Ordered two items on 8/7/24 and upgraded to overnight shipping. The fuel filter arrived on time, however the fuel sending unit didn't make it off the plane in SLC, UT. It ended up in Washington state, then Denver, CO and is now on it's way back to Utah. I requested a refund regarding the extra money paid for the upgraded/faster delivery. They claim I only paid for the overnight shipping on the fuel filter. That is not correct. Although the USPS is the one that made the mistake, I paid partsgeek for the service. They have been extremely rude and will not refund.

You’ve got every reason to be frustrated with that wild shipping adventure. You paid for the service, not an extended tour of the U.S. for your parts. Hopefully, Parts Geek realizes you’re not one to be pushed around and gets that refund sorted out. Keep holding them accountable — they owe you!
