Delivery of 72 cu ft freezer and refrigerator purchased through Home Depot
On 4/7/21, I ordered for and paid almost $8k for a 72 cu ft freezer and a 72 cu ft refrigerator. Tracking on NSD said item was received at local delivery hub in Brook Park, OH on 4/14/21. I was told to expect delivery on 4/15/21. Did not happen. Tracking on NSD updated to OUT FOR DELIVERY - AKRON on 4/19/21 to be delivered between 3:22am and 7:22 am. What!? Tried to call, never answered. Left call back number, they never called back. Tried online chat, no representative available. Called Home Depot. Was assured they were being delivered on 4/19 by 8pm. Business closes at 4pm. Had arranged for someone here until 8pm for delivery. Never came. Next day still cannot get a hold of any representative at NSD. Emailed customer care for NSD, got response that it was received and I would hear back within 24 hours. Still no response days later (it is 4/23 today). Called Home Depot, they spoke with them and were told we were getting a "big snow storm" and they would reschedule my delivery. This is Ohio. It was not a big storm. Anyway, they scheduled it for 4/22/21 between noon and 4pm. NEVER CAME. Tried to reach them again today. Could not. Called Home Depot and they spoke to them. Said NSD hub in Brook Park, OH got the items on 4/20. They did not. They RESCHEDULED them on 4/20. Home Depot asked if I would like to speak to the lady at NSD myself. YES! PLEASE! She refused to speak to me. She told me it was being delivered today. That the hub opens at 9am and they would call me with a 4 hour window and call a half hour before actual delivery. I have been told this too many times to believe it. NSD has horrible customer service. I take that back. They have NO customer service. I have read so many complaints online about them. Better Business Bureau has hundreds. Why does Home Depot deal with them?! I just want the items I paid for. I don't even want the "white glove delivery" they try to say they provide. I just want what I paid for (and not damaged). I have spent way too much time attempting to get this resolved. It is just not right.

We scheduled our front door delivery for 4/16/2021. It is 4/13/21 and our incredibly large package (couch) was left in our driveway sometime before 9 am. If my wife did not have to take our children to school I have no idea when we would have noticed it and today is rainy. Due to your delivery on the wrong day, wrong time, without contact, and not inside the house as we ordered my wife and I had to quickly move the packages inside after moving our old couch to the street. This required me to punch out of work, luckily I work from home. She has asthma and arthritis; and I am a disabled veteran. This kind of activity is dangerous for us, which is why we paid to have the couch delivered into our home on the 16th (which I took time off work for to prepare for the delivery). We were both on hold for over a half hour, I selected the call back option (over an hour ago and still no call back) while you simply hung up on my wife. My wife also attempted to use your "Chat" feature but you dumped her chat. This is unacceptable.
I ordered 16 kitchen cabinets from the Home Depot to be delivered. Not only did they show up on the wrong day without any notice like I was told I would get, they left the pallets in the driveway, and several cabinets were smashed in as if a fork lift drove through them. Now I can't get ahold of NSD to pick up the returns, no one answers the phone and hangs up after being on hold for over 15 minutes, zero return calls after multiple attempts for weeks with the automated system. This company is trash. I'll never order anything from the Home Depot again since they do business with them.
Delivery
Delivery driver and assistant left my delivery in the rain when they were supposed to deliver to a dry location and they never gave me a courtesy call before delivery. They dropped off the boxes and rushed back into the truck they could leave before I could come outside. I contacted customer service who initially told me they would file a complaint. I told them I wanted the delivery completed and in a dry location. Customer support contacted the warehouse and said that someone from the warehouse would be in contact about the delivery issue, but I never received any further contact from anyone at the company. I had to risk serious injury to myself to move the several hundred pound delivery out of the rain. Since the company refused to complete the delivery, they should pay me since I finished delivery.
NSD Non-delivery of Home Depot order
My HomeDepot.com order was placed March 7 2021. On March 24, my order was tracked to a Last Mile receiving center in Orlando Fl. It has been at the Last Mile terminal for two weeks now with no scheduled delivery. Phone calls, emails, and a conference call from my local Home Depot have accomplished nothing. During the conference call, a person by the name of Marshall convinced us that a courtesy call would be made on Wed of this week between 3 and 5 and delivery would be set for the following day (April 8th) Neither have happened. I am beyond disgusted with the unprofessional behavior of this company. I can hardly believe Home Depot associates with this inept business. I think a refund is now my only option. If I have issues I will then contact my credit card company/bank to get this resolved. This is the only way to stop this horrible business practice . . .

White Glove Delivery Service is the worst--DO NOT USE
I cannot get anyone from NSD to either answer the phone or return a call. They refuse to respond to chat, they refuse to have a real person call back only an automated system that does nothing.
I do not have any idea how I am supposed to get my delivery so I will be contacting my credit card company to reverse my charges and they can send my products back.
DO NOT USE NSD Delivery for anything, ever.

