Payoneer have been holding on to over $1400 of mine now and they refuse to answer any emails I send them. They have had my money since December 14th and are making excuses not to pay me.

They are the worst company I have ever known and I would not recommend them to anyone. To me they are just like scammers.

They are ignorant.

I'm Talia from Payoneer. May I ask what exactly the problem is? We never hold on to anyone's funds - if we shut down accounts, we always send them back to the partner that sent them to us in the first place. If you have ticket IDs that you'd like me to check, I'd be more than happy to look into them for you.

While they appear to offer a legitimite service that is useful for some, they appear to have several limitations, some of which you are seeing on this board.
Why not just offer bank transfers? Why the issuance of a card? Heres why.

Lets look at the payoneer fees closely.

1. Annual card account maintenance $29.95 (they say they have stopped this fee, but I still hear of people getting charged, and if they stopped why is it still on the website?.)
2. Card replacement $12.95 (how nice that they charge you to continue using their service after the cards expire.)
3. ATM withdrawal $3.15
4. Declined ATM withdrawal $1 (they are charging you for having your card declined or even making a simple entry mistake?!)
5. Purchase Transaction (Free) actually there’s a little star by the “free” which you should probably read. It says “When a transaction is made as a foreign transaction or is requested in a currency other than USD, charges of up to 3% may be assessed ABOVE ALL CHARGES assessed by MasterCard for the transaction”

As nearly all people who use this card are not located in the USA (otherwise they could get their own US bank account), then of course you will be charged this. And this is ON TOP of master card fees, which are between 2-3 percent of the amount of each purchase you make. For example, if you make $1, 000 worth of purchases while traveling outside of the U.S. on a credit card that has a foreign transaction fee of 3 percent, you will be charged a $30 fee just on the card fees. Add another up to 3% on top of this? Thats a lot of % going to Payoneer and the credit card company.
6. And my favorite, the ATM Balance inquiry $1.00. They charge you even to find out how much you have on your card! So if you go over the limit and try to take out more money than you have, they penalize you by charging you, and if you want to know exactly how much you have to avoid such a penalization, they still penalize you and charge you a dollar! Talk about greed!

Add on top of this the money limit they place on your card, and it doesnt seem very fair.

At the end of the day, after these 6 deductions (and who knows how many more) your earnings are being whittled away, going to the banks and credit card companies. It is not much of a problem if youre not earning much by Amazon, but if you earn a lot by Amazon, their card fees add up to a significant amount of money.

I do recommend you check out Progenomics LLC, an Amazon solutions company that pays directly to your bank, all your Amazon proceeds earned in the USA. There is a 1% fee for all funds transfered and a bank transfer fee of $60, but thats all you will ever be charged and there are no hidden fees. We will never ignore your mails, hold your money or do any other questionable practice. We do not accept all applicants and we will tell you this upfront. We are a US LLC with offices in Japan, where we have been providing Amazon solutions for businesses wanting to sell on Amazon Japan.

I work for cam model site called Streamate. I have never had any problems with my checks until a couple weeks ago I switched to using Payoneer, ever since I had switched is when I stopped receiving my payments. I recently just switched back to getting my money wired to my bank account (thank God!) Hopefully my payments start coming through again. My company even states on their page that any checks released to Payoneer, they are no longer responsible for! Which says it all right there. SO FRUSTRATING! Especially when you are relying on that money for your living!

I am a customer in payonner since 2012 now and i don't have any complain the only problem i got was in the first payment i receive using my us payment and when i contact the support team they ask me to provide more data to prove the source of my earning after i did that they load my payment in 3 days and since this time i receive all my payment in time

Thanks guys, this saves me a lot of time and trouble. I already found that their customer service sucks when trying to register. Only received a canned response but no answer in over one week. No need to go for it after I read the reviews here.

I was doing business smoothly and fine with entropay until I was recommended this Payoneer program by a friend. I sent 4k from my paypal account to payoneer. They requested all documents such as ID, paypal account screen shots and ebay account screen shots. All required documents were sent. For 12 working days they never responded to any of my emails and when I call they keep telling me please give them 48 hours. Until I treatened them to return my money back to paypal as there are a total waste of time and I do not recommend them to anyone. They are totol timewasters! WORST and very unprofessional. They are probably the worst payment processor online!

