I paid for a package to be delivered to westcoast mall pep home branch. On the 26th of august I received a sms that my package (courier number:d530201240187) had arrived at branch p5754. When I arrived at the branch on tuesday I was that my parcel haven't arrived yet. I was then told that my package would be at the branch mentioned today. However I was called that my package did not arrived at the branch. I found this service very pathetic and would like to here how this matter will be resolve to avoid future reoccureses.