They called me and scheduled the delivery for Between 12pm and 3pm and said I must be home to receive it, at 4:38 pm I called and entered in to a chat with them They told me it hasn't been shipped yet and was still in Seattle, We are in Florida. Poor communication and bad service on the part of NSD. I would really like a professional from NSD to properly contact me about a reasonable expectation for delivery

I ordered four kitchen cabinets on October 24th from Home Depot. Two of the cabinets were delivered to me on November 2nd. The other two were pantry cabinets that stand 7 feet tall. My cabinets must have developed legs and walked off as no one can find them. How on earth can they be missing? I have called so many times trying to get information on my cabinets but no one seems to care because I never get a call back. My tracking number is [protected]. They arrived in Farmington, New Mexico on November 2nd at 10:31 am and at 10:41 am they show delivered in Aztec, NM. I can assure you they were not delivered to me in Cortez, CO. On November 11th, the newest scan shows they were cancelled. How can they cancel an order for delivery? My contractor is waiting for these cabinets to finish my kitchen. I NEED THEM NOW!

Drivers in rental truck tore up our yard. We were not notified of delve so no one was home. They instead dropped the 400 lb box off at the top of our 1/4 mile driveway and left it there.. When NSD contacted and shown pictures they were verbally abusive and threatened legal action. We had ordered a product from Home Depot and will never use either company again.

Delivery of my bathtub.
Delivery was scheduled for 6-9 am Feb 28th 2019 and still haven't received it, 10:30am and counting. Lousy chat service and they don't return calls to check on delivery.
All it takes is a phone call to say their going to be late, but they couldn't even do that. Not respectiful of my time at all. I would not recommend this company for deliveries.
It finally got here around 11:15am. Wasted my entire morning waiting on them.

(The following message was sent to NonStopDelivery on 01/10/2020 and I have not received a response from them)
I am a customer of Home Depot and ordered a portable generator online. The unit was scheduled for delivery to my residential address. I received the initial delivery date via email with a date range of 01/09/2020 to 01/16/2020. On Monday (01/06/2020) I received another email stating a delivery date of 01/20/2020.
But, then on 01/08/2020 I received a voice message from NSD for delivery 01/09/2020. The message clearly stated the delivery driver would call 30 minutes prior to delivery. I was at my residence on 01/09/2020 all day. No one called or sent a text or email. Around 10:30 am, I called NSD and spoke to a rep who said the package has already been delivered. I advised that their rep called me 01/08/2020 and clearly stated the driver would call before arriving via voicemail.
This was a disappointment because it is a large package that I can not lift or carry. I was going to request that the delivery driver place the unit in the back of my house or in the garage (which is what most delivery companies will due).
Everyone knows that people will steal packages from a resident's home in broad daylight.

When I had contact with NSD, their representative said they would call 30 minutes before dispatch to resident. I did not speak with Home Depot about the delivery, because they said after order is completed, it was between customer and delivery service to make arrangements. I have not placed any orders with HOME DEPOT since January/2020. If any company uses NSD service, I would cancel with them as well.
Worse delivery service and worse customer service I have ever had the displeasure of working with. My package was scheduled for delivery on 06/06/2022, nothing. I called the number listed got a automated message that said my package would be delivered on 06/07/2022 between the hours of 9:00am and 11:00 am. At 11:30 I sent an email requesting information, I used the chat window, I called and was given an opportunity to have them call me back, none of these have given a response.
shipping from seattle to central oregon via non stop delivery
Ordered a treadmill from amazon. Dec 3rd. after 8 days and no item was told the shipping co lost it. How do you lose a treadmill. Amazon reordered on 14 dec. Still no tredmill. They don't even know where its at. How does this company stay in business? I could have driven to Seattle and got it myself 10 times over. Its less than 300 miles.
This is why I call then Never start Delivery instead of Non Stop Delivery. The onoy thing they delivery are lies and frustration

I ordered via Amazon a basketball goal. Per their website, I ordered and the item shipped on May 13. After trying to track the order for 4 days, the tracking never changed and kept stating enroute. I contacted both Amazon and NSD which both blamed each other. After finally showing my item shipped on May 22, again tracking it for several days and multiple delivery dates given, I contacted NSD. I was told when the item gets to the terminal, they will call to schedule. I asked where the truck was ( being as this shipped from Seattle I knew an approximate transit time for this to arrive. I was told the truck was enroute from Colorado to Utah. WTF. Why would a truck go backwards...I'm in Indiana. I looked again at tracking on the site and it was stated last track was MO. These people have several issues of competence going on.

vanity top not delivered and being held
I ordered my vanity top from homedepot.com on may 26th. I was sent an email that my vanity top would be delivered on june 13th. When I didn't get my product I checked the status again and it said delivery date unavailable. Home depot has called nsd and I have called nsd multiple times. They say they will call me for scheduling and nobody ever calls. I'm still waiting on my vanity top and it's june 26th. Even the vendor of the sink says I should have received it. Nsd's website says "at nsd, your customer's delivery experience is our highest priority". They are full of it. They don't pride themselves on customer service at all! Because of them I will never order online from homedepot again and I will make sure none of my business owner friends use them for deliveries. If I could give negative stars I would. I want my vanity sink nsd. I'm only 20 mins away from the darn terminal. Sheesh!

