On 2/18/24 I submitted a request to http://www.officialsimunlock.com/ to get my iPhone 15 Pro Max Carrier unlocked. The fee for the Unlock eligibility check was $26.00. The way they advertised I thought that that’s all it was gonna cost a little behold they wanted more money. So on 2/19/24 I paid $79.00 for the official Sim Unlock order. As advertised, they stated I should have my device fully unlocked within three business days. Worst case scenario could take up to 30 days. On February 21, 2024 I received an email from official Sim Unlock stating the following: Thank you for placing your unlock order with us, we always do our best to make sure your device is unlocked as fast as possible, however due to covid implications we have experienced some Network server delays, this is worldwide not just local servers, we have chased your order and are happy to say it is processing and your unlock will be released shortly. We are doing everything we can during these difficult times to get your order processed as fast as possible and really appreciate your patience. In the rare circumstance your device is not unlocked within your 30 day max time frame we will always fully refund your order and give you 20% off your next order with us. And then on February 24, 2024 I received Another email from them stating the following: Great News, We have now had confirmation that your phone unlock has been processed and confirmation will be emailed to you within 48 hours, please check your email or log in to your unique order live tracking profile which will be updated with the unlock confirmation shortly.. I never received the email. And on day 34 which is March 22, 2024 I emailed official SIM Unlock asking what the status was of my device carrier Unlock that I paid for and they informed me that The device has been rejected for unlock for being blocked. which is incorrect, and I only say that because they provided Me an option to be able to track my device Unlock and currently as I’m Doing this message When I click on track order it still states that the order is in progress and that it’s 95% complete. And on top of that I questioned why I received an email on the 24th A February from official SIM unlock Stating the following as mentioned above: Great News, We have now had confirmation that your phone unlock has been processed and confirmation will be emailed to you within 48 hours. So if they’re sending me confirmation that they have confirmation that my phone was unlocked and is processing and a confirmation email will be sent to me within 48 hours, but I never received that email. You would think they would have known at that time that “” The device has been rejected for unlock for being blocked.““ as per their statement to me, but that’s not the case I’ve asked for a full refund as per what their email stated that they would issue me if it was still not carrier unlocked within the 30 day mark. It’s now day 34 and it’s still in progress according to when I track the order, can you please help me get some kind of resolution and getting my full refund in the sum of $105.00