Payoneer is a total scam! I transferred cash from sharecash to payoneer but they disabled their payment loading page, I kept clicking the loading button but nothing happened, I tried with several other browsers and the same thing happened, I am tech savvy - I have javascript enable and everything. I had emailled them and they said they had send the money back to sharecash which they never did...Now I am going to set up a network of websites all exposing the payoneer scam, so when people google payoneer, the 1st ten pages will just show scam! Let us put them out of business permanently!

Is payoneer has any existense. I realize that is has not any existence.
Because for more than 6 months a joined payoneer for my business purpose but i not received my payoneer debit card until now.
I have caompained to payoneer many times but they were ignoring me continously.
After it i realize that u have waisted here my alot valuable time.

I have been using Payoneer services from last 7 months and i was a satisfied customer but 3 days ago I have faced the same problem as Leandro Achinelli has faced. On 15th July.14, I have received an email from Payoneer Dept. saying that we cannot provide you services and we are closing your account on 22nd July.14. Complaint # LTK12153011377306X . I was astonished to see that there is no reason to tell and they are closing my account.

I have contacted their customer support and the CS guy i don't want to let his name know here, when i asked him the reason that why you people are closing my account he said that we cannot describe the reason of closing the account and suddenly he closed the chat session before my reply. I am quite disappointed on his behavior and i will not suggest to anyone to use this service because if customer support is not helpful then where a customer can go for help?

If there is a problem then they can let me know and then we can give our answer but they just make one sided game and don't listen to other. We are their customers and are paying them for using their services but this kind of behavior will lead them in loss.

I have also referred their services to my business partners and friends, they are having the same problem as i am facing.

I have simple request that do let me know the reason of closing my account. I am doing my business on this behalf.

one of worst financial company I had ever found. who teach on statement to its customer agents "we transferred money...we transferred money...we transferred money...we transferred money". where it is transferred, no one know. and enforce me that i have to know, where payoneer send, if payoneer dont know, how i know.

i dont know its scam or not, i only one thing from last 2 week, they cant resolve my issues, became reason of my blood pressure and headache. I have to pay my debts and from last 2 weeks, people come outside my home for money, i promise of a week, no payment, then a week, again no money transfer. tomorrow i am going to suicide, because payoneer didnt transfer my money in my account and i cant pay debts. if i cant pay debts, those people kill me, thats why i am killing myself and my family sue payoneer and whole team and they go behind bar.

Hello, I've been Payoneer user since 2014 and use it many times without problems .I used to keep some [protected]$ in my Payoneer account, in order to save some cash and use it whenever I badly need it.

In 2014, I used to have some $4000 in my Payoneer account and kept it there for some 2-3 months .During this period (November -December 2014 ) I had no activity nor income payments to my Payoneer account so obviously I didnt log into my account during these 2 months.

In December 2014 I have noticed that my Payoneer account has been locked with apparently no reason so I decided to contact Payoneer and ask about it.
I 've been told that: "Leah: Unfortunately, I am unable to provide you with any information about your account closing for security reasons."

After this episode I was instructed to send a new set of documents+ info regarding me and my business, which I did, hoping they will release my money. Unfortunately nothing happened!

Although I still disagree with the decision to deny my appeal I will abide by it, I am respectfully requesting that the hold on my funds be lifted.I understand Payoneer’s need for holding funds for chargeback purposes, however a review of my account history for the last two years will reveal a zero chargeback rate!

Today I have tried to contact Payoneer and "Leah " -which sent me previous emails, requesting proof of payments (which I ve already sent via email)- couldnt provide me with any info after 4 months!

Payoneer is totally a scam company. In my account I had over $3000 But they never release money, Nor I can login. Whenever I contact their live chat they told me money wil be in my bank account. It is 1 month passed. No money I received nor I can login to my account. I want to file a case against this scam company. Can anyone help me please.

Worst support. My history.
1. Payoneer - we will block your credit card. There we some strange transactions 2 months ago.
2. My reply - There are mine transactions. Don't block my card.
3. Payoneer - We already blocked. If we unblocked it, you will have problems. Just receive a new credit card.
4. My reply - OK. Please send a new credit card.
5. Payoneer after 4 day - Seed us your data . Data 1. Data 2. Data 3.
6. Me - Here us my data.
7. Payoneer 4 days after my answer- Send us you data. Data 4. Data 5. Data 6.
8. Me - here is my additional data.
9. Me 5 days after my answer- Any reply?
10. Me 7 days after my answer - Anybody alive there?
Now has passed 9 days from their last reply. I don't get any reply from them, any card was sent.
This story has been lasting for a month and they cannot do a simply think - send me card.
I'm not talking that it was not any reasons block my old card.

