Penalty charge unjustified
I parked for 40 minutes in Aldi at Blaby Leicestershire and upon paying for my shopping and leaving the store 40 minutes later AFTER having entered and verifying my vehicle details on the instore parking eye terminal which I photographed I received a penalty notice a week later! This is not the first time, it is another in a history of the same unjustified action against me. I now believe, as do others, that Parking Eye randomly send out these penalty notices hoping that customers will just pay the £40.00 reduced charge without questioning it. I now intend to raise this concern with my MP who I shall incite to involve the Police because I suspect this is quite simply gaining payment by false pretences.
Desired outcome: Amend your procedures because every time I visit Aldi I shall now take photographic proof which I shall only provide in court and never to any other request!
Thankfully I telephoned Aldi Customer Services and after explaining the incident of which I retained photographic proof they cancelled the penalty notice and gave me the cancellation reference number of [protected].
I now have an appointment with my MP and during that visit I shall incite the MP to raise this matter with the Police and in PM's Question Time because this I believe to be outright fraudulent activity on the part of Parking Eye.
Parking fine at Emerson’s Green Practice Plus Bristol
Hi I am a support officer for Melksham Link which is a voluntary organisation which takes people to hospital appointments .
One of our volunteers visited the Emerson’s Green Practice Plus centre on 5th July ,he didn’t realise that as it’s out of our Wiltshire area that he was not registered for parking ,as we are at many of our local hospitals .
He has now recieved a fine and has 14 days to pay from the 9th July at the reduced rate
Reference Number is 256039/413375
Car Reg number F1 LEM
As I am sure you will appreciate that as a charity we rely on donating to keep the service running for our community, and stand to lose volunteer drivers , would you please consider cancelling this fine on this occasion .
I have informed our Chairman to let our volunteers know in the future they will need to go into the building to tap in their reg number .
Hoping you can help
Kind Regards
Pat Cook
Desired outcome: Cancelled parking fine
Payment
I parked @ Parkingeye Harrogate.
I calculated hours parked & paid what i thought was correct. Turns out i was 4 minutes late. they sent a 60£ bill . After loosing my appeal, they pressure you by saying pay your discounted price or if you appeal again, you pay more. You are given a time limit to pay the penalty. Ridiculous being 4 minutes late & paying 60 pounds . Unacceptable.
Desired outcome: Give me back at least 40 pounds from the 60 pounds paid
The Code of Practice says you should have been granted a 10 min grace period. You should not have paid you should have appealed to POPLA. However, if you have paid, I am afraid there is nothing you can do,
Well the letter I attached says that if i appeal to POPLA i wont be able to have the discounted price. After reading reviews, I noticed that noone ever wins the appeal so I decided to pay the discounted price.
A fine
I was fined £70 for parking at Aldi Stanley ref no 005410/321888. I was a customer shopping at Aldi's on the 27th Aug 2021 I have proof. I was told if I paid the fine within a certain time I would only have to pay £40 which I did straight away, I went into Aldi's to tell them about the fine the manger was excellent told me she would phone parking eye and cancel the fine, but because I had already paid the £40 nothing could be done she did phone but got nowhere, I'm a loyal customer at Aldi's yet I got fined £40 for being 15 mins over, I don't blame Aldi the manager said if parking eye got in touch with Aldi at stanly she would confirm I did shop there on the 27th Aug but I have enclosed proof, the £40 is pending for 28 days, if Aldi was willing to cancel the fine, why can't parking eye at they work for Aldi, I also feet they should had a ticket machine so you have proof of a time when you enter the parking and leave,
Desired outcome: Refund
the parking eye is just despered for money haha
very baaaad view
Do not pay, always appeal. If you pay, nothing can be done
Parking ticket
I was issued with parking fine 325351/521042. 29.07.21. I appealed against this on 08.08.21 in writing to the appeals department at Blyth. I have not received acknowledgement of my appeal and I have just been sent a reminder to pay. I am unable to speak to anyone about this either at your head office address in Chorley or the appeal department at Blyth. I have sent an email to the appeals department but I do feel you are making it very difficult by being inaccessible. You dot appear to have any customer services support. The only phone number only wants people to pay the fine.
Desired outcome: Please contact me on [protected] to discuss
Parking charge ref. 145081/931435
Re the above parking charge incurred on the 17th March 2021. I paid this charge of £42.00 on the day I received the notification on the 29/03/2021.
Unique Tran ID- ZBTF7J769F32, Payment Ref. 457-6697
Today the 6/04/2021 I received a payment reminder for this charge.
I feel I must point out that demanding money with menaces that you are not entitled to is a criminal offence.

Fine for parking at fulwood booths
I was devastated to get back from holiday today to find a parking fine I know the two hour limit is to dissuade hospital parking but on this occasion I had been in the shop and then met a friend for lunch. It appears that due to Parking Eye who you have employed I will no longer use this particular Booths again, indeed I feel strongly that I will not use Booths again even though I like the quality of food. I will pay the fine but I am disappointed in the service.

Parking Fine - Free Parking advertised by Ramada Inn Chorley, requested by receptionist to put car registration into a terminal operated by the Parking Eye group at reception.
Although Ramada Inn has sent Parking Eye a cancelation request via email, due to us staying at the Inn over night and confirming our stay, Parking Eye has ignored this request and we are now having to go the the mediation service at a small claims court.
