Ordered a pizza online, never received it
Have ordered several times and was able to be contacted by drivers with no issue. Now am told the wrong cellphone number was listed after waiting over an hour and calling the store directly. Pizza can't be delivered because they closed. Refund not immediate. I will not be ordering with you again and I will be telling anyone I know to not as well. Also I don't get to have any dinner now, such amaze very wow.
Desired outcome: Teach drivers to deliver correctly, I've done it and it's not that hard.
Thin crust meat lovers pizza
I have ordered your thin crust meat lovers pizza for the last three times because it is my husband's favorite.
All three times I have requested they make sure the crust is very crispy.
All three times it has been crusty on top but the bottom is soggy and hard to even pick up.

Hello on May 22, 2021 we made an order and only got a part of the order I called talk to someone at 7:10pm and she said she refunded the amount of what we didn't get and was having the food sent to us in 25 min. I tried calling back around 8pm and didn't get an answer I got though around 8:30-8:45 pm and I heard two people going back and forth then a women picked up and said the food was being remade and sent out to the house. I food arrived after 9:30pm and the bread sticks was hard and sauce was all over the bag.

I have been calling for 20 minutes keep reaching some telephone bank they keep transferring me to a disconnected line. When they ask for the address I don't have it I'm at the Luxor in Vegas they refuse to help me till I give them an exact address. It's the Luxor the giant black pyramid. Lack of dine in options
Call it any way they like it but the stores around here are dead most of the time now. No dine in option means they lost 100% of their lunch crowd and the supper buffet crowd two nights a week or whatever it was. One store went bankrupt almost immediately into the announcement that the corporation claimed was due to Covid, and while much of the public at that time thought that location was jumping the gun a little, in retrospection, perhaps they were the smart ones. The others have mounting bills, fewer staff, more work, fewer customers, lost jobs, cut hours and wages, less profits — I pass by after school and work every day, multiple locations, all empty — not one person there ordering or picking up, and delivery business - almost nonexistent, almost. Additionally, they reopened dine-in over in the UK in July 2020 during the height of the Covid pandemic and long before vaccines were available so are they really trying to feed the American people the load of bull about safety? Yeaaaaa Sureeeeeeeee Pinocchio. Tell you what - you keep feeding that line of bull, and I'll call Dominos for my take out and go to Snappy Tomato for my dine-in — how's that work for you?

May 10th, 2021. I ordered a dinner box and 8 wings the food did not taste right, the delivery driver got to my door and knocked very loud and also threw my food on the floor. I think he ate two of my wings because when I got my wings there was only six. I filed a complaint about four days ago and nothing has happened still I want a full refund of 17.76 and I don't think I will order from there again.

My name is Allison. I placed an order at Fountain Valley Pizza Hut on May 21, 2021 at 8:00 PM and was overcharged for the pizzas in person. The total stated online and on the phone was $22.98. When I arrived in person, I was charged $26.98. The girl decided to automatically tip herself $4 without my knowledge. The girl also deleted details of the order but the order was place. I went to pizza hut today on Congressparkway, Athens, TN. I went into the store to place a togo order and wait for it. The kid at the counter told me I had to place my order on line. Now are you kidding me this is an open restaurant with customers sitting and dining In and I have to place a Togo order online did they? Ridiculous!! Could not believe it. Oh well left and went to Papa John's they were happy to take my $80 order.