24 days & still no delivery
I ordered patio furniture from HomeDepot.com on 5/7 and was given a delivery date on 5/17. It then switched to 5/21. On 5/21 my furniture never arrived. Memorial Day weekend has come and gone. I've reached out to Home Depot a few times and as of yesterday they escalated my case. Soon after getting off the phone with Home Depot I received an email from the VP of Non Stop Delivery, Patrick Lynch, apologizing for the delivery delay and promising me that they have my items and that they would be delivered on 5/31. Well 5/31 has come and gone and I still don't have my furniture after 24 days. I don't know if I'll ever see it. This company has a 1 star review on Yelp. Who has a 1 star review on Yelp? I can't believe it. They have more than too many complaints on the BBB website and the horror stories told by customers about their dealings with this company are enough to make you think twice about doing business with them or ordering anything on HomeDepot.com.
The VP of Operations for NSD reached out and our delivery issue was resolved with his and Home Depot's help.
Delayed delivery/no follow through on phone call
Order placed on January 26th with Purchasing Power. I was told on January 31st by NSD online chat operator that my package was at terminal about 1 ½ hours from where I live and that I would get a call the next day to schedule delivery time, didn’t hear from them. On February 1st I contacted NSD online chat operator and was then told I would receive a call on February 2nd, and guess what? I didn't hear anything. My package is sitting at a terminal 40 minutes from where I live and now I'm being told that I will be contacted at the latest by 2/6. Yeah, right! I am not happy, and this service is unacceptable to say the least. Purchasing Power knows that Non Stop Delivery is unbelievably unreliable but they continue to use them exclusively for freight shipments.

Product is lost once Non Stop Delivery takes possession
I placed an order online with Home Depot on 5/13/16 for (2) small kitchen wall bridge cabinets (order# W489424816/tracking# [protected]) The 1st ETA was 6/10-6/17. Those dates came & went. I received no calls from Home Depot nor Non Stop delivery. On 6/16 I called Home Depot .com and I was informed that Non stop gave a run around and said that the cabinets were undeliverable. What exactly does that mean? I reordered with HD.com (order# C500095269/tracking# [protected]) my new ETA was 7/14-7/21. First I received notification that I should have the shipment on 7/8/16, but that came & went. Then when I called HD.com they said that the ETA was now 7/14-7/21, so I waited, AGAIN! On 7/25/16, I called HD.com and NonStop Delivery said that they NEVER received the shipment from Hampton Bay, but I was on the phone with HD.com when they called the Manufacturer and they said that Non Stop Delivery picked up the order as scheduled. We callled Non Stop back and now they said it was probably lost at the terminal and that they would check & call back. They NEVER did. I called HD.com back and they again reordered and I requested for the manufacturer to use UPS Freight, but they spoke with the Manufacturer and they said that they could NOT guarantee that UPS will be used. (order# C511236110/no tracking# yet) the new ETA is now 8/30-9/8. It appears that the drivers at Non Stop Delivery have a lucrative business of stealing and probably reselling the products. I am not sure why the Supervisors or the Owners at Non Stop seem to refuse to investigate all of these complaints?

Worst delivery service
I ordered a TV from purchasing power on December 26 2015. As of today February 24 2016 I have still not received my tv. When I look at the tracking information it says that the customer request storage on February 23 2016. And further down the tracking list it says that the could not make contact please email customer service. First off I have never request storage for this tv. The only thing I have asked is for it to be delivered on a Thursday or Friday so there will be someone here to accept due to being a white glove delivery. Horrible experience and non - existant customer service
I have had a HORRIBLE experience with NSD myself. We ordered bathroom vanity cabinets late June 2014 online from Home Depot to be shipped via Non Stop Delivery to our home. We tracked the package to see it sitting on their delivery dock for over a week. We began calling and calling after our delivery date came and went. We left several voice mail messages since that's really your only option with that shipper. Never got a call back after 4 messages. Finally called Home Depot and asked them what was going on .. we needed these vanities! Apparently they were damaged and no one was going to tell us. I asked to cancel that order and reorder but this time I wanted to pick them up in the store to avoid this horrible shipper (I googled them at that point and saw they had a terrible reputation). Well, the Home Depot rep made a mistake and didn't click the right box in my form (so I've been told) and they ended up getting routed to my home via NSD AGAIN! Great! Now they sat on their shipping dock very close to my house for another week after they received them. When we saw our delivery date, my husband stayed home and waited for them as you would for most deliveries. They backed up silently in my driveway, dropped our WOOD vanity (I say vanity because although we ordered 2, only 1 was actually delivered) without so much as a knock on the door or a ring at the bell .. just snuck in and dropped them off the back of the truck. These boxes marked fragile that were just dumped in my driveway. I live in Florida and it's summer .. it RAINS EVERY DAY! I called Home Depot immediately to tell them despite the bill of lading, only 1 vanity was dropped and I was missing the other. They said they are going to ship the other with another shipper that has a better reputation and to expect it in about a week. It is now Aug 12, 2014 and I only have the one vanity the other should arrive by Aug 20 (hopefully) .. my question at this point is, if you're shipping my OTHER vanity via a more responsible shipper, why the heck do you use NSD when clearly they are notoriously horrible!?

