This particular pizza hut has an employee named Charity Rodriguez who is a known method addict and has been in jail numerous times for drug possession and stealing while my niece was eating there last week she heard her talking to a man at table next to them about buying drugs this pizza hut is located at Mariner Commons in spring Hill FL I guess pizza hut doesn't do criminal background checks on their employees I find this to be disgusting as this person is handling other people's food I know I for one know will my family be eating at Pizza Hut again if they allow this one to work there I'm sure there are many more just like her

after I got hung up on 3 times I reached an employee who said it would take and hour to order a pizza, once I said it was fine he put me on hold and hung up. After calling back several times I gave up and ordered online. Went in and once I was acknowledged that I was the caller she called the cops on me.
-manager accused me of being under the influence.
- the cops asked me if it was related to a call they got about the same employee earlier the same day. Wasn't me
- I live near this Pizza Hut and have been coming loyally for over 15 years. This is insane and she took things out of context. - - She used foul launguage against me my wife and son. She called the cops on me and slammed the refrigerator door shut when the other employee knew they were wrong and was going to give me the pizza so I could pay for it. My wife recorded some and the incident.

This is insane what kind of employee are you guys hiring. This is a disgust. And she said since it was her last day soon she didn't care what we said. The cop was annoyed he had to come twice to the same location where she denied a pizza to a couple who paid for it online. YES. You're reading this correctly. Get back to me ASAP.

Every single time my family orders from our local pizza hut, it is royally messed up! We spend upwards of $40.00 on the food and recieve crap. The medium 3 topping pizza had over 3 inches of crust with the toppings of a personal pan pizza. Literally 2 or 3 olives per slice. Pizza are always ordered with extra sauce, we even put extra extra sauce in the comments box and they STILL deliver a dry pizza. Delivery time says 20-30 minuites then we end up waiting closer to an hour for our food. When we call to check and make sure everything is ok, we get told that the delivery driver is doing her best and she is on her way back to pick our food up to deliver it! By the time the food gets here its hard and cold. Not to mention not made right! I have contacted a manager there several times and most of the time we just get a soft "I'm sorry" and thats it. Multiple times we have ordered for my husbands lunch break and it takes them soooo long to get it here that he goes back to work hungry. The staff is horrible with handling complaints. We stopped calling in orders because the children that work there seem to have an attitude problem and are very snarky if you start getting specific with what you want. Then whenever a credit is placed on the account and you try to use it later, they tell you there is no credit and that they need to wait for a manager to find it.. 4 times they put the credits under the wrong name. If there were another pizza place in town we would MOST DEFINITELY take our business elsewhere. Over all, this place needs to be reviewed and all employees need retrained.

I placed an order online and I was given old cheesy bread sticks and cold wings. I called to speak with Tasha Goins manager and she was very rude she would not replace my order. I told her I did not want a discount I wanted fresh food and I still had the old food it had nor has not been touched. She replied "No that is a waist of food" and she was not replacing it and to call back and talk to her manager Walt. She begin talking real loudly on the phone as I was trying to explain that I was on my lunch break and I was hungry. When I asked Tasha for corporates number she told me she did not know the number and that I needed to Google it. Ms Tasha was very belligerent and her speech was poor she then proceeded to say she had been manager for 3 months. She told me that she was not repeating herself, and that I was "feeling some type of way" and that she was not playing "no mo games wit me" and she hung the phone up on me . This is by far the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

i live in brampton ontario canada. yesterday i took my wife and my son to niagara falls ny to do a little shopping around. we do that 1-3 times a year
when we do some shopping and see that it is lunch time we always go to pizza hut on niagara falls blvd. located near fashion outlet.
so we took the buffet option. the time was around 1.15pm we were told wich table to take and i noticed very few people in the restaurant that friday 16 march 2018.
we are vegitarian there was half pizza available on the table we all took few slices and started eating . the watress noticed that vegi was finished so she asked the cook to make another one soon there was a fresh vegi on the counter again. while we were still eating there was another family also only wanted to eat vegi went up to the counter to take there share. when we were finished eating our two slices we also went to take more again only feew slices available. the slices are cut very small and it didnt take long and we were waiting for another vegi to arrive. we thought the waitress must have noticed it and we just waited at least 10-12 min. must have passed but no fresh vegi came... the waitress had passed by few time but didnt do anything..like i said hardly 3 customers in the restaurant..then my wife had to tell her the waitress that we were waiting for a vegi. the waitress told the cook who was standing by the front desk that he needs to make a new vegi.. and his reply was what another one . now we were at least 15 feet away and were able to hear is reaction. as you can imagine we were not happy about it and thats not all. after that while we were waiting the delivery guy had come back and he saw us sitting not eating he asked the waitress what are these guys doing here. my wife got so upset she said to me lets go i do not feel like eating anymore i told her look we still have to pay.. so lets just wait..so after 20-25 min waiting fresh vegi pizza came and the waitress also brought the bill. this whole thing was very very upsetting

