I got in line behind the lady that was at the register paying for her lg order there was no one in line but me . there is no roped off area that says start here I have never eaten at this place the lady was making sure she had everything she needed. Im at the register I tell her but I have been standing here waiting before all these people she says well that's where you order . I said there is no sign or rope to tell you this. no one cared the others behind the counter could of said something to me like can I help you or something but no. So I go to the end of line and no one can say oh that's okay go ahead of me that's how people seem to be now a days. The week of September 10th 2018, I was picking up an order and the tan blonde-haired employee was loudly using vulgar language and rudely speaking badly about her manager. Expressing inappropriate behavior. This is unprofessional and should be dealt with on their time and not in front of customers. I will no longer go to this location. We visit here about 3 times a week and today my husband went threw the drive thru got home and the food was dry and tasted old I then tryed calling the store for more then 30 minutes but it rang and rang so finally a manager named Patty I talked to she basically called me a lier I have my receipt she said let me call you back so I can check with the employees okay well she called me back and started basically calling me lier really made me upset and then saying what do you want me to do is she not a manager I was there when the big bosses were there and they want to put on a front say hi welcome to Panda Express when they don't ever do that to the customers they wanted them to look good there customer service is horrible I will never go there again they talk crap in Spanish hello I may be white but I speak Spanish I'm married 20 years to a Hispanic so surprise I understand and speak it so you best check you self

The service was horrible !! They did not offer any samples to start with, The manager who took my order was rude and had a terrible attitude. I ordered 3 plates, orange chicken and chow mein. The chow mein smelled like burnt and tasted like it as well. I told them I wanted it replaced and I could see the employees talking and making faces. They didn't...

I was in my way home from work on Sept 13, 2018 and decided to stop at the Panda Express at 1200 Central Rd, Mt Prospect, Illinois. There were 4 workers, 2 cooking. Two in-house diners. I went to place my order - there was no Chow Mein noodles - wait 4 mins...there was no Chicken and mushroom - wait 7 mins...most of the other platters were empty and the girl taking my order tried to tell me chichen and green beans was comparable to chicken and mushrooms. I left. I just got off a 9 hr shift and the last thing I want to do, is wait around for food. This was not the lunch hour.. This was not end of the day...I will never go to that location again. It is questionable that it is 3 pm and 2 cooks and platters are empty. What were they doing? I did not see anyone there over the age of about 20...I will no longer be going to that location. I have gone to the location at Woodfield Mall - that place is always crowded and there is almost always a line - I have never seen empty platters...So what is wrong with this place on Central Road..?

I went to panda on a saturday at around 8:30 pm, decided to go for 2 entree & 1 side.. Well asked for rice & shrimp with walnut, angus beef, she gave me very little serving like prolly all together like 10 bites & super hard which had been prolly sitting for a while as there were'nt any customers.. Now comimg to walnut shrimp, this is a freaking fast food resturants... Why are they sitting with 3 shrimps in the tray I have no clue, well you wanna be cost effective then you cant be express gourmet chinese! I told her you have more cuz they charge 1:25 extra for what 3 shrimps? Well its gonna take 10 mins... Well why are you running this business if on a saturday night, I have to wait 10 minutes, bottomline the way they say it seems like they absolutely dont want to make a new batch.. That 3 rubbery shrimp [censored] is what you can take home! Well beef wasnt there either well it will take 5 mins.. Well why dont I dine in at some chinese resturant if you are gonna take 10 mins here & 15 mins there! What a stupid business plan

My family and I have gone to this location numerous times, only on this ocassion not only was the customer service by the food server (7:00pm 9/5/18) very impolite (server never looked at my husband and I ) but the food was absolutely horrible. I always order the mushroom chicken which is usually a decent ratio of chicken to the mushrooms. This time it was mostly mushrooms and the five small pieces of chicken were just gristle. My husband and our two children were also served extremely small portions of their entrees as well. The bill was $29.67. How is this possible that we can be long time customers willing to pay a price tag $$ like that for what we received. We are truly disappointed and not sure if we will ever return to Panda due to it not being a one time event but more of a gradual decline in product.

I went to panda express on st charles rock rd drive through to get lunch for myself and a o worker store number 2813 order number 404805.. When returning to work to eat we discovered the the egg rolls were burnt and the chow mein was dry/ not tender needless to say it ruined both of our lunches with no times to run back to replace the oder so we had basically little to no lunch. While I understand things may happen this is not the first time I have had problems with this location. I have also not received all my items on other visits but did not complain. This is now making me rethink panda express as a good choice to eat all together. Just thought you might want to know as im sure im not the only customer having such issues.

So since we got to the window this guy was super rude... I ask for a bottle drink and with a rude attitude his response was that they were almost closiing and not have but fountain drinks... When we got to the window he said that the order were goint to take 10 more minutes.. And we were asked to park in the front, I told them no because is pointless to go tru drive true if im going to have yo park in front... They have no other cars than us., with the most rude attitude he roll his eyes over and scream "ok ok whatever" and close the window hard... After that I request for extra sauce and he said they were not allowed to give more that 2 packets per plate... I was so mad, plus that they forgot my drink. Im so upset and dissapointed. his location has been awful the last 4 times I've tried to come in. I will always give food places the benefit of the doubt at least 3 times before I say something. They are always out of food. Then takes them 30 minutes to cook it with a line of 5 people, wanting the same thing. Today, I needed to eat brown rice and they hadn't even cooked any. I used to love goin to Panda Express but this location is the closest to my house and it's just so disapointing that I won't be a customer anymore. I just thought it would be a good idea that someone was notified that this location is extremely slow with customer service, and has terribly cooked food.