This company was contracted by Leggett and Platt to deliver and assemble an adjustable bed at my home. They have received my bed Monday morning, but have not responded to four phone calls and an email providing me with a delivery date. When I finally found a local dispatcher named "Sean", he was rude and abrupt and made it clear that he would call me when it is convenient for him, and said "we are just the delivery company" rather than trying to resolve my issue. It is clear that this company could care less about customer service. Their website references "extraordinary customer service" and "consistent communication" yet they have failed at both. Not one person has offered to call me back or demonstrate any concern for my desire to receive my shipment.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a bathroom vanity through Home Depot and it arrived a day late and at 7:30 am. Called them twice the day it was supposed to be delivered only to wait on hold for 10 minutes to get an answering machine - didn't even get to talk to someone and as you probably guessed, they still haven't returned my calls three days later. I emailed them, they responded two days later with, "Looks like it arrived on time!" which it didn't. When I asked the driver why it was late his response was, "I'm just the driver!" When I called his boss (whose number I had to convince the driver to give me) his response was, "Well you had the basic home delivery." No one took responsibility for what happened or even apologized for the inconvenience. When I talked to Home Depot they listened to my concerns, but said they have been getting a lot of complaints about NSD for 3 months now. I cannot believe they haven't dropped them yet. I told them that was a huge mistake because they lost a customer over this issue.

I ordered new double doors for my new house & received a robot call the night before delivery that they would be delivered the next day with basic
delivery & no one needed to be present. I gave my son, joint owner & builder, that information but, he was going to be working there anyway. When the delivery showed up they put them on the front stoop & my son proceeded to start dragging them in. The driver started pulling against him saying he had to sign the paperwork before he could get the doors. My son told him he would sign once the doors were in & at that point the driver called the police on him. Now there is a police report on our record when a signature was not required by the information we were given. The guy was very unkempt & totally obstinate. I did call HOME DEPOT & got the $99 delivery charge credited to my account. My problem is I was going to order all my cabinets & vanities from HOME DEPOT but I can't now because I will not allow this company on my property again . Hey people would a class action lawsuit be in order ? People sue for a lot less. Maybe that might get the attention of HOME DEPOT. Nothing else seems to according to all the complaints !
I TOO ORDERED ITEMS FOR BATHROOM REMODELING FROM HOME DEPOT ON JUNE 20, 2014. NEARLY A MONTH LATER, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE TOILET. HOME DEPOT TELLS ME IT IS SITTING IN A WAREHOUSE IN GEORGIA! A COMPANY CALLED NONSTOP DELIVERY IS SUPPOSED TO DELIVER IT, BUT WHEN I CHECK THEIR WEBSITE, IT SHOWS NOTHING SINCE JUNE 23RD. HOME DEPOT HAS BEEN TOTALLY UNHELPFUL. THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO NOW BUT CANCEL THE ORDER. ALSO, I ORDER A VANITY FOR THE BATHROOM AT THE SAME TIME, IT ARRIVED WITH THE GRANITE BACKSPLASH BROKEN IN HALF! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT THREE WEEKS FOR A REPLACEMENT. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HOME DEPOT AGAIN.

Ordered a patio table and chairs that were supposed to be dilevered on 6/6/14 and got pushed back to 6/7/14 between 12:00-4:00. No table and chairs. Contacted Home Depot that evening twice and no help! All they could say was it was on the truck and it was out for delivery. Sunday I called the number I could find for NSD and was put on hold so they could call the terminal... The guy came back and said THEY FORGOT TO PUT MY PACKAGE ON THE TRUCK! How is that when they told me it was on the truck the whole time! Needless to say Monday 6/9/14 came around and was told it would be delivered on 6/10/14...because the truck for Monday was already full! Shouldn't my package be the first on the truck for Monday?!?! NSD sucks and I will never order anything online from Home Depot again!
