I made an online order today. First my delivery was later than the time that was estimated and the driver didn't apologize for being late just smacking her gum. When I got inside, I noticed my order was wrong. I ordered cheese bread but instead received bread sticks so I took it back to pizza hut and so they could make it right. As they took the bread sticks to the back, I heard them make a comment implying that I had played all over it before returning it back which was not the case, didn't even touch it. Then decided to ask to speak with the manager on duty and she didn't want to come to see me. This is not the first or second but is it my last time doing business with pizza hut in the town. The crew is very unprofessional. Like most restaurants, you strive your company as a whole to mirror a chik fil a or better service bc there is never a bad experience at one of those. Or at least hire a manager who will at like a leader an not on of their friends bc honestly it just brings business down. Great customer service = success

We are trying to have a birthday party at 230pm and the restaurant is filthy from the 11 to 12pm lunch hour. The manager Michael was very rude to us and the service was of very poor quality. We couldn't get no one to hardly serve us and the restaurant was not busy at all. The manager Michael even Hollared at the kids. He needs fired and that store to be completely took over by someone else

My girlfriend called last night to order a pizza. A lady on the phone answer the phone, was very rude to her. She was told that they was closed but the answer the phone which doesnt make sense if they are closed then why answer the phone. Gave some excuse why that person had to answer the phone just in case. The lady on the phone then got rude with my girlfriend. My girlfriend ask for her name and she hung up on her. I really dont appreciate that at all. She called back and they just kept hanging up on her. Then i called and some hispanic woman answer and said it wasnt pizza hut. I called this morning. A manager name Wendall helped me out a alot. He explain things to me and was polite and apologize for the rudeness i receive. Thanks Wendall for trying to make things right. I dont want nothing for free. Wendell handle it and I will be ordering tonight.
It's not your business as to whether a business chooses to answer their phone after hours or not. What is wrong with you?

The American Dream has been put on hold because every fast food chain on Suffolk ave in Brentwood N.Y IS OPERATED BY other ethic background that seems to be populating very fast. I've lived in this community over 7 years and have been filling out applications to the same place more than once with no call back or response. It's Maria, Juan, rosa, hector etc etc you get the point. Which makes feel very uncomfortable that I can't learn or grow in a work force in my own township I feel like an outsider in my own neighborhood. I just want an opportunity to work. Send a survey guy to this town and guarantee you'll see the proof. I'm being a racist I just want equal opportunity in my community .

On The 7th of March I made an Order online. For Two Medium pizzas Any toppings, got two specialty pizzas supper supreme extra mushrooms. One with hut's favorite crust and the other with toasted parmesan crust . Double cut and two sides of Honey Barbeque sauce. One 12 piece order of buffalo hot wings. My order came up to $31.95. I made sure I called also after I placed my order to make sure it was correct and I had no problems. I was informed by an pizza hut employee that she would make sure everything was right. When my pizza arrived an hour and a half later my food was completely cold . My pizza box was smashed and there was no extra mushrooms on either of the pizzas . They were not double cut and I didn't receive my Honey Barbeque sauce. Nor did I receive any condiments crush pepper or cheese. I called the restaurant to inform them and I was told i would receive credit but still didn't. I'll Love pizza hut and it upset me that I experienced this for the first time .

