We have tried for over an hour to get this fixed. My husband has ordered food on the app and it said processed. Then he had gotten an email saying it wasn't going threw. That is not what I am complaining about. I am complaining about the many phone calls I had to make to try to get this resolved and get disconnected or sent back to the same person just to get disconnected again over and over. They never did send our call to the store in holts summit missouri. This is very frustrating.
Pizza Hut in holts summit sucks! Pizza Hut in general sucks! When I call a store I expect to talk to someone in that store! I’m sick of this! It’s not customer friendly at all.
After 4 times of trying to talk to an English speaking person at the store nearest to me, I took my business elsewhere!
