Whenever I am at Pick n Pay liquor @Philippi Junction Mall to ask for cash back I am told that in order to get cash back I must purchase something, if I remember correctly I think this started about 3 months back(on my experience). The first day I encountered this I was in a rush and I didn’t really put it in my head but now it is becoming a norm because everytime I go there for cash back I am told that I need to purchase something and then I can be assisted. This takes place at Pick n Pay liquor store not the grocery one, in my knowledge, as a customer of Pick n Pay I am eligible to get cash back at any Pick n Pay till that has the money I need available, it can be at the kiosk, liquor store or grocery tills. Another recent event which occurred right before the end of July, I went to the liquor store to get money that was sent via Capitec Cash Send and I was told it is not done at the liquor store which became a big shock to me because I have never experienced such from any other Pick n Pay branches but this one. Please speak to your staff or you will lose valuable customers because this is very unprofessional of them. What I would like is a statement on the entrance indicating that we as the customers of your establishment are allowed to get cash sends or cash back at the liquor tills without being told that we need to purchase something first or that the services I am asking for are not done at a liquor store, so that I can be comfortable in you rendering these services to your customers as it should be. I am a very unhappy customer as this has occurred to me in several occasions now.
Desired outcome: What I would like is a statement on the entrance indicating that we as the customers of your establishment are allowed to get cash sends or cash back at the liquor tills without being told otherwise.
