I paid with my reliacard which is child support card and I returned idems with the receipt. To he guy told me that I could not get cash back even though I had paid with my card but it's a reliacard and he told me that I should have my refund that day on my card I checked with reliacard and no refunds have been entered or even added on my card. I really need my refund cause that's my money and I returned the idems.

Right after I got my dog back from the groomers he had been obsessed with chewing on his tail and can't leave it alone. This morning when I got him out of his cage I found chunks of hair all over and almost all the fur on his tail is gone. He has never done anything like this before. These pics are just a few of the chunks I have found all over. No matter how many times I tell him to stop he can't. He also is not acting like himself, he acts very skidding and nervous. He is a very good friendly dog and has never acted these ways till after I picked him up. Which would not be surprising considering the man cutting him looked very aggravated and annoyed. I watched up get cut the whole time and he never gave the man issues but the man kept acting annoyed and not how you'd want your dog treated at the groomers especially with glass to see in for people to watch. I will NEVER be bringing my dog back to another pets smart for a grooming or anything else. This was absolutely unacceptable and unsatisfying. Shame on your company

My dog recently stayed at the Etobicoke location for a one-night hotel stay and a half day doggie day camp on June 9-10, 2019. June 12th I called the grooming dept and spoke to fernando. I was told that they were booked out for 2 weeks, so I went on line and booked for the next day. Russell was given the service of furminator a $58.00 service by danielle on june 13th. His neck and head had not been brushed or cleaned at all. I immediately contacted them and was informed I would need to speak to the manager. She called the next day, which was friday and told me she couldn't do anything because the repair needed to be done the same day of service. It didn't matter that I was told I had to wait for her call. I have been taking russell to banfield and petsmart grooming for four years and this is the 3rd incident with the grooming department. It's time for a new groomer.

The associate who regularly works in the fish department was maybe having a bad day. When the associate was contemplating my choice of desired (all community) fish, she rudely questioned my ability to choose suitable fish for the tank size. poor service
My mother and mentally ill 23 old brother went to the pet smart located on 865 Jackman Street, El Cajon CA 92020. My brother wanted to look at the snakes but my mother was convincing him that it is not the best idea. My brother insisted on looking at the snakes so he requested from the employee to show him the snakes. The employee refused stating that since my mother does not seem convinced about buying the snake she does not want to waste here time by showing him the snake. My brother kept begging the employee to show it to him and she kept refusing, even my mother requested her to show it to him and she kept saying no. Due to this incident my brother went home very agitated and his mental state worsened. This employee refused showing my brother the snakes because she felt that he might not buy it and did not want to waste her time, but making my brother's condition worse by agitating him and letting him beg her for a long time is okay. To make the matter worse, my brother choose a tranchula which he did buy, however another employee came buy and asked if he was going to buy it and he said yes then in a very rude way she told him and my mom that if they want to buy it they have to buy everything else that comes with it such as the heat generator and other things.
These employees can not treat human being with decency and respect so how do you expect them to treat pets.

My Cane Corsa and I have rediscovered Pet Smart recently, and I wanted to send out a heartfelt appreciation to Sacramento's Pet Smart on Watt and Arden...they REALLY came through for me and my Service Dog-Diva!
We went in this morning 4/27/2019 approx. 9:30 am, I walked in enjoying the clean, calm, morning atmosphere as we walked down isles being greeted by staff all over the store-it was AWESOME! Diva is just 5months old so she was enjoying the environment, the different animals she met...it was a morning I look forward to, we have done it more recently because her Vet is right in the store as well...man it's a dream come true!
Then I go up to pay and it's a problem! But God is good and so are people! Jose who had helped me as soon as I walked through the door by taking me to the items we wanted, and he gave me knowledge about it all! He helped us and so did Josh, they were VERY patient, and the staff helping were sooo sweet to both me and The Diva-and then Jose himself helped us load up, we felt like Royalty and LOVED...we appreciate you, Gentlemen & Staff thank you ALL for coming to work today and everyday possible and we look forward to our next visit at OUR- Pet Smart on Watt/Arden!

55-gallon top fin starter kit tank
I bought and set up a Top Fin 55-gallon tank, Petsmart makes the tank, that had an 11.75" X 22.75" black plastic top, then tried to find a glass top replacement to no avail. PetSmart's customer service said they don't sell a glass top that size. Guess what? No one else does either! What a joke! they said to go to a glass cutter. Why would a company make a product and not sell a replacement top that utilizes the expensive lighting systems that they sell that require glass tops?

An employee called me the week of April 1st to let me know that the grooming dept was having a special and to bring my dog in for a wash/dry and nails done. He had been there before for nails so it was not a big deal. Appointment scheduled for 3pm. I show up a few minutes early and was told to please walk around in the store because the groomer was not there and that it would be a few minutes. I go back 15 minutes later and my groomer still was not there because she needed a ride to work. They said to leave the dog there and they would be working on him next. I get a call an hour and a half later that they only washed him and could not do nails because he was too hard to handle. Which he goes faithfully every month to get his nails trimmed so he is not a newbie. I went and got him and they were not apologetic and I even spoke to the store manager Brad and he was not compassionate or caring about the time delay or that it took that long to wash him. 15 pound short hair dog. I will never go back to Petsmart for anything due to the poor customer service.
overcharged and rude cashier
Brought 16lb bag science diet adult cat food to counter. Cashier Riley rang it up and the price did not match what the sale price on shelf was marked. Returned myself to section to recheck price and it was what I had told her. She was obviously "bothered" that she had to provide a refund. I did not appreciate the fact that I had to check it myself and just for the record don't call your customers mam.

