Account phone number change
I recently made my first sale on Playerauctions and have a balance of over 1, 000.00 USD on my account with them. Due to the account being years old, I need to update information so the money can be directed to the right place.
They will not allow me to change my own disbursement information. I have sent them countless ID photos and anything they ask - but they delay me a day or 2 between every response and somehow, it is not sufficient for them.
As of right now, they are holding my money hostage and it has almost been 2 weeks since I started submitting tickets and emailing them about this.
As far as I can tell, there is no repercussion for them to just keep my money. I cannot do anything and I feel robbed by the company.
P.S. The ID and proof I sent them was 100% valid but they kept saying it was not a clear photo of both me AND the ID. I sent them 6 different photos. There is NO reason to delay me days and say "try again", only to ignore me for days more. The photo below shows each time they closed my ticket after saying the photo wasn't good enough. It's my account!
The only reason I used their service in the first place was for a medical emergency for which I needed the funds. They promise clarity and swift success but offer nothing like that and hinder you.
Desired outcome: I want MY own earned money from them. If at all possible, an apology or compensation via giving me back the $200 they taxed me.
I appreciate being brought up to speed eventually and relieved this issue has now been resolved.

Suspended after mutually agreed refund
Basically, my account was suspended, and they send nothing but autoreplies or poorly written excuses without answering any of my questions.
There was an issue with a purchase, where I had found out that after the buyer attempted to make an in game purchase on an account I sold, that the purchases had been locked, I offered to refund him or help him get purchases unblocked by providing my ID, he preferred the refund, I accepted.
Days later I'm banned, they claimed I recovered the account (which I didnt, I still dont have access, as they suspended PA my account before I could recover the login via the person I sold it to)
Then after more ticket submissions, they say they believe I'm selling illegal accounts, which again isnt true.
Basically feels like I'm talking to a wall, they refuse to provide me with any actual answers as to why I was banned, they just give the general autoresponses without justifying the suspension.
Honestly, I've always know this service to be somewhat professional, I've made over 22 sales/purchases on this site in the past few years without issue, sad to say that a mutually agreed refund is apparently warrant for a suspension.
Closing this as I dont even want to access your site again. Just wanted to voice my complaint about this absolutely horrible service.
Not actually resolved, I just have no further interest in wasting my time with their horrible excuse for a customer service team.

Customer service is a joke
I have placed an order to buy a fortnite account- and upon that the credentials were incorrect.
I emailed the buyer, because that's what they told me to do and this guy is a straight up scam artist.
I forwarded the email chain to Customer Service and have yet to receive a reply.
I bought the insurance as well and now I don't even know if I'm going to get my money back.
It's absolutely ridiculous that I have not heard from anybody.
I likely will not use this service ever again.

It seems that they are more likely to respond to complaints posted online then a valid email being sent so this is my approach.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
While I understand where you're coming from Richard, you must see my side of things as the consumer.
Number one: I have established loads of evidence against this guy that he is a scammer. The fact that your customer service team hasn't even responded to me says to me that you guys could care less about that.
Number two: I spent my hard-earned money using your service; now even though I have substantial evidence that this person is a scammer that does not matter- because I still have to wait 3 days for somebody to look into the dispute portion of things.
Number three: I bought the insurance, but what good does that do? If I emailed somebody trying to make a claim chances are I would not get a response back.
Number four: The moment somebody files a dispute somebody should email the person filing the dispute and follow up with them- not wait 3 business days.
Number five: Your credit card authentication process is a hassle. I would recommend building your own Credit Card Authorization form and asking for ID and a signature to be in compliance with PCI standards.
9/10 If you have this form- you will have enough evidence to win the dispute when the consumer files a chargerback.
Richard, I'm not trying to tell you how to run your business but these are things that I have noticed when using the services you provide and you can either take these things with a grain of salt and use them to better your business and make the consumer happy or you can just blow it off as another unhappy 'karen' and forget everything I said.

Regarding the insurance, the reason we have to ask for evidence is because our process requires it so the other user isn't treated unfairly. This is explained in our disclaimer: https://i.imgur.com/cfkvypL.png. The first part of the dispute also necessitates both users to talk to each other first before our staff actually intervenes — this is to give the buyer and the seller an opportunity to work out the situation between them first.
That said, I'm very sorry about the delay in giving you a reply about the dispute and the hassle you went through with the payment; these are on us. The part you mentioned about having a credit card authorization form is interesting and I will definitely, definitely pass this on as a customer suggestion.

I've been a PA member for over 10 years with no issues whatsoever. Now I place an order for gold, receive the gold on my account and then my account gets suspended for no reason whatsoever? I did NOTHING whatsoever. Just placed an order, received the gold and that was it. Then I get suspended. What hell PA?!? Are you trying to lose business from people? Can someone please explain to me why my account was suspended?

Forgot to add - what is the purpose of contacting your bank then if you don’t file a chargeback? What can the bank even help you with then? How does it make sense to contact your bank but not request a chargeback on a charge that was supposed to be refunded and wasn’t?