Moreover when I became resent and write them not email but through an online question from with my issue and ask for reply they removed this form with all correspondence.

it's disgusting treatment of customers I've ever seen.

Hello, I have also had the same experience, This crooks have people inside the company who will record your passwoed details, when they have an oportunity they will still your money, I have transfered small amounts to my payoneer account and there was no problem, I then transfered $310 from my paypal account, the next day I received a message in Russian which i did not understand followed by a few more messages in Russian, to my sorprise when i went to take the money out of car I found myself with insufficient funds, they stole the money. Please stay away from this rogues, they are thieves, we should all get together and ban this company from doing business as they are stealing peoples hard earned cash. I am contacting several finantial institutions to warn them. Please join this campaign.

I transfered my money from Paypal to Payoneer, the next day I received a message in Russian which i did not understand, later I went to withdraw my money with the card and there was insuficient funds. Spoke to customer services and dont take responsibility. They have people inside who have access to clients confidential information and use it to steal money. This guys are thieves. Dont trust them.

I have been a Payoneer customer for quite some time. I have enjoyed my relationship with them until now. 2 weeks ago, I called Payoner and inquired about having my weekly paycheck deposited on to my Payoneer card. They provided me all the info needed to have my paycheck deposited on to the card through a Bank of America checking account. My employer placed a .01 test deposit into my account last week. They do this each time we change banks for Direct Deposit to give the bank the chance to reject or question the deposit before an actual paycheck is deposited. Today, Payoner received the deposit but will not give me access to the funds. I have provided them with all the supporting documentation requested including a copy of my pay stubs and a link to my employee's website (they are one of the largest payroll services in the USA). I telephoned their customer support. They agreed that the documentation was in order. Yet my funds are still on hold. I would strongly NOT recommend this company.

Hola amigos hispan parlantes, no cometan el enorme error de utilizar los servicios de Payonner, intente cargar la tarjeta que me dieron con 25 dolares y el dinero efectivamente fue cobrado pero en el panel interno aparecia que habia sido rechazado. el dinero fue retirado pero lo conservaron en Payoneer. cuando hable con la persona de Payoneer me dijo que en 7 dias me devolvían el dinero en la cuenta de origen, lo cual nuca paso. En los días pasados el servicio de chat en vivo no esta disponible debido a "alto volumen de solicitudes". Finalmente entendí que debido al pobre comportamiento de las acciones de esta empresa, útimamente han estado cortos de capital, lo que los ha obligado a establecer políticas que les facilitan confiscar pequeñas cantidades de dinero a pequeños clientes que no consideran críticos o que tiene poco poder de acción. Para confirmar esto solo busquen en Google: comportamiento de las acciones de Payoneer en la bolsa de valores. Es muy probable en en unos pocos años esta empresa desaparezca definitivamente.

Payoneer is the worst experience that i have ever had in my life at internet. They are liar and they do everything to delay your money withdraw. My experience is as follows. After i sold an item on amazaon i was forced to enter payoneer bank account number because they work with Turkish banks at this way. I registered an account and put my details. Amazon transferred my money to payoneer account and after that moment nightmare started. First i added my USD bank account details and they confirmed it and i started withdraw process. After 3 days they told me that the bank account details were wrong (i use this bank account for 8 years so i know that my details were correct). To speed up the process i tried to re-add my usd account number and guess what happened? They forced me to add TRY bank account to get %2 of the money as conversion of usd to try. So i wrote to their excellent customer support and i got a reply as "you can't put usd to your account, you can only use try bla bla bla". So they are cheating you with this game and forcing you to add a bank account number which will let them to steal your %2 of the money every time. I decided to add my TRY account and i planned to close this account after i withdraw the money to my bank account. And now guess what is happening? They are not confirming my account for 10 days! Can you imagine this? A company which claims to be big and very institutive can't confirm your account in 10 days at this technology age. Stay away from this company and any companies that forces you to work this company. My money arrasted by them for 20 days and still nothing solved.