Me an my husband an daughter went in to pizza hut at 8pm on 3/8/2018. Ordered pizza server told us it would be ten minutes so we got our salid bar which was almost empty. It took 45 min an the pizza showed up well one it looked great but it was just cheese server said the other one is coming out of oven then we herd it was to have pineapple all over well of corse were looking here come server to let us know that they forgot the pinapple so they put it on an back in oven I figered o well it will be good an hot no it took 5 min an she brought the pizza to us it was warm the pinapple was cold. I asked isent it so post to be hot sge went to manager came back said we will remake by this time ist bean an hr we starving. I said just charge me for the cheese an she went back to managment an managment told her to just comp my meal. We left frustrated hungry an verry un happy. It was also my 21 wedding anniversary. food was delivered cold and more than one hour after
I placed an order at 728 pm today o got it almost at 9pm today. I called like at 840 to see what had happened to my order. I had bad experiences with this location on the pass with the same issue. The store manager first told me that the driver had left a long time ago then she came back to the phone and said that he was at my door. I asked her why did he take so long to get to my house if you said he had left a long time ago. Then she changed o no our delivery time changed to 60 min. It took them more than 60 min to deliver our food. They did offer to give me a store credit but I rather have my money back. I won't order from that location again. Horrible customer service.
pizza recipe sucks
I grew up in the 80's and pizza hut was my favorite. It beat out all other pizzas. Dominos in the 80's sucked. Then pizza hut changed their original recipe and dominos improved their recipe and now dominos is my favorite. What happened to pizza hut's original pizza and pan pizza recipes? Why did you change something that was sooo good? That was super dumb.
customer service and poor quality of pizza
The Pizza Hut Stuff Crust pizza is my favorite. But today, ordering was a challenge. Customer service was very poor and once I received my pizza the quality wasn't what I expected. Brian / store manager at #024851 in Fontana took my order. His tone was so unfriendly it distract ed me to the point I didn't want to place my order. My intention was to order pizza, wings and drink. But he was so unfriendly and unhelpful it limited my order. Then when I received my pizza, the quality was poor. The pizza was not thoroughly cook. I advise him, but he still had that mono tone. I usually tip the driver, but not today. After many years of being a loyal customer and never having to ask for a REFUND. Today I want my money back! My ticket #0009, APR code #023548, Inv #4, Paid with card ending in 4318. Going forward, I am looking for another pizza place that don't mind providing customer care with a smile or a least a cordial tone.
Unfair service fee charges
Obviously the happy people didn't notice a service fee on their receipts. We just paid 74.00 for 3 pizzas and 18 wings...$2.33 for a service fee and no one said anything about it. I ordered a free bread sticks for my birthday that was sent to me in an email, and I ordered a $10 stuffed crust pizza that I received in an email. It took 150 minutes to come here, and when he showed up there's no bread sticks and he charged me $21.27. I didn't pay that because one he didn't bring the bread stick and he charged me too much, so I didn't take it. And now they are closed. So I have no pizza and bread sticks. I am very upset.

I placed my delivery order at 2:30 pm. They said it would take 50mins-1 hour. After an hour and 7 minutes went by, I called the store to check on the order. The employee stated that it would only be like 5-10 minutes more that the order was on it's way to me. So I waited. I finally called back at 4:05 pm. Spoke to the manager. She had an attitude and told me the order was already on it's way to me and that there was nothing she could do. She wouldn't even give me a number to call to get this issue resolved. So last I spoke to the manager was at 4:05 pm. It's 4:15pm and still no pizza. It was just a simple 1 large box of pizza..
I am complaining about bad customer service and bad delivery
I Placed My Order online at 6:28 pm i called at 8:45 the lady had an attitude and said your order left at 8:30 then hung up. I called again at 10:10 the lady claimed that the online orders take up to an hour and the time isn't accurate but it's been 4 hours since the order was placed. I stayed up still closing time and i still haven't receive my order
Had a taste for a my favorite stuff crust pizza, today. Called my local Pizza Hut. However, when I called to order, a person by the name of Brian in Fontana #024851, answered. I notice his tone right away. My intention when I called was to order pizza, wings and something to drink. But his customer unfriendly voice was distracting me from completing my order. I questioned his tone, his reply was "that's just my tone". I ask to speak with the manager...of course he turned out the be the manager. I was really floored then. I said maybe you should consider putting a more customer friendly person on the phones, who want to take and make order suggestion to customers. When the driver came with my pizza, my favorite Pizza Hut stuff crust pizza was not thoroughly done. Advised Brian, not only did he mess my pizza up, driver missed a tip and I'm switching to another pizza place. Good bye old friend!

