Delivery date came and gone with no delivery
My delivery was due December 30.2022. It has sat in Columbus ohio since December 30 with no new delivery scheduled. NSD has not called us or the person that ordered my delivery as a gift for us. Both parties have been trying to contact nsd since December 30 and not 1 person answered phone or emails. On emails they only say to track package. Well we have and it shows it still just sitting in terminal in Columbus ohio since December 30.2022. They will not reply to your questions in the email they only reply to track package. Cannot get a person on a voice recording. This company has over 200 complaints. Why is this company still in operation if it can't do the job?
Desired outcome: Deliver my delivery tomorrow or I want my money back over $500. Some person needs to call and correct this problem today.
Amazon purchase - pool table
I purchased a pool table from Amazon that was supposed to be delivered but hasn’t yet. I’ve tried calling multiple times and haven’t been able to contact anyone by phone or by chat via their website. They have an automated call back system that has “called” me back twice after I’ve requested a call back multiple times but each time the phone doesn’t ring for more than a fraction of a second before the call disconnects. This is frustrating. That pool table was expensive and just when I finally decided to splurge, I can’t seem to get it delivered. I want my pool table or my money back!
Desired outcome: Pool table is delivered.
Kitchen cabinets
I ordered 11 kitchen cabinets from Home Depot for our rental unit which is vacant at the time. 5 of them were dropped after 7 pm in front of the garage entry door to the building without informing anyone. I started getting messages and phone calls from the Condo President, Condo Manager, and the Front Desk staff. NSD was supposed to carry it to our unit on the 5th floor. My wife and I ended up driving 50 miles from Annapolis to DC, find two strong guys, pay them $180 to carry them upstairs. When I was putting the order, Home Depot had assured me they were to be carried all the way to the unit, not dropped in the middle of the road at night in DC. If they were left there over the night, all would either be stolen or damaged badly. Now I have the remaining 6 cabinets to be delivered. I tried to call NSD but it is impossible to talk to someone.
Desired outcome: Cabinets to be carried all the way to our unit.
Waiting on order pick up for refund
I have been waiting for a Steel Cabinet to be picked up since 12/14/22; I've received emails from NSD claiming they have been trying to reach me witch is a lie because the phone number that was given has not rang. I've spoken with Home Dept they've reached out to this company & I've been told that someone will call be in 24-48 hours to setup a pick-up no one called. Called again this time I was advised 24-72 hours now its 12/26/22 which of course because of the holiday they are not open. But this time I was told this will be expedited for a quick pick up; I've been in the customer service business for over 30 years and this is my second worst company for customer service. This company really needs to get it together because social media can shine a bad light on a business.
Desired outcome: I appreciate a response so that this item can be picked up and returned to Home Depot for a refund.
non delivery
Dec. 14th I received a text stating that my shipment would be delivered on Thursday Dec. 15th between 2-4. I waited all day and no one came. Dec. 16th I called and complained and was told it would be delivered on Mon. Dec. 19th between 10-2. Once again, I waited all day and no one came nor called. I called Home Depot to complain and was told that it would be delivered on Tuesaday, Dec. 20. . Waited all day and again they were a no show. How many more days am I supposed to wait for a delivery that never comes. This is the week of Christmas and I have lost 3 days because of this company/ I am furious. No one returns a phone call. I have never in my life dealt with such poor customer service.
Desired outcome: Deliver the shipment on time. It is still listed as out for delivery but no one shows up
Shipping of item from Amazon
Ordered 12/1/22 and carrier NSD received it finally on 12/09/22. Took 2 days to get from the CA terminal to the Phoenix terminal. Been sitting there since 12/13/22 and it's now 12/20/22. Said it was to be delivered on the 17th, well that came and went. No customer service at all and no number that doesn't put you on hold then hangs up with a promise they'll call you back. Today 12/20/22 I'm on hold with Amazon. If I see any future packages shipped with NSD I will cancel immediately.
Desired outcome: Receiving my package this year would be nice.
Non Delivery of Furniture
I have been trying to reach NSD for 5 days. My furniture was supposed to be delivered by 12/16. It is now 12/20 and I have gotten no updates on when this will be delivered. NSD does not answer their phone, and they have an automated message that says an agent will call you back once they are available. They never call back. This company is HORRIBLE. Look at the reviews online. They routinely lose furniture, don't schedule deliveries or give you only a half hour notice before they are ready to deliver. I can't believe companies like Amazon and Home Depot use this shipping company. They are unreliable, uresponsive and unprofessional.
Desired outcome: I want a response, an apology and my furniture to arrive!
Same crap here. Ordered thru Amazon, been sitting at a Phoenix depo for the last week. They are non existent customer service. How do companies like this stay in business?
Better question... Why does Amazon select NSB in the first place? Amazon needs to take the heat for the crazy bad choice they made, especially when there is so much bad service chronicled on so many sites. For sure, their own customer service records are likely bulging with unhappy customer's communication.
Basketball Goal
Ordered a basketball through a purchasing company and the goal has been tracked sitting in Norfolk, VA for the past two weeks. No contact from anyone at the company nor will they respond to the purchasing company. Multiple emails, calls, chats and not a single word from the company.

