The service at this Pick 'n Pay is pathetic. Whenever a customer wants to a withdrawal or cashback at the cashiers, we get told, they don't have money, and when we ask, to please ask their colleague or manager, they get an attitude.
This morning I was told by the store manager, Teboho, they don't have money because they loaded the Capitec ATM, and I can make use of the ATM, and the money they have, is not much, because majority of customers are using card payments and not cash. When I asked Teboho, if he's going to pay my bank charges, for using the ATM, he just smiled and said no.
I understand, majority of customers are using cards for payments, and it might be a problem, but it's not my problem. Cashback/withdrawals is a service which Pick 'n pay is providing to customers, which means they need to make provision for it.
There are two staff members, Helen and Charmain, that will go an extra mile to assist a customer, without complaints or attitudes.
