57pm my Ring video camera recorded a delivery truck on the road and a delivery man walked onto my porch. He did not ring my doorbell and I did not know he was there. He did not attempt to call me to alert me they were at my residence. I was in my house waiting for them to make the delivery. I am including this link to my Ring footage. Please note that when my doorbell rings you can hear it outside (You will not hear it on the clip). Also, the delivery man was at my door no more than 30 seconds. I am a disabled vet and I have mobility issues so even if he rang my doorbell, I would not have been able to open the door fast enough before they were gone.

Desired outcome: I work evenings and I had to take off work in order to be available for the delivery. I would like to request my delivery fee be refunded and I want different delivery men when I reschedule my delivery.
Delivery
I ordered a massage chair from Amazon. I received several email notices that it would be delivered on 22 Aug, 2022 between the hours of 6 AM &11 AM. I would be called a half an hour prior to delivery. At 11 AM the chair had not been delivered. I called the NSD customer service phone number. Sat on hold for 20 minutes with no answer. I contacted NSD through their CHAT line. The person that I chatted with was of no help, and didn't seem interested in doing anything. I contacted Amazon Prime customer assistance. That person was able to finally contact someone at NSD that actually seemed to be interested in helping. On the conference call, that person informed us that the chair would now be delivered on 23 Aug, 2022 between the hours of 9 AM to noon. The next day I again took time off of work to be on hand for the delivery. Once it got to be 11:30 AM, and I had not heard from the delivery driver, I once again tried to contact NSD. No luck there at all. So once again, I contacted Amazon Prime customer service. That person was able to finally get through to NSD. The person we talked to there looked into the situation. Her response was that the chair was lost in transit, and she didn't know when it might be delivered. At that time, I cancelled my order with Amazon Prime and got a full refund and apology from Amazon customer service to make up for the inept handling of my order. I figured I was done with this transaction, and that someday in the future, that someone at NSD would stumble across the massage chair, and after much head scratching, would send it back to Amazon. Imagine my surprise that while I was at work removing the main wheels off of a business jet, my phone rings at 3:30 PM. A driver named Cameron Puetz was calling to let me know he would be at my house in a half an hour to deliver the chair. I told him not to bother as i had cancelled the order and they could send it back. I will try to find another chair, but before I order it, I will ask if NSD will be delivering it. If they say yes, I will just hang up the phone and try elsewhere. Life can be a pain enough the way it is. Dealing with an inept shipping company that shows so little aptitude towards customer service is not something I enjoy dealing with. I'm sure Amazon chose NSD as a shipping provider because you offered their bean counters the lowest rates. And it really shows. If I treated my customers the same way your ratings show you treat yours, I would be out of a job.
Desired outcome: I don't care as I do not plan on interacting with NSD again.
Home Depot Return Pick up
I was called and told I my Home Depot return would be between 1 pm and 5:00 pm. last Friday August 19, 2022 Missed work to be at home for the pick up. They never showed up, and never called to say the delivery was off. After many phone calls, leaving messages, someone answer the phone, he didn't ask me any of my information and told me really quick that someone will call me back.
(Still waiting ). Finally Saturday someone from another state told me the reason was the driver didn't showed up .and the only thing he can do is put a note and New York office will contact me Monday. (Still waiting ) I even left a message to MIguel... giving him all my info. (Spanish and English "Just in case" NO LUCH EITHER. ... so far. Today Tuesday August 23 at 3 pm SILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK. Your customer service is unreliable and does not care about its customers.
Home Delivery from Home Depot
I was called and told I my Home Depot product would be delivered between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. Missed work to receive the delivery. They never showed up, and never called to say the delivery was off. Lousy company, very unreliable, and does not care about it's customers. Any business that chooses to use this company has no respect for customers either. Could not speak with a customer service representative when I called. The automated service advised that the delivery was reset for another day, after waiting all day when first scheduled. This company needs to be shut down.
Desired outcome: Go out of business and save us all a lot of headaches.
Delivery of bathroom vanity: son was injured and damage to my wall
Damage done: August 16, 2022 between 2:30-3:00 PM.
I paid for delivery of a bathroom vanity to be placed in any chosen room of the house. When the delivery person came (1.5 hours late), only one worker was there to haul a 307 pound bathroom vanity up one flight of stairs to my room of choice. The delivery guy was very nice, apologized for not having another person, but the fact remained that I paid for the service to have it delivered in my home. My 150 pound son happened to come home from work and he offered to help get it moved. Luckily, as they struggled to get it up the first part of the steps, it didn't slide down on top of my son, since he was on the bottom holding 307 pounds over his head while the worker tried to lift from the top of the stairs. However, my son did get hurt. As they tried to round the corner, his hand was jammed between the corner of the vanity and the wall. He ended up with a cut on his palm that bled, continued to bleed and is bruised today.
When my son was able to dislodge his hand, and in the attempt to move the vanity around, the leg dug a big hole into the wall. As they rocked the vanity, the hole got bigger and another smaller hole and an indentation in the wall appeared.
This was really not the fault of the driver. He should have been sent with someone.
I cannot get ahold of the company. Every time I call, I am put on hold and after about 16 minutes, I am automatically disconnected.
I wrote about the damage on the paper I had to sign before the worker left. I would have thought someone would have reached out from the company to at least see how son was doing. It would also be nice to know if I will get my money back for paying to have the company deliver it- not having my son have to help. Compensation for the damage to the wall would also be nice.
The company is very lucky that the damage to my son was his hand and not the vanity coming down on top of him as he pushed it up the steps.
I hope someone contacts me- since as I am writing this, I am on hold again for the fourth time today and twice yesterday.
Desired outcome: Reimburse $60 for delivery. Thank you to my son for doing the job and apology.Send compensation to pay for the damage to the three places on my wall.
Delivery of Amazon 65" TV
The promised delivery window finally arrived at with great delay and difficulty has come and gone. Getting NSD to give any useful answers (or even communicate or answer or reply to messages, or chat waits) is as bad as everyone else is reporting. I have escalated this to Amazon mgmt. Shame on NSD they should use someone else, or you cannot trust Amazon purchases.