Delivery MIA, company not answering phones.
They called while my phone was in the other room on delivery day, I sprinted to my phone but didn't get there in time. I called the number back several times within a minute of the initial call. They wouldn't answer. After an hour, they listed my delivery as "Delivery/Pick-up Attempted" when nobody attempted the delivery, we are home and able to take it.
Amazon says I need to contact NSD to solve this, but they DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONES! I'm on my 3rd attempt to contact them, and I'm currently on hold for over 25 minutes now listening to the same music repeat with no end in sight. I may even have to ask for a refund due to this shipper, it's a shame. This is horrific service and I wouldn't ever consider this company when shipping items in the future. I've also passed my complaint on to Amazon.
Desired outcome: They answer their phones (both their drivers and their company), and deliver my package at the time we agreed on. We are home, nobody came to the door.

Nov 2 I ordered, Nov 12 is was scheduled for delivery, I was admitted to the hospital that day and could not be there. Tracked my package said it was out for delivery and rescheduled for Nov 14. I have cameras, no one came that day at all. When they did come the initial day on the Nov 12 he knocked on my door and then turned around and left. Someone was there to receive the package but when they got to the door they were already gone. Unexceptionable. It is now dec 9 and no word from anyone. Somebody has stolen my package from you and I need this to be fixed please.

Was sent the wrong (also extremely damanged) vanity. Trying to get this picked up via Home Depot. It's been 4 days and no one has contacted me to pick this up so I have a damaged vanity sittin gin the middle of my house. Trying to get in touch with this company is a complete joke. No one EVER repsonds to the chat option NOR answers the phone. HORRIBLE!
Customer Service
I sent an email inquiring about my package and date of delivery. The lady told me that I would get a call the business day prior to my delivery date. Never got a call. I wouldn't be surprised if I don't get the package today (Thursday Dec 8).
The company boasts "Our network is designed for speed, superior on-time performance, and customer satisfaction."
They've already failed on the customer satisfaction aspect, as I have lost confidence due to the lack of specific information they have provided.
Desired outcome: Have my package delivered on the specified date (if not during the specified time of day).
Product not delivered
Good morning,
NSD online tracking number [protected] says my package was delivered. We never received this package. The out for delivery status from Chantilly VA and the delivered to Sykesville MD is the same exact date and time.
Again, this package was not delivered to us at 7474 Willow Bottom Rd, Sykesville MD.

Delivery of kitchen table
The local terminal in Lexington Ky called me on Thursday Dec 1st 2022 to schedule my delivery for Friday Dec 2nd between the hours of 12pm and 3pm. I missed a days work. I was told I would receive a call 30min prior to the driver arriving. No one ever showed up or called me. It was now the weekend and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Monday morning Dec 5th I called and Katie told me they would be at my home Tuesday between 12pm and 4pm. Missed another days work and still no one showed. I called Wed morning and Katie tells me she will do a “dock search” for my package and would call me back. I still haven’t heard anything I tried calling Katie back but three different times someone answered the phone and immediately hung up so I called the 800 number they have. The woman there told me that it’s showing they put my table back in the dock as of 2:30pm today. It is 4:15pm now. The lady also called the terminal and said no one was answering the phone. That was approximately 3:30pm. So I’m going to wait another day to see if they deliver my package without any damage since it’s evidently being moved around but has not been brought to my home. The lady at the 800 number also told me there was no reason listed as to why they haven’t delivered my table or why they haven’t contacted me.
I will update this review soon.
Desired outcome: I would like to be contacted with a FOR SURE delivery date with my table not having any damage.