Payoneer worked perfectly until they did some type of change at the end of December. I have not been paid since then. I suspect they are in financial trouble or scamming money off of accounts. After reading many complaints it seems clear that people are losing a hundred here, a couple hundred there with no response from Payoneer. Payoneer wont respond to their complaints or give any explaination. Who is to say Payoneer isn't skimming off of these accounts and stealing millions of dollars a day. It seems funny to me that on all these complaint sites a representative from Payoneer responds quickly denying these charges and claiming they are not spammers. It's nice they can respond on these websites yet after months and months of emails to their own website not ONE response. I thought I could close the account and receive a check for the amount of money I have on the card. NO. If you dont withdrawal the money before closing they will keep whatever is on it. And since they block your card with no explanation you cannot withdrawal your money to close your account. NICE! So do I lose hundreds of dollars and close my account so they can STEAL MORE MONEY? Or do I continue to let payments add up and potentially lose even more money. Processing a card load used to take a few days. This is what Im seeing with each payment:

I have emailed them monthly for the past four months. My card is listed as blocked. I have not received ONE reply from them. They have not answered my questions of why it is blocked and why I have not received my money. I have emailed Getty Images(they emailed me back within 24 hrs) and they told me it was out of their hands and to switch to Paypal. I checked on closing my account with Payoneer but you will forfeit any money you have on the card if you don't withdrawal it all before closing and since I can't use my BLOCKED card I would forfeit any money I have not received. I WANT MY MONEY. This is my first stop and I will be taking the next steps to help get the word out and to file complaints with every institution, BBB, National Consumer Complaint Forum, my Attorney General, and every Federal Government regulators out there. Check the other responses and websites. They are stealing people's money and should be brought down. Let's make sure they are investigated ASAP!

Payoneer is the worst service I've ever tried.

I can't receive money from individuals, I can't receive money from non-profit, they issued a prepaid card in the wrong currency, I can't have a card send to my temporary address, I can't withdraw from a foreign account if I'm not a resident... now they blocked my account and my money is stuck.

but the worst thing is that I got my card funded my account with $100 but yet I didn't get sign up 25 bonus.

Payoneer is a ripoff! They had paid me fine for about 4 months as I work online and this is who my employer pays through. But last week when I went to check my balance someone had drained my account. I immediately called a very obnoxious customer service person who acted as if she could really care less if I ever got my money back. The next day I checked again and this time it stated that my account had been closed. I again contacted them and talked to someone else who stated these types of investigations take time and until they could figure out who took my money that I would not get it back. I also forgot to mention that the person I spoke with the previous day told me that it was taken by someone with another payoneer account. I was also told that I would receive an email with instructions about what I needed to do. I waited several days and nothing so I contacted them again! This time I spoke to someone who told me that in order to send my email I would need to give them an alternate email address. I did this and then received an email stating that I would need to submit a photocopy of my driver's license, and a photo of myself holding my driver's license in one hand, and a paper with the word Payoneer and the date in the other hand. These people obviously do not need this information as they already have it. Also, why do I need to write Payoneer on a paper and the date in one hand? This to me sounds like they are going to try and say that this picture is my permission to take these funds from my account and place them into another one. I also do not understand why I needed to provide an alternate email address to receive my instructions. If they were so unsure that I am who I say I am how would they know that I am in any way associated with this email address? It all seems a bit fishy to me and I am seriously thinking about seeing a lawyer!

They do not release my payments, do not issue good standing official statement of my two accounts. Do not issue me Payoneer Virtual US Bank prepaid master card. Payoneer blocked my account under the email address yunisamanni@gmail.com.I cannot login to the account.

It had 1000$ received from PayPal. For more than 20 weeks I have contacted them about my funds but they have never resolved the issue. Do not trust Payoneer with a lot of funds. They have scammed me a total of 1000$ they blocked inside the account.

Work with Payoneer at your own risk.It is a big scam.

Payoneer are thieves and scammers.

My more than 150 Million US Dollars are in two accounts and I am busy since 15 May 2015 and my traders started depositing money since 15 Dec 2015 but PAYONEER (1) Do not release my money (2) They
are reluctant to uissue good standing official statementof my two accounts (3) They do not issue prepaid master
card for withdrawing of my money
The PAYONEER is not co-operating and where sahould I go and report against them. Thank you very much

My name is Imtiaz Hussain. I am a trader. My traders in UK and USA have started depositing my money in Payoneer since 15 Dec 2015. More than 391 Million US Dollars have been deposited in Payoneer. They are not releasing my money. They are not giving good standing official statement of my accounts. They are not opening my Payoneer
Virtual US Bank Accounts. They are not issuing me Payoneer prepaid master card. They are not telling me my
Payoneer account balance. I request payoneer to please help me