I went to checkout today with 13 items in my cart and as soon as I hit "checkout" my cart doubled in price. Based on the comments from their facebook page, its happening to a lot of people. Bait and switch? I called customer service and got blown off by two different people including the manager Adam Daily. Posted a comment on their facebook page and they delete it. Then I noticed others posting and their were deleting all their comments.
groomers not following customers directions
I took my dog to PetSmart in Savannah on Victory Drive to be wash and groom I specifically told the groomer mr. Eddie not to cut my Schnauzer beard. When I came to pick him up he did the opposite he cut my Schnauzer beard shaved his legs he looked awful. My dog did not look like a schnauzer. Mr Eddie told me that my Schnauzer wouldn't keep still if that was the case he should not have tried to groom my dog. Instead he butchered up my dog and took my $62. I will never take my dog back to PetSmart groomers
discount cancellation for veterans
Been advised that the start of 2019 PetSmart will no longer give discounts to Veterans. I know that this is not a great amount of money we are talking about here, it is more about respect than cost.
I have been an active customer of grooming for many years and have generally been satisfied with PetSmart. I have had some issues with attitudes in customer service but tried to ignore and go about life. Have been advised over the years of certain "discount days" that vary by store or whomever you inquired with. Last grooming we were rudely advised it was the wrong day and that PetSmart was doing away with Veterans Discount the first of the year.
This is not really a monetary thing as it is a disrespectful issue. Not sure how many people work in corporate office that have been in military or understand the "disrespect issue" or question how the corporate issue can get passed on to other business's who also may follow suite.
Again this is not a monetary issue with VETS, throughout the years in the military you continually run into the lack of respect by consumers, business or the enemies you are against in protecting the country and the American people and values. I can't imagine this being a big MONENTARY ISSUE with PetSmart. This is the type of thing that starts companies and the people from remembering why they are free and recognizing WHY.
If you haven't been there you wouldn't understand the forgetfulness and lack of respect. PetSmart and all other companies in the United States worry about sexual, racial and other issues but can be quick to forget the VETS, again this is sort of an issue that you need to be there to understand.
I have been there and know a little more about serving and duty, but if these companies react like this then it need be time for VETERANS and their families to quit supporting these companies. Their are other companies to provide the same services and I for one will stop using PETSMART or other companies that have these attitudes. I would hope that all VETERANS and families would take issue with this and follow my lead to stop using these business's.

Are you honestly completely inept? All of the veterans I've met could give less of a [censored] about their discount if they went somewhere that didn't have it. Yes, it is a courteous thing to do, but in no way is it a mandated thing. It's their company, if you don't like it go elsewhere.

IF they are doing away with Discount days they are doing away with discount days. If you went the wrong day for grooming then they are going to tell you. Nothing rude about not giving you what you want. Grow up. Just because you did not get what you want does not make one rude. It seems like you only joined the military to get discounts and benefits. Not because you care about your country. You are true shame and embarrassment to those that served because they want to make a difference. You seem to have a big ego and think you are owed things.
pet grooming
On Monday, November 12, 2018 I got online and made an appointment for my dog to get a bath, furminator treatment and nails clipped for 2:30Pm same day. When I got to the store I was informed that the person who does bathes had called off today. They could still get my dog in but it would take 4 hours. My dog is 13 years old and that is not an option. The fact that appointments weren't checked that morning and that I wasn't called to reschedule before loading up my old dog to me is unacceptable. This is very bad customer service. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had issues with this salon. They cancelled another appointment on me while I was standing in the lobby there a few months ago with my other dog. I have found a different groomer for him as he needs groomed every 6 to 8 weeks. My old guy today simply needed a bath and a good brushing.. 4 hours really? Very disappointing. My dogs both currently eat Authority brand food. After today's experience.. I will be finding another brand of food for them and Petsmart has seen the last of my money.
disrespectful and discriminatory work environment
I am pregnant and i was working in the grooming salon in petsmart store #0453. I informed the managers of my pregnancy and due to not having insurance asked to take it easy with certain dogs since i hadn't been to a doctor yet, this is my first pregnancy and i already suffer from epilepsy and high blood pressure. The managers seemed to understand but yet continued to deduct my hours to literally almost nothing. On Saturday November 3, 2018, i was booked with numerous large dogs in a short amount of time and had expressed not being fully comfortable with that due to the fact that some of the dogs had never been to the grooming salon before. I informed the managers and they asked that i contact an Assosciate to come in and help. I told them if they couldnt come in that it wasn't a big deal and when they responded saying they were busy i said Nevermind but the associate took it upon herself to text me extremely innappropriate and uncalled for texts on how i "needed to work harder and that they have helped me repeatedly even though i haven't seen them in 2 months time and told me how they understood i was going through things and how i couldn't just handle the job." The treatment and statements made towards me AFTER i expressed the medical condition is ridiculous and honestly extremely disrespectful.
Goes to prove how the employees are treated at PetSmart. Look at store 0574 in Moorestown, NJ. It's been over a year since the employees and managers lost their jobs. No one asked or investigated from corporate why it happened. Goes to show that we have no rights as employees. We have no resolve.