Worst possible shipping company I have ever dealt with. This company is a joke you can’t get anyone who knows what they’re doing and that’s if you get the to answer their phone. My package said out for delivery 12/1 and it’s 12/3 and still haven’t seen anything or made further contact. Like I said, this company is a joke and whoever runs this place is an even bigger joke.
Desired outcome: They lost my package and refused to answer any questions I had.
Customer service - scheduling a pickup for a return
I have called 8 times in 2 days to try and schedule a pickup. I have been on hold to speak with someone as long as 6 minutes and I still have not been able to speak with anyone.
The recording told me that I would not lose my place in line that someone would call me back. When they did, the call disconnected when I said hello.
I am a working individual, and I cannot keep calling just to be holding to schedule a return.
Desired outcome: I would like to schedule this return.
I'm having the same issue. I did speak to a person who sounded like she was trying to swallow her microphone and said "basically" every other word. All she could do was read from a script and I had to pressure her to call the terminal. She said she did and no one answered and I had to tell her call again because someone is there as we are in the same time zone. Got put on hold and when the rep came back on, she said they would probably call tomorrow to schedule a time. PROBABLY?! What kind of answer is that? Then she proceeds to tell me it takes 24 to 48 BUSINESS hours (that's three to six days folks) to contact and schedule, which is totally unacceptable. That is definitely not anywhere near ANYONE's definition of "We'll be contacting you shortly to schedule your pick-up". This is what their automated response tells you. "Shortly" is within one business day. I've been waiting four days already. This company is a joke. I will be contacting Home Depot and letting them know they have a problem and they need to come and pick their item up since NSD can't manage to do their jobs.
Delivery
I received a call on Thanksgiving (11/24/22) that said I was to receive my delivery on Friday (11/25/22). I called the company on Friday afternoon for the time and was told it would be between 4:30 pm and 8:30 pm and the driver would call me 30 minutes before arriving but I didn't need to be home for the delivery. I waited until 9:30 pm CST and nothing. No call, no delivery. Saturday I called NSD at [protected] and was told that the driver entered a comment "was not able to deliver at 7:15 pm." Where did he try to deliver? It wasn't to the address on the shipping order! I wasted the entire day waiting for the cabinets. For the second time, I have been left with a kitchen needing cabinets and no cabinets!
This is the second order that they couldn't deliver to the right place! The first time they dropped the order in Clearwater, Florida, on October 16th and the shipping label clearly said Marshall, Missouri.
This company is a scam outfit!
Desired outcome: Deliver my cabinets without damage by 5 PM, Monday, 11/28/22!
Workbenches from HomeDepot
Got 4 scheduling texts and 2 emails confirming my delivery for today. After waiting for an hour, I logged in to check and it says I missed the delivery and is marked no call no show. Calling their automated system took 1.5 hours and noone picked up. I contacted them on their chat system. First rep said that I missed their phone call and they decided not to deliver. After that chat was dis-connected. I contacted them again - second rep said it is still being delivered but upon more careful check, said it is not since it was no call. I explained again that I confirmed the delivery online and there were no calls. Rep kept checking and finally said that the driver was no call no show. I asked why there are so many discrepancies and what is actually happening, after which Rep informed me that all the information was provided and dis-connected me from chat. Bottom line - I spend all day waiting for my order and staying on hold without any attempt from them contacting me and letting me know that the driver was a no show and to apologize for not delivering my order as scheduled.
Desired outcome: Accurate information in the tracking window, HUMAN picking up the phone. Of course, an actual delivery!
Patio Furniture
NSD stating patio furniture was delivered 9/9/22. It was not delivered to me. I had emailed NSD in July stating we would refuse delivery as it was scheduled for 7/9/22 delivery. I received a call from them after this email stating they were unable to deliver at any point in time and merchandise was being returned to merchant. I have cameras around the entire outside of my house. No delivery trucks attempted or completed delivery. Your response to dispute was from another country showing "proof of delivery." That is not proof..it is just a receipt stating merchandise was deliver to me. It was not! I think the numerous complaints filed against NSD speak for themselves. No reputable company should ever deal with NSD. I want this resolved immediately.
Kitchen Cabinets
Ordered kitchen cabinets through Home Depot. Product arrived at NSD local terminal on 10/10/2022. Order wasn't even scheduled to deliver for another week. On delivery date, truck never showed up. Order was on truck to my town, but was taken back to terminal. Home Depot said NDS informed them it would definitely deliver the next day, 10/18. 10/18 - no delivery. After HD, calling NSD again, they informed that delivery date was changed to 10/25. 10/25 - No delivery. Delivery was then scheduled for 10/27. Just got off phone with NSD and they have pushed it yet again to 10/28. This is now the 5th time they have rescheduled! THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!