On March 11, 2018 My husband Richard Brown and I placed an order online to take advantage of thr online deal (1 large 2 topping for $7.99). When we received our food it was cold... Burnt... And we were missing our bread stick sauce. We called the store and made a complaint. We were told our account would show a credit for our WHOLE order so we would have $23 and some change towards our next order. Today March 16, 2018 we call to use our credit and are told it was never given. Then they told us we would only be credited $15 and that we would not be able to receive credit for the online deal so we would have to make up the difference and our cinnamon sticks which were cold would not be included. Everytime we order from the Rivergate Pkwy Goodlettsville TN store there is an issue. They never have delivery drivers and now this. This is ridiculous. I hope that you can make this right with us because we do not care for other pizza places and we would hate to not be able to order from Pizza Hut in good conscience because we are treated like this everytime we do. I do hope to hear back about this matter quickly. Thank you... A very concerned customer

I had ordered multiple Pizza from pizza hut in Bloomington IN on Franklin to be delivered to the company I work they messed up my order and when I was trying to get it right the store manager had an attitude and said that I had already saved money and I said that wasn't the point they messed up what I ordered it doesn't matter if the pizza was on a deal he was very hateful

Wednesday evening my husband and I ordered delivery from the Vineland NJ store. We ordered a meat lovers stuffed crust cheese bread sticks and cinnamon sticks and a 2 liter $40.00. Now I am not one to complain I work in the food business myself but it was HORRIBLE. Everything was cold and hard when it got to our residence. I chewed on a piece of bacon from the pizza, and broke my tooth.I have eaten here many many times. And have spent a lot of money as well. This is unacceptable especially for 40 dollars we could have went out to eat or made our own pizza for that matter. I am extremely disappointed and will not be coming back!

This is the second time in two weeks that we were delivered the wrong items. Wenorder at least once every two weeks. And the pizza was discussing. I advised the delivery person and he didn't seem to care at all. Holbrook az Pizza Hut sucks and I am so happy they are building a little Caesar's here in holbrook. This experience just made my mind up for sure that we will no longer be ordering from Pizza Hut.

I placed an order at 11:20 today March 15th 2018. The order was put under the name Shaffer.
First thing the young lady asked was do I want deliver or pick up I said deliver I place my order and then gave her my credit card over the phone to pay for the order to be delivered.
the order was not delivered I called the office back the gentleman said we have an order for Shaffer but it's for pickup.
I said no sir it is not it was for delivery can you please deliver it.
he said yes for an extra $3.
I told him that that's unacceptable that I want to speak with the manager because I specifically said to deliver it.
I would not have paid with a credit card over the phone if I was going to pick it up.
Misty got on the phone claim she was the manager proceeded to tell me to calm down and I told her that my order was for delivery she argued said no I took the order and it was for pickup I proceeded to say no why would I pay for a credit card over the phone for my order to be picked up she hung up on me.
not only is this a bad experience but the customer service is extremely lacking not only from the office itself but I have made multiple phone calls to discover that I cannot speak to anyone on the phone and regards to my problem and I have searched diligently looking for a district manager to contact for the Inwood West Virginia to 25428 Pizza hut.
I do hope someone contact me immediately in regards to this because if my credit card gets charged $20.30 for a pizza I did not get then we will have a major issue on our hands

On Sunday 3/11/18 I ordered 2 medium 2-topping for 5.99 each. Online they said "delivery in 37-47 minutes ". It took NINETY MINUTES and the pies were lukewarm at best! To boot, toppings were sparse and barely any sauce at all. I know 3 other people complaining about lack of sufficient sauce too! W. T. H. ?

