online / pick up process
I paced an online order at Store # 1274 ( Order #901692) and payed online. I arrive at the drive-thru to pick up my order and I'm told I had to physically come into the store to pick- up my order because it could not be given to me in the drive-thru. I go in and I'm handed my order with no further verification. If I place an order on-line, the intent is to have the order ready when I arrive ( as well as pick it up at drive thru without getting out of my car). Iwas not able to do that because of the employee by the name of John. This process was not very customer centric thus making it convenient for the employee and not the customer.
I find this process to be a bit strange and appalling. Your response to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

We are currently eating at Panda Express at cedar point. I have NEVER in my life had such bad customer service! The people behind the counter serving the food acted like they were in hell and the girl ringing ppl out acted like we were putting her out by having US scan our own season passes! No sauce no salt no smiles and zero customer service! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED It's funny that the only other ppl they were nice to were other colored ppl...
Tonight, I was at your store #1113 in Hayward, CA. I bought 2 orders of food to go. When I was checking out the clerk informed me that there would be a 10 cent charge for my bag. I was shocked! How is it that other fast food chains do not charge for bags and you do? I told the clerks that this is probably an illegal action. They said their orders were from corporate. Can you please explain this fee to me? It is very upsetting because I frequent your restaurant often and ALWAYS purchase to-go orders.

drinks for sale
I was a customer at the Panda Express at the citadel outlets in Commerce CA. I wanted to purchase a small child drink and was told by the cashier that I could not purchase one because they are not for sale. She stated they are for water only. I know this is not so because I have purchased a small child meal and the same size cup I requested to purchase comes with the small child meal. I was forced to buy a regular size drink which 1. Cost more and 2. Is way too big. The response from the cashier was a lie and I felt she just didn't want me to buy a small drink. Your drink cups should be a little smaller for your customers who request a smaller drink.

I went with a co worker to a panda express on Nicholasville rd Lexington ky (We usually do on the weekends for our dinner for the company) everything was ok we got our food, we asked for some sauce he gave us our food and sauce we left about 8 mins later noticed we did not get the credit card we used to pay for it (26.00) and we did not get a receipt.. we called and told them they said everything was ok they would fix it. When my coworker went there they were very rude the manager she spoke to basically said it was her fault for leaving her card and receipt..it says right on their window if you do not get a receipt the meal is free. She refunded one of the meals .. she said it was our fault for leaving the card thats why we didn't get the receipt..That does not have anything to do with leaving a credit card...we left the card but that has nothing to do with a recipe ...She had to drive all the way back which is 20 mins to get her card and be degraded by the manager. The guy whos name was ERIC who took our order was super nice and even apologized and said it was his fault for not handing it to us. The manager was very unprofessional and rude. .. I would love to talk to talk to the owner of this store because I guarantee they would not like the way this went. I have my own business and I work as a flight attendant, I know all about customer service..Im sure this will get lost somewhere in someones email but I just hope it does not and someone who actually cares about that store reads ..

I go to the panda express on millenia on Orlando, FL at least once a week. As of the last month the customer service has been poor and slow. I spent 19 mintues in drive thru to get my food. Once I got home the beijing beef was not full coated in the sause and the rice was bland. I have been going to this panda express for about a year now and don't plan on returning. I have given them several chances to improve this last month but I refuse to wait 20 mintues for fast food
incomplete food purchase with horrible attitude
22nd of June of 2018 at 12:10 pm CST I arrived at Panda Express store #0591 with a long line so that should've known, but anyhow I purchase a (2) item combo that consist of Broccoli Beef and Black pepper chicken. I arrived to my office and noticed that the food was not check as I only received was fried rice. I came back for refund and the manager gave me an attitude while the cashier gave me a smirk. Totally unexceptable
horrible food
So I went to Panda Express in the food court of Grapevine mills mall. I personally have never had it. But today I decided to try it. And the food literally tasted like it was cooked in the microwave and at that it even tasted under cooked. This was my first and my last experience with Panda Express and it's really sad because I kinda wanted the food to be actually good food but my hopes died soon as I ate the food. It's sad y'all really have to do better. I've worked in the fast food Industry and this food was just unacceptable for anyone.

Went to eat at Panda Express on Guadalupe and McClintock in Tempe, AZ.
the server seemed to be in a bad mood, when she asked what I would be having I said, half and half meaning noodles and rice, she served enough noodles but when it came to the rice she added half a spoon and I said, "could you please add more rice, she added a tip of the spoon of rice in a angry way" I just looked at her in a shocking way, I could not believe it. then she said, what else? I said, teriyaki chicken, she over did the chicken, she went over board with it. in which I would have liked more rice than chicken. but anyway, I did not like her actions.
before prices where cheaper and they would serve big amounts. NOW! since the prices increased now they serve less amount.

I recently purchased from the Panda Express on Ave I in Lancaster, Ca and I was unsatisfied with the customer service provided by Yasmin she not only got my order wrong but served too little of food in the plates that I had purchased, and for being on drive thru her service to provide me food took about 5 min because their was no food so she kept telling me " sorry we only have beef and broccoli, Kung pow and honey walnut shrimp right now " the service was COMPLETELY unacceptable and I often never take the time to send in feedback but her customer service was terrible and unacceptable.
teriyaki chicken
I ordered teriyaki chicken tonight for dinner Along with noodles at this location.. When I got home and opened my container I could see there was NO sauce on the chicken. It was very dry. I was very disappointed. I paid for teriyaki chicken and should have received teriyaki chicken Not just grilled chicken. I go to this location often and always order the teriyaki chicken and noodles. It is always served with teriyaki sauce on the chicken or on the side. . Either way would have been fine. . my craving for teriyaki chicken has not been filled. .😕😡

I decided I wanted teriyaki chicken from Panda Express. As I'm walking to the door an employee runs to the door at the last minute and puts a hand written note on the door that says "we close at 9:15 sorry" the sign on the door states that the establishment closes at 10:00 on weekdays. I got the employees attention to ask why it closed 45 min earlier than what the website and the actual sign on the door stated? She looked me in my face and ignored me the workers were extremely rude and refused to answer any questions regarding the situation. I told her I was goin to file a complaint. food portioning
My wife and I order each a panda bowl. Both the same. Mixed vegetables with Kung pao chicken. The quality and flavor was great. Unfortunately we order through the drive thru. The portioning was way off. I hope. 75% to 80% vegetables. Very little Kung pao chicken. Very upsetting. We ad ordered the same thing at a different location a few days ago. That stores portioning was very good. Do you not have the same portion controls set at all stores.

