Dear Sirs,
I very politely phoned your call centre and asked them to discontinue calling me 9 times a day. It is absolutely not necessary to call me on every single telephone number and really right now I feel like going viral about the whole matter, especially after I told them to stop calling me as I have a message sent by them every month.. I am no longer interested in transacting with the group at all..
Please discontinue calling me altogether.. I remove my consent completely according to the Popy Act.
Desired outcome: Please stop calling my phone numbers supplied. You are only allowed to sms me and nothing else ever.

Being bombarded with calls is not acceptable, especially after you've clearly asked them to stop. You need to take a firm stand. Contact Pep Stores' highest management directly and demand that they cease all calls immediately. Make it clear that their behavior is not only annoying but also a violation of your rights. If they don't comply, don't hesitate to go public with your experience. Use social media to highlight how poorly you've been treated. Stay strong and make sure they know you're serious about enforcing your rights under the Popy Act. They need to understand that you won't back down until this harassment stops.