The last couple of times I've been to the panda express drive thru in kilgore texas my food has been over done or has been old and hard to eat and this is a new one, I usually get the broccoli and beef but tried the orange Sesame chicken the picture looked wonderful when I got home to eat it looked like it had been setting for a while and the green beans were tough and shriveled up just so disappointed, thought y'all should know. My husband my son and I went to Panda Express in Tucson, AZ on Broadway Blvd at the El Con Mall at 9:43 and the drive through computer was said the store was closed, we proceeded to pull up to the drive thru to check the time and it said on the window close at 10:00 pm. A Panda Express employee was seen and she approached the window, my husband then asked if they were closed and she said yes! This store is ALWAYS closing early and my family and I could never enjoy a meal because each time we go it is closed!
not honoring coupon
I came to Panda on Kietzke On in Reno, store #0776 for lunch two days ago and did the survey on the back of the receipt. It gave me a code to use for a free entree with purchase of a 2 item entree plate. I came back to the same store tonight for dinner with a friend. I ordered the 1-item bowl and she ordered the 2-item plate and 2 drinks. We still had to pay $17.92. How is that a free entree? My bowl should've been free according to the coupon/code displayed on the back of the receipt. I asked the cashier and she got upset and frustrated because she said she took it off already but clearly she didn't. The manager came over and she too did not seem to be understanding what My issue was. My entree was $6.90, my friends was $7.30. That should've taken off the $6.90 but all she took off was $2.75. I will not be returning to Panda after this experience since you're not going to honor the coupon on the back of the receipt as its stated.

Very rude customer service. Asked for chili sauce and she didn't say anything and when I asked for it again. She claimed she said yes in a rude manner. Upon sliding my card, she did it with utmost negligence in swiping it fast and said out loud that it's not working. She took my husband's card and slid it slowly and of course it worked. Mind you both our cards are connected to the same account.

I truly love Panda Express but this is the third time now that my familys order has been messed up and this time 3 of us got nothing that was ordered ...it had to been somebody else's order, completely! I live 30 minutes away so round trip it's over an hour. I've called the store and it's been busy constantly. It was restaurant# 2492 in Huntsville texas 77340. Drive thru- time was 5:13 pm today. Order # 479146 employee-Monique, cost $35.67
Whats worse, I paid 1.25 x 3 for premium items and did even get them. I'm tired of very poor service, when in this industry, the customer should be treated well because word of mouth and social media is everything! Please rectify this situation.

I went in with my husband on 8/19/18 @2:45. While ordering our meal cashier started yelling at my husband, she kept asking for his name thinking we ordered a pick up meal. He asked her to stop yelling at him and to speak to him normally. She thought it was humorous as we did not.They got our order wrong, refused to refund our money at that point we were angry and did not want to patronize this place. My husband was so upset we had to leave. He couldn't even eat because of a time eating illness. It was a mess and could have simply been resolved with a refund. They kept telling us they don't give refunds. We only want a refund on the order they got wrong but they refused us repeatedly. They tried to give us food we did not want.

Hi there Iam a regular costumer mi wife a I love Panda Express even I need to make a long trip in mi area to get your delicius chicken teriyaki and beef and broccoli but was really disappointing in Panda Express at Queen mall Center Saturday agost 18 around 4:00pm the manager Jianna was really rud and she get mad whit every costumer she get obsessed with me because I ask for some teriyaki sauce on the side she was like I don't have enough cups was very frustrating and she tell mi I need to pay for that whit her bad acctitud and don't really want to come back again I hope somebody do something to remove the manager as soon as possible before you lose more costumers
free entree not honored
I went to Panda Express on 8/15/18 and said "I would like chow mein... with shrimp." They said the shrimp will be extra. Okay. Does that come with rice? If so, I'd like brown rice. They said okay. I got to the window of the drive through and received no chow mein. Seriously? All I received was shrimp with brown rice. Boring! What is the matter with you people? You don't listen? At what point do you start listening to my order, after several words? The first thing out my mouth was chow mein.
My receipt said "take a guest survey and get a free item." I called and gave my opinion.
When I went to redeem my free item, I ordered online and it would not accept my code, so I called for instructions. No one answered the phone! At 4:00 on 8/17/18 no one in the entire place was willing to answer a telephone call so I could ask and they could answer my question... how to proceed?
I placed my order online, and told them I ordered the plate with 2 entrees and would like my free entree, I have my redemption code.
"Sorry, mam, it has to be in the same transaction."
Excuse me? The receipt does not provide this information. The website does not provide this information. When I called... NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE in order to provide this information... so they refused to give me my free entree.
I got home and my order online #900010 for 2 halves of chow mein? The chow mein was BURNT. Half my plate was filled with BURNT CHOW MEIN.
The way I see it? You owe me 1 entree and 2 halfs of chow mein THAT IS NOT BURNT.
Panda Express Corporate Office / Customer Care Center apologized profusely for my inconvenience/dissatisfaction and refunded my online transaction, which was about $9.50 or so... so I guess we are even. I will return and just be sure to return if there is a problem or ask for management.

Hello this morning I went to get some food from the drive thru and everything was fine until I came to the window to pay the young lady that was at the window didn't like that I ask if she would add another side to my order and she didn't like it when I ask also when I ask for the sweet and sour sauce she replay right away there's in you bag already and when I checked there were none.

At 7:30 today I went into the Panda Wxpress store on Eubank/Lomas & purchased a Kung Pao Chicken Bowl to go. When I got home I discovered there were NO peanuts in my entree. Not that there were a few peanuts...there were none! Seeing as how Peanuts are a signature ingredient of this entree this is a huge miss on this entree. I live too far away
to take the dish back. I have a customer review on the back of my receipt but can't get through to the website. Very disappointed! Prefer to give my feedback in writing but that Avenue appears to be a non-option.