I ordered for delivery through the online portal the delivery time was supposed to be 45-55 minutes it took 2 hours to get here and all of my food was cold not even warm! I ordered a pizza and boneless wings online at 8:57 pm and the website said expected delivery time would be 9:25pm. My food did not arrive until 10:17 pm. My food was cold and the presentation was horrible. Very disappointed because if I'm paying $21.00 for food, I atleast want it to be hot and edible. As a former employee of Pizza Hut, I do know the proper way to make a pizza and what I received was far from correct. I did not even receive the garlic butter I requested on my crust. This experience definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. Literally.

On march 13 2018 I ordered 2 pizzas, a 2 liter Pepsi, a 2 liter dr pepper, & 2 garlic dipping sauces. When the order was picked up, they were out of dr peppers so we settled for a 2nd Pepsi. When we got the order home, they had put only one garlic dipping sauce in the bag. The supreme pizza might as well have been a cheese pizza( that's how much topping was on it). My order totaled $30.20 but was not worth half of that. This was by far the worst experience i have ever had at pizza hut. And the cashier acted like she didn't even know how to ring up the order. Pizza Hut is going to lose a lot of business if the don't step up their game and I will be the first to go.

March 9 2018 I was charged twice for the order I placed. I called the location March 12 to get this fixed and was told to call back after to 5pm to speak to the general manager. I told them I am unable to do that and if the General Manager could call me back. I was placed on hold for about 15 minutes and all I wanted to do was give them a number to reach me at. I called again March 13 and was able to give them a number to reach me at. I am very confused why I would be charged twice and go through this much trouble to get it fixed.

I ordered 2 med 🍕's from the camp Bowie store on March 11, 2018. I was first told by the mgr. That he thought I was scamming him until he finally found my order. He was supposed to replace the order the way I wanted it and once again I got the pizzas wrong for the second time around. I order from this store quite often and have never gotten service like this. I am not a hard [censor] or mean person, I just want what I ordered and the way I ordered it. If you replace or credit my order I would be great full if not that's fine too. I just felt the need to let you know what is going on with your stores. I myself used to work for pizza hut and other corporate stores ran by Yum. I know how they are on customer service. This location in Deridder La just opened back up last week due to some issues I know nothing about but tonight we ordered bread sticks and the sauce a was ice cold. For as long as I've been coming to pizza hut the sauce a has always been hot. Not sure if this is something new if it is it needs to he changed back. The pizza was very good. Not looking for anything just want to make you aware of this

Order 2 med 2 item classic, arrived at Pizza Hut on Princess Anne Rd. Norfolk, VA 23509; my ticket #86, register: 2, server: Casey unit #004532, store phone # 757-857-6666; Harris, Margaret, phone #757-962-9382. address: 3303 Argonne Avenue, Norfolk, VA. The cashier was talking on her mobile phone and never acknowledge that my sister and I had entered the store, over hearing cashier phone conversation she was confirming a doctors appt. taking care of personal business. Then from the back of store a delivery driver acknowledge we where at the counter, he notice that cashier was out front on her phone. Then the delivery driver went the back and return with manager of store, manager waited on us with attitude. We live 5 minutes away from store and boxes were warm but when got home the Pizza's Crust was burnt and cold. This is not what we expected and was total dissatified.

I ordered $30 worth of food and left a $5 tip I am beyond unsatisfied. I took pictures for proof of the pizza not only was it cold. Do u hear me. Cold and hard! It hardly had any sauce on the pizza so basically it was cheese and meat I specifically ordered extra sauce on the pizza b/c pizza hut pizza can be dry at times. If u look online my order should be there under micka'ela william 11320 greenwell springd rd. Apt 5306 after my son basketball game he had a few teammates over they did not eat the pizza because they complained about it being cold and nasty buy nasty I assume dry which it was. So I called in to let the manager on duty know what the situation was she then promised that someone will be out to replace the order and that I need to return the pizza to the delivery guy. No one ever came right now it is 10:52 I ordered my pizza around 7 something so the kids were waiting to get the new order of pizza hour and 30 minutes ago. Not only did I lose out on $35.44 but I had to go order pizza from somewhere else so that I can feed themthe kidd and get them home to their parents. At this point I am beyond pissed I would like a full refund also I would like my tip back and I would be more than happy to save this pizza so that you all can have it back. I placed an order on 3/9 around 4:30pm. At 5:30pm I called when it hadn't arrived. They told me it was on the way. When it arrived it was only warm and it appeared the pizza shifted in the box and a bite was taken out if the cookie. I have a picture of the cookie that I've included. My order total was $23.93 plus a $2.50 tip.

I am very disappointed with the service from this Pizza Hut, at 2721 Peters Creek Pkwy
