How does this company deliver for Home Depot when they have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau? Look at their complaints, all of them are the same, non delivery of items purchased from major Brick and Mortar Stores, i., e such as Home Depot, Pennys etc etc.
I was suppose to have a delivery today between 11am and 3pm and I checked their tracking information constantly during the day. At 2pm I noticed that they entered some erroneous information on my tracking number, even going to the extreme of entering information that had not been there hours ago and now magically appeared with time stamps of last night or early this morning.
They said they attempted delivery at such and such time, when in fact they did not, and then they inserted before that delivery attempt that customer rescheduled, NO I did not and then they inserted that rescheduled for some other time
I dont even want the items anymore as they seem like a horrific outfit and after speaking Home Depot who called them three times, they were hung up on. OMG this is going to be a nightmare
