Oxypure humidifier
I received the nuwave oxypure system on August 27, 2020. It did not come with the extra filters as advertised and I want to return it because the product do not function on some of the parts. I have called every available phone number, emails, fax and certified letters to no avail.
This is frustrating. A payment of $99 was taken from my checking account. I called the phone number made available on the receipt. No answer.

I finally received the NuWave Oxypure humidifier on August 27, 2020. The $99. 1st payment was taken from my checking account before I received the product.
I did not receive the extra filters promised and the machine does not operate on different functions.
I want to get another humidifier or I need to return it. I called every available phone number, email, fax and certified letters but to no avail. The phone number on my payment receipt is also to no avail.
I am a disable senior citizen that ordered this product because of my disabilities. PLEASE HELP!

Air cleaner shipping
I ordered an air cleaner from nuwave and everything seemed to be fine at first. I ordered on 8/23/2020 and never received anything on shipping until I called on 8/27/2020 and they said I would receive an email with tracking .I received an email on 8/29/2020 saying it was shipped and I checked the tracking number from UPS and said it was delivered on 7/9/2020 over a month before I ordered the item. Customer service is like going to a foreign country you try to understand what they are saying but it is hopeless. So far no air cleaner as of 8/30/2020.

We were excited to buy a nuwave air fryer 2 years ago. When it works it's pretty good. But that's the problem
We bought the nuwave brio 3 quart digital air fryer. What garbage
I did not want to pay over 120$ on a device that works when it wants to
The drawer and handle are weak, the heating element works when it wants to
I would apppreciate replacement unit or a courtesy upgrade to a nuwave air fryer oven, if it works they are great. But who would pay for a part time appliance?
Unresponsive Customer Service-Returns
My mother bought the Bravo oven as a gift for me, I did not want the appliance. I have attempted to contact Nuwave by calling and it just rings and I'm placed on hold indefinitely. I have emailed and filed complaints with their website which routes me to Pissed Consumer for the last two weeks. I have yet to receive a response. My mother lives off a fixed income and I want her money returned to her and therefore do not want this item.
How do i get this company to address this issue. They claim satisfaction guaranteed, money back, but what they don't state is good luck contacting them to return the item.
I'm this close to filing a complaint of fraud against this company.

I have been on terminal hold I have called three times, and have been on hold no less than 35 mins. I wanted to get a refund and for them to send me a return label but I guess this is impossible to receive. Because no one will answer the phone, they did not have a problem taken my money so they need to answer the phone so that I can return their product poor customer service!
Paint peels off the brio 6 qt air fryer.
05/29/2020 We used this NuWave fryer (3) times and then cooked chicken and the black paint blistered and pealed off of the inside and speckeld the chicken with small pieces of paint, which my family partilly consumed and the result was most of us became very sick...I purchased the unit from Amazon...I will be contacting The New York State consumer affairs dept Asap...
Brio 3qt air fryer
Front strip above basket warped and then broke. Couldn't get food out of basket. Turned it off and waited to cool down. Then used a pair of pliers to lift up plastic piece to get basket out and retrieve food. Tried to call and held for 20 to 30 minutes only heard music. Emailed to nuwave help, with no response. Still under warranty and wanted a replacement or part to fix.
nuwave duet
I purchased a Nuwave duet and tried to use it yesterday for the first time. After following the directions I proceeded to cook a pork roast, everything was fine for the first hour and then it came up er 3. I googled it and it said the lid was not on securely. So I readjusted reset and tried again 3 times with the same results I'm guessing I have either a faulty lid or sensor what can you do?
nuwave titanium stove top burner
I own 4 Nuwave products and use them daily. My Nuwave Titanium @ Nuwave Gold work well when I can turn them own. The START buttons fail to turn on the burner. I talked to customer service asking if I could buy replacement parts or send them in for repair. They said they can't sell parts or service. They only offered to discount a new purchase. I don't feel like buying another item that. Can't be repaired in the future. I like the product, but the service SUCKS. A F_ Joke!

I received my air fryer as a Christmas gift in December of 2018. I use my air fryer 3-4 times a week. We love our product, but this past Saturday, it stopped working. It won't turn on at all. We have checked the outlet and everything there is fine. We are really upset that it has only lasted 7 months.

nuwave 6 quart
This was a Christmas gift which was purchased 12/19. I use the product consistently. The arrows on the temperature button are gone. The arrows on the timer are gone. The start/ pause are almost gone as well as the on/off button. I have cleaned as instructed. The interior of the basket is chipping the nonstick coating. I have attached two pictures for your review.

6 qt. air fryer
Purchased the air fryer in December 2018. It completely stopped working on June 15, 2019. It only worked for 6 months. I cannot get it to power on at all. Have checked all connections and they are fine. I use it about 4 times a week, for no more than 30 minutes at a time. I would like it replaced.

The big container on the bottom that catches the excess oils and fats is peeling, all I did was wipe it out before washing, love your products other than this. Bruhub coffee maker
I purchased this coffee maker in November 2018. By Feb 2019, it stopped brewing. I reached out to the manufacturer and they told me the only thing they could offer was a replacement power base. I paid their required 15$ charge for a replacement, and was told to ship the defective one back. Shipping was SIXTY DOLLARS and NuWave said it was my responsibility to return the defective product.
The replacement base worked until today--we received it on Feb 18th 2019. Today the unit won't brew again, and I'm not interested in paying out of pocket for another defective unit to be sent to me.
Their customer support was less than helpful. They refuse to refund me (apparently you only have 15 days for returns, even though the product comes with a year warranty) and the only thing they'll do is send another base, which I pay out of pocket for.
They've locked the ability to leave reviews on Amazon (too many 1 stars on customer support, I guess?) and I have no where else to post my sever disappointment in this product and it's company. I wish I could caution others!

Frier worked good for two months. Then all the coating peeled off the bottom of the inside of the cooking tray. Called the company. Third call got an answer. Had to send a description and pictures to see if it was under warranty. Sent everything. Got a call a few days later saying it was covered by warranty but I had to send $13 for s&h of the new part. Sounded unfair but I agreed. But I didn't have an address to send it to. I then called 18 times. I emailed them. I sent multiple texts and never got an answer. I recommend DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
My next complaint goes to amazon as they list them on their site.
nuwave 6qt air fryer digital
We bought this about 4 months ago and use it just once a week. The issue is that once it finishes the time it was set for, you can't get it to turn back on. You have to let it sit for about 5 minutes before it will come back on. It is in a well vented area as well. I even put it on my stove with the fan going and it still does the same thing. For the money Nuwave charges, it shouldn't be doing this after only a few months. I was looking to purchase the newest air fry oven but not now. Not after my experience with this one and paying the price I did and pay twice as much for the oven and scared the same thing would happen.

Purchased a Brio Airfryer. Basket doesn't fit and is a hazard. The Brio is less then 2 months old, and under warranty. They now want me to send $11.95 to ship the replacement basket even though it is under warranty and only less then 2 months old. Time to contact the Consumer Protection Safety Agency. When you call Customer Disservice all you get is a stupid repeating recording.

First we had to replace a lid, then the oven went out. So we bought your deal of buy two . It has been less than a year, and this one is not working. Is this all their suppose to last.