I waited patiently 20 min In line and another 15 for my food to be made because the restaurant was full and they had ran out of the string bean chicken i wanted and fried rice . When i got home my green bean chicken i waited so long for was all green beans 0 chicken in it and no rice it was all chowmein i didnt see when they were making my plate since they wrote it down and were waiting for the food to come out. Very disappointed with panda
You got ripped off! This is why it's better to support a locally owned Chinese takeout place and not this corporate nightmare.

The Panda express in Queen creek Az is horrible. I have been there multiple times and have had problems in the past with food and service. I went back tonight with my two. Young daughters and ordered Teryiaki chicken as well as the new surf and turf bowl also crab puffs. I was told the Teryiaki wouldn't be ready for 7 mins so I had to sit and wait then I decided to add crab puffs which also would require additional time to be ready... People behind me came and left..
I was beyond upset. This location is never prepared and this was at peak dinner time.
The staff was unhelpful and I left again so unhappy for even trying to go back...
I will never suggest this place to anyone..
My crab puffs were burnt and old. The surf and turf had 2 shrimps. I feel RIPPED OFF...

I don't know what I was waiting for but this incident really made me angry. On the way home one of my daughters needed to use the washroom. I had to pull over to the nearest restaurant. I was so angry still at Panda Express that I started hitting my daughter. I told her that she was stupid and that she should have went before we left the restaurant. She said that she did not have to go at that point. I told her BS she is lying and slapped her hard. Unfortunately someone witnessed this and reported me to CPS and now I may lose custody of my daughter.

I called in to ask for pricing and quantity info and I spoke to the store manager Tay. She said "Are you seriously asking me this question right now? It's around 100oz." I then was so upset I hung up. When I called back to get her name and asked for the phone number to call to register a complaint, she asked if I wanted information about catering. I said no, I want the phone number to register a complaint. She put me on hold and gave me a fax number. I am extremely upset. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service.

To whom it may concern :I went to one of the panda express stores today after seeing a movie and as always it took time to get through a line of customers and when I and my fiance came to get our food.. I had to tell the server at least 10 times what we wanted and all.. and then he got help of course but that was uncalled for and he had a rude additude with us and we order three to go orders and we told him two fried rice and two entrees, which were orange chicken and mine was orange chicken, brocoli-beef-and the steak and shrimp stir - fri.. but when my fiance got home with hers she happened to notice that the chicken they gave her was burnt and chewy and I dont think we should of been treated that way with what either one of us.. mushroom chicken - food poisoning
My husband works for Union Pacific Railroad as a engineer, he had been working all day running a train from Pocatello Idaho to Nampa, Idaho, and had nothing to eat on Thursday, May 24, 2018. He went to the Panda Express at 1435 N Happy Valley Rd, Nampa Idaho around 8:00 PM. Early Friday morning around 4:00 AM, he was woke by a severe pain in his stomach and he started to have diarrhea. He made it back to Idaho Falls on his train. He has been so sick, that on Saturday night I had to take him to the emergency room. They ran blood test and said it was food poisoning. They gave him an IV and some pain medication, he felt better, but by Sunday morning he was sick again. He has had very little to eat in 4 days and he is weak.
This morning I called the Panda Express in Nampa and the assistant manager could basically care less. She said she was sure it wasn't their fault and nothing is wrong at her store. When I finished talking her comment was, "OK all is fine". Really! my husband has missed 4 days of work and I am not sure he can work tomorrow. He is so week and he has lost 1.5 pounds every day.
Needless to say, he will never eat at Panda Express again, it was one of our favorite fast food places to go.
chow mein
I have been going to the panda express in San Antonio texas, on valley hi,. I go at least once a week and for the past 6 months they serve there chow mein with about 10 noodles and the rest onion and cabbage, they always give me a plate or bowl full of it, I'd rather have more noodles, it's annoying when I can't eat half my food because I ordered chow mein and got cooked cabbage and onions instead
a young woman at the register refused to swipe my card because it did not take on the first time through
When I got to the register I was helped by a young woman named Gloria. She attempted to swipe my card through the card reader and when it did not take she asked if I had another form of payment. I did not have one so I was summarily dismissed. Granted there is a slight bend on the corner of my card but I use it at this location weekly without issue (normally via the drive through window).
This location is 82451 CA-111. My issue is how quickly I was dismissed. Instead of attempting to swipe the card again, she just diverted her attention to the next customer.
panda bowl wok-seared steak and shrimp on white rice
I didn't get correct receipt of the item I ordered. I had Wok-Seared Steak and Shrimp bowl with plain rice. ( The receipt says "1 Panda Bowl, Chow mein 1/2, Chow mein 1/2, Shanghai Angus Steak.") What I didn't like: it was very dry, hardly any sauce, only two shrimps, a little steak and LOTS of potatoes. I purchase at 3:40 pm, and there were lots of food there, and no one in line but me.
And then I tried to put a message on their site, and it just wouldn't go through.