Was supposed to be delivered august 11; from 4-8 pm. I paid nordictrack 199.00 for "white glove delivery". No one showed up. You cannot get anyone on the phone. I called and was on hold for 30 minutes, then automated voice said they would call me back - no one called back.
I "chatted" on their website and was told it would definitely be delivered yesterday august 11 between 4-8 pm. It was not delivered.
"Chatted" again this morning and was told driver came but stated no one was home! I was here waiting! he did not call; which I'm sure he had my phone number?
No one came to the house, I am sure of that!
Now waiting for them to reschedule. I lost a day of work yesterday; and still waiting.
Not resolved.
Desired outcome: I would like the product delivered; and set up like I paid for. The delivery person should have my phone number, in case he goes to the wrong house!!
Westinghouse generator
Ordered a Westinghouse generator. It was supposed to be delivered on the 4th. That never happened I used the chat feature. She claimed it would be here by 9pm. That never happened. Went to the tracking page it now said out for delivery on the 11th. Well it's now 9:40 pm and nobody is answering the chat. It's absolutely impossible to get anyone on the phone. My next step is to show up at the terminal in Indianapolis.

Tried numerous times to reach out to this company via phone or chat for many days.
Have a item tracking #[protected] ( large 10kw Generac Generator that was ordered back in Feb/2022 and told by Generac that this company has my item somewhere in a warehouse. Want to know when is this item will be shipped to Lowes located in Catskill, NY 12414. Received email since my ordered back in Feb that it will be delivered July 6 and since then push back every week to now.

6 drawer dresser (buy buy baby)
Delivery upon initial order placement was expected by 07/23/22 latest. This is an In-Home delivery and requires someone home to receive, thus the courtesy of of scheduling should go without saying. Since the week of July 20th I have been calling daily to confirm delivery time and have not heard back or been able to speak to a single person at NSD. I have also been in touch with buy buy baby’s customer service numerous times and they cannot get an answer from NSD either.
Last week, I got an unexpected text that my delivery was scheduled for August 4th between 11am-12pm. It’s now days later, still no dresser, nor can I reach anyone at NSD. This is absolutely unacceptable, to put it kindly.

I ordered this shed that I was waiting for delivery today on July 7 it was supposed to be at my house today between 12o’clock and 3 o’clock today Aug 5th never received what was the problem it never arrived I have no idea and I was given no information from your shipping department can you help me out.