I ordered a sausage pizza and a cookie, (delivered) I got my pizzia and it was half cold and then I didn't receive my cookie. Before hand I called and made sure my cookie was on the bill and the man said yes (3 times) when my phone arrived no cookie.! Then I called about it n he told me I have to wait a hour.! Called ahead to make sure I could come in and order a delivery for my husbands work and pay in store was told yes. Once I get there they decide to tell me I couldn't pay cash for a delivery. The manager was rude told me he was tired of people like me. When all I said was when I called you could have told me I couldn't pay with dang cash. Ordered anyways to drive it to my husbands work and he said is this for pickup I said well if you won't deliver then it has to be...and rudely he says well I'm not a mind reader. Waited 25 mins for the order and when he brings it out he sees me struggling to hold my 2 year old autistic child and instead of handing me the boxes he sits them down on a chair beside me and turns walks away while laughing and proceeds to go to the back and clearly degrade me to his employees in the back. We order at least twice a week from there it's the only pizza hut near us and we get treated like junk. He needs to take a class on customer service because he clearly lacks any kind of decency.

I ordered a pizza 03/02/2017 to my apartment in Aurora, Colorado when my pizza arrived I do have a puppy understandable they get in the way. But Joel the deliverer of my pizza was quite rude by stating " Oh what you don't tip?" When I had asked for my change. I understand we have bad days in customer service but that was very unprofessional. Very upsetting and it will probably be awhile before I order another pizza from this company
What did you having a puppy have to do with your stingy [censor] not tipping.. yeah you should probably wait a long time before ordering delivery again.. unless you like spit and who knows what else. If your too cheap to tip then get your lazy fat butt there and get it yourself.

Order was wrong, missing wings. Called store and spoke with manager named april. The manager argued with me for 5 mins how she had no conrol of online oreders and she could only respond with "i dont have an answer for you" i was never once offered a solution to correct my order. Instead i was told over and over how her screen doesnt show my wings on order. Yet i received order tracker text which i screen shoted to show i was being delivered a large pizza, 8 wings and a free hershey dessert. This was by far the worse customer service i have ever received. If the order was wrong, even if the "store screen" doesnt show my correct order as i was told, i still shouldnt be responsible for that, so next time i will just order dominoes pizza

After working a 12 hr shift decided to get a pizza! I walk in, place my order to go! ( Lg pan supreme, no onions, extra cheese, sweet tea) said it would be ready in about 20 min (about 8pm), go wait in the car. I go in at 8:17 and was told it'd be a few min it was coming right up. I go back out wait another 10 min, go back in give the girl my name. They're looking for my pizza, and can't find it! (I paid after I ordered) One girl asks if I'd like smthg to drink, I told her I'd already ordered one when I ordered (she goes to get me my drink) tells me not to worry about, so I told her I'd already paid. Said the computer "lost" my order! I'm tired, at this point frustrated, I'm ready to get off my feet! Another girl asks me if I'd like them to fix me another one! Well I mean I had already paid! I said "yea I guess so" I mean it wasn't like I was just gonna walk out! Go back out to my car, and within just a few min one of the girls was bringing me my pizza out to the car! (Whom was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!) Absolutely NOTHING was said about making it right other than the mention of a drink that I'd already paid for! 1 hour to get 1 pizza! I'm in disbelief! All of that trouble with ONLY a drink offered, and a cookie or brownie! Not big on sweets! It may be a long time or if ever, I decide to go back in there! Terrible experience! Worse service!

I ordered a pizza at 10 am, I didn't get it until about 1:30 pm. The delivery driver said he came to my door and knocked, but I was in my living room the whole day watching the Big Ten Tournament. I had to wait another 50 minutes for another pizza. When I FINALLY recieved my pizza, it was cold and disconnected like somebody picked them apart. The stuffed crust cheese was hard and nasty. When I called customer service they said they would have them remake another one. Once I called the store they had NO record of it.
