I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Olight Store. I had a faulty item that was still under warranty, but they straight up refused to replace it. Like, what's the point of having a warranty if they're not gonna honour it? And to make matters worse, they couldn't even fix the darn thing themselves. So now I'm stuck with a broken product and no solution in sight. Not cool, Olight Store. Not cool at all.

I recently got myself a combo of O Pen Pro and Baton 3 Pro in copper from Olight Store. I was a bit hesitant to order from them at first, given the mixed reviews I had seen online. But I decided to take a chance, and boy am I glad I did!

First off, the delivery was super quick. I got my order in less than a week, which was a pleasant surprise. And when I opened the package, I found that they had thrown in a free gift as well! It was a nice touch, and it made me feel like they really value their customers.

I recently made a purchase from the Olight store and I have to say, I was not impressed with my experience. I ordered a new Array 2S Headlamp, but what I received was not what I expected. The Headlamp that was sent to me was already opened and used. I was extremely disappointed and immediately contacted their customer service team to request a replacement.

After some back and forth, they finally agreed to send me a new one. However, when it arrived, I noticed that the box was unsealed, unlike the two other new items that I had received in sealed boxes. This made me question the authenticity of the product. Additionally, I found the lens cover under the Headlamp's body instead of stuck to the lens, which was odd.

I also found it interesting that this item is back-ordered until 12-30-22, yet they were able to send me a supposedly new Headlamp. It makes me wonder how they can send out supposedly new Headlamps when they are back-ordered for so long.

Overall, I was not impressed with their customer service. It was a hassle to get a replacement and I do not trust this company. I would not recommend them to anyone and they do not deserve a single star rating.

The last product I got from them was a gift which caused a fire in my vehicle, resulting in a total loss. This was a very scary experience and I would not wish it on anyone. It is quite concerning that their products can cause such damage.

Overall, I would not recommend Olight Store to anyone. There are many other options out there where you can buy a light without having to worry about the quality or safety of the product. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I recently made a purchase from Olight Store and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their service. I ordered a BALDR MINI from an Olight Affiliate (Sootch00) on 21 Jan 2021 at 9:11PM and received my BALDR MINI on 25 Jan 2021 at 12:47PM. The delivery was prompt and I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order within a few days of placing it.

I even emailed Olight the day after ordering at ***@olightstore.com and they promptly replied with my USPS tracking number the same day. This level of customer service is truly commendable and it made me feel valued as a customer.

The BALDR MINI is an excellent product and it fits perfectly on our Sig SP2022 rail right out of the box. The light and laser work great and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. There were some parts included in the package in case you had a different rail configuration, but fortunately, I did not need to modify the mounting plate. I accidentally dropped our baldr mini about 2 feet while it was mounted and it stayed secure on our Sig's rail! This is a testament to the quality of the product.

Overall, my experience with Olight was outstanding. I am so glad that I did not pay attention to the negative reviews and decided to give them a chance. They are an excellent company with affordable and great products. I highly recommend Olight Store to anyone looking for high-quality flashlights and accessories.

I decided to give Olight Store a try after hearing about their sales and discounts. I was excited to receive emails with special offers and a first purchase discount. However, when I tried to log in to the site, I encountered some issues. The site wouldn't let me log in, no matter how many times I tried. I was disappointed, but I decided to try making a purchase as a guest.

Unfortunately, the site was very glitchy and kept losing the items in my cart. It was frustrating to have to keep adding items back to my cart every time the site glitched out. After about 15 minutes of attempting to make a purchase, I finally made it to the checkout page. However, the site kept reporting that my payment wasn't going through. I couldn't check the status of my order because the site wouldn't let me log in or change my password.

Now, I'm left with no choice but to file a dispute with PayPal. I'm disappointed that my experience with Olight Store was so frustrating. I would caution other buyers to be careful when making purchases on this site.
