I bought eskort polony from Pick n pay-G-bay on either the 6th of Jan 2020.
The polony made me sick and I had a running tummy and started vomitting all evening.The next day I called Pick n Pay customer care and notified the agent with regards to what had happened.i said if sickness persists I will go to the doctor.I went to the chemist and got meds.I went to the store and they exchanged the foul smelling polony for the price of what it costed.Please advise why there is no other compensation/voucher to apologise with the hazards of polony being so high?My kids could of eaten of the polony and luckily it was just me.
The fact you must drive back to the store...and I was sent from person to person on my last day off from work where the managers brushed me off and snarled at me but I was the one who got sick of something you bought but all the store does is give you your money back for the item after wasting alot of time.
I believe that a voucher of somesort would be in order.
