teriyaki crunch roll
I placed an order of teriyaki crunch roll. When they brought my order, I was told that they no longer had that item and gave me something else instead. The rolls I got instead was of poor quality. When I complained about it, the manager only repeated that they no longer had what I originally asked. I was completely unsatisfied with the service. One thing is to accept that an item is no longer available, but bringing something else (that does not meet the standards) is unacceptable.
food preparation
Ordered the gluten free sweet and sour chicken, and instead was disrespected the sales associate, shawntee, and given a regular sweet and sour chicken meal which made me sick.
I have celiac disease, and cannot have wheat at all!
I called and spoke with sarah, who said she is the general manager of that location.
I was told by sarah, I would receive a refund to my card as of march 20, 2018 did not receive a refund.
It has been 3 months and corporate did not contact me (she said they would because she said she filed an incident report).
Also I did not get refunded.
At this point if nothing is done, I am going to the news with this!
Because I am a veteran, come back from the war, and given food that made me vomit for 2 days straight and go to the hospital and cant even get my meal refunded like I was promised!
service on mother's day
I understand that on Mothers Day you have a wait at any restaurant. This Pei Weis is located in Gilbert, Arizona. The restaurant had 4 customers sitting at a table and 4 people sitting outside. There were 3 people picking up meals. We were told that there would be an hour wait for service. They were busy filling telephone/pick up orders. We drove an hour to go to this restaurant. I would think that they could have taken our order as we were physically there to eat. The whole place was empty except for the above people I wrote about. I am very very disappointed in how we were treated so we left. Too busy to even take our orders.
to-go
I called ahead for my food and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at the location 20 minutes later so i could get my food when it was nice and hot. When i arrived they had not submitted my food therefore i had to wait at the pei wei location for another 20 minutes. This is extremely disappointing especially because there are other options i could have chosen for my dinner. The staff was sorry but at the same time did not try to help.
poor management and poor customer service
I attempted to order from the 1601 Kensington Dr. Sugarland, Texas location via cell phone for 39 minutes ..When I arrived, the phone was ringing nonstop, which was a clear indication that the employees are unconcerned about taking phone orders, nor organizing the restaurant in such a manner that the customer is not waiting for extended periods of time .
- When I mentioned it to the manager " Penelope" she was competely unconcerned nor made any attempts to apologize, nor rectify the situation . Her response was " we armed very busy and the phone does not ring loud"". Mind you " no one bothered to see if the phone was ringing or not".
-Inaddition the web site was experiencing a computer glitch which prevented me from ordering online .
My recommendation would be for New management to completely take over this establishment ... it has been poorly ran, for 3 years .

I entered the facility. Attempted to place my order. The cashier said she'd be right back. A cook apologized for my wait. 7 minutes later, she returned to take my order. She took my order then she disappeared again with customers behind me. My order was ready but she was visiting customers who were seated. She seemed confused or unclear about what was going on. She may have had other duties or may have been having an off day. She is a human being. Jumping to the conclusion of her being on drugs or having a mental disability based on an extended wait during one visit is ridiculous. You should be ashamed for making such assumptions.
my take out order
I ordered take out from your Brea location. Last Thursday. I bit down on something hard and hurt my tooth. It was a entire acrylic nail! I have a photo of the nail. I returned the nail
Promptly to location and instead of being sympathetic they asked why I didn't bring the food back. My 3 children all under age 6 were eating it and I started vomiting. We immediatly threw the food out. They offered to remake it for us and we said no. Then they said nobody with nails was working. The entire thing was disgusting and was not handled in a professional manner. If you looked up my name you would see that order take out once every few weeks. I left the nail with them and they never even called me back to apologize or follow up. Terrible customer service! Acrylic fingernails carry so many germs and bacteria. I will be spreading the word on this since it seems your company had no sympathy for my experience. I've posted the photo on their yelp page and have to photo of the nail of you would like to see. I myself have never work fake nails and it was mixed in with Kung Pao chicken. It obviously came from food preparation. This is the third email I've written I hope I actually get a response. Thank you for your time.
vietnamese chicken salad roll
I was told that there was only one left...and I said I would take it. I was charged $3.00 when the order for two is $5.29. Of course Matt (server) was unable to do anything about that exorbitant price for ONE roll. Then "Matt" the server forgot to put in the sweet Chile Sauce that goes with it. When I called, he was "sorry" which is such a misused word and is supposed to forgive all infractions.
In addition to this roll, I order the Pei Wei Spicy Chicken (regular) which was delicious.
This particular Pei Wei RARELY has Vietnamese Chicken Salad Roll...by the taste of the "one" roll that I received, it was a left over from yesterday. II'd have to drive to another Pei Wei in Pflurgerville which is about 10 miles from my home vs. this Pei Wei which is 3 miles.
Somebody needs to check out the reason why this particular Pei Wei can't keep these Salad Rolls in stock (so to speak)...or take it off their menu.

I've ordered from this particular restaurant a dozen plus times (N. Fort Worth, TX. Heritage Trace Pkwy). There's always seems to be a problem on my order when ordering online. A couple times items were not in the bag when I got home. This is after they repeated back to me my order. Now I order for myself and my wife ( who just got out of the hospital and wanted Pei Wei). They lost my online order. Ok. It would be about 10 minutes to remake my order. Ok. First thing I order ( my wife's request) they're out. Went and got Italian food. I've never had these problems at other locations, but this one seems to be constant. Maybe time for new management.

Today I went to your 08.13.2017. To start off I love eating at Pei Wei to today I had the worst experience ever. I ordered my food at 5:57pm (on lunch break) at 6:15pm I asked the waitress what was taking so long she said we are way behind I get that. 6:35pm I asked to speak to a manager John B he came and I told him what was going on, he looked at my ticket to see what I and my friend order, then when to where there the food was being prepared. When the food finally came the chicken was over cooked and said to him that it was fried to hard, he said what do you want me to steam it. I said no I will make a
complaint about you rudeness he replied do what you have to do and walked off. He knew that the kitchen was overwhelmed and should have walked to each table and informed the customers. he never said sorry. I was so upset I threw the food away couldn't eat anyway. Never to return to that location

The location in Winter Garden Florida is ridiculous. EVERYTIME we order food either by phone or via the website we are left waiting. My husband has now been sitting at Pei Wei for 25 minutes waiting for an Internet order that said it would be ready at 4:50pm and he still doesn't have it at 5:15pm. They forgot to make my daughters meal and now my food is going to be cold because of that! Several people have come in and ordered in front of my husband and they have already gotten their food to go and left! The last time we tried this location we also waited over 20 minutes past the time they told us to be there as well. They weren't even that busy! Nobody apologized or communicated until he went back up to ask them. Customer Service and Organization leave a lot to be desired! Very Unhappy!
lack of customer service
Server Nekosha store id ATLPWI01 worst customer service skills I have ever experienced, server ignored me to the point where she just waved the buzzer device at me while looking the other way having a conversation and then when presenting my order just pushed it across the counter in my direction and didn't even make eye contact. Presented in a bag when I asked for eat in but her conversation was clearly more important than listening what I (the paying customer) wanted. Not sure what I did to annoy her but someone really needs to tell her how to treat people like people or tell her to find a career in a different field.
Did you ask for to-go but then wanted to eat in? Because in this situation you would not be assigned a server.

There is a lady there who is clearly racist towards latinos!! Clearly not the place to have a good comfortable meal at.