If a chargeback is not supposed to happen why was I told to contact my bank? Instructions provided by PA reps need to be much more clear in these instances then. That was very vague and sane person would think that contacting your bank implies that your bank needs to do a chargeback…

Thank you for your reply. So the reason there was a chargeback filed was because I had a payment failed on one of my orders. Upon this payment failure, I contacted Player Auctions Support. The person who I spoke to was Melissa. Melissa stated it could take up to 7 days to go back to my account. Melissa also stated if it was not in my account after 7 days, to contact my bank. THAT is why I contacted my payment provider. This was for order 7749579. Seeing as how I was charged 3 times for the same exact amount (2 charges were correct, 1 was not) my payment provider was unsure of which one to dispute with PA so they chose one at random I guess. Nonetheless, I was told by PlayerAuctions (Melissa) to contact my bank after 7 days if a refund was not received, AND THAT'S WHAT I DID.
So why am I being punished for both 1. A refund I was supposed to receive and 2. Doing exactly what the PA Rep Melissa told me to do?

Hello, when I've tried to withdraw the money to neteller it was denied and on the next day I've tried to withdraw it to skrill then i noticed that my skrill and neteller accounts have different currency set, so i created another skrill account with correct currency and tried to change the payment information while withdrawal on the account with different currency was not finished. Neither to say right after setting different skrill info my account was suspended.
So can you please unsuspend me, i will not try to do this again, my dispute request is 749594.

PlayerAuctions — Payment verification
Being a first time buyer, payment verification at PlayerAuctions has been nothing short of a nightmare. Bank card got charged serval times for same production that was never received, this has nothing to do with the seller, but with the planform. Based on other complaints, seems like payment verification is an on going system issue affecting other buyers. I can only image the poor seller. Terrible experience :(

So I received an email after noticing my PlayerAuctions is banned. Here the reply:
Your account was suspended due to our risk management policies and industry compliance. For security reasons, we will not be reinstating your account. This decision is final and binding.
As stated in our User Agreement, PlayerAuctions may suspend or terminate a Registered User's Account at any time if:
a. In PlayerAuctions' sole and absolute determination, there is any breach of the provisions of this Agreement by the Registered User; or
b. PlayerAuctions has reasonable grounds to suspect that information provided by a Registered User is untrue, inaccurate, or is not current or complete; or
c. PlayerAuctions believes that User conduct is harmful to the interests of PlayerAuctions, its employees, directors, affiliates, or other Users; or
d. For any other reason in PlayerAuctions' sole and absolute discretion.
Now is this how PlayerAuctions treat its, loyal members? I've been a member for 6 years and haven't done anything unjust. After my dispute was cleared in my favor, 2 weeks passed and they decided to randomly suspend me. There aren't any logical reasoning PlayerAuctions could suspend me besides thinking "I just want to" I haven't broken any of the rules listed above all I have been doing is listing accounts for sale that I own. I haven't communicated with any PlayerAuctions employee or member maliciously. I'm not even sure how I could possibly even breach any type of rule from PlayerAuctions. Why was I truly banned out of nowhere? This isn't a good look for the company because this looks like I got banned without doing anything. I posted my accounts and haven't done anything for about 2 weeks and got banned. No one has purchased or inquired about those accounts yet so there's no communication. PlayerAuctions this doesn't look right at all, treating loyal customers like sh* for no reason. Now my account probably won't be reinstated and PlayerAuctions would probably just ignore my questions and what's going on to say "every decision is final" political bs.

I would expect some type of proof of me mishandling my accounts for sale. You say I had more than 1 case but what are other cases? Your team definitely looks like they went off 1 case because I only had one account for sale. THAT actually sold, that is the only order with an issue. There have not been any other disputes or punishments otherwise it would've happened way earlier. My account is 6 years old, PlayerAuctions haven't seen me sold 1 item in 5 years. Literally, 90% of my positive feedback comes from purchasing accounts or power levels from PA. That I confirmed to received, there wouldn't be any logical reasoning on me being reported from a purchase I made. Like I said this definitely seems like a big lie and I rather let everyone see how bad and corrupted PlayerAuctions is since this is a complaint.

I received a response from trust compliance through email and what they told me is different from what you're telling me. If PlayerAuctions is going to lie at least make sure everyone is on the same page. If you look at the images the PA employee states I've been reported by multiple buyers claiming their account was recovered or hacked. I've had only one buyer and this is literally out of 4-5 years. Only one buyer has done a dispute claiming I stole the account back. I submitted proof and PA resolved the dispute in my favor. This dispute started at the beginning of May and ending the middle of June. How can PA claim I'm selling illegal PlayStation accounts when it's my own account and the account in question had a dispute that was resolved in MY favor?
A fake login? How do you even prove a fake login when the steps required after a purchase the buyer must confirm the account? It’s literally playerauctions buy and sell process! Meaning the buyer has to log in and change stuff then confirm. What you just said seem so flawed and a bold face lie. Are you telling me the person I sold an account to that used the account received a fake login but even though they login and confirmed to received it but never received it? Keep in mind this order has been placed for over a few weeks.

So 2 days before my Reserve” time ended they banned my account and kept the cash.

I purchased some GTA 5 money for the ps4 and never received the items I played $15.07 for. I contacted customer support numerous times and I get the same old replies saying that there looking into it. I am beyond pissed because the seller is playing games with me thru the text on the site. My dispute has been going on longer than 3 days
Hello, I am a long-time player auctions member 6 years to be exact with all positive feedback, and never had this issue before. I sold a black desert online account via PlayStation and after few days the buyer stated I pulled the account back. I was prepared for this though and submitted evidence I successfully transferred the account over. I even made videos watching this person on the account and changed the name of the psn account until he deleted my friends and my other account.
The dispute started on May 21st and I cooperated with PlayerAuctions support and submitted all evidence so that the money I was supposed to receive from the sale be released to me and the 1 negative feedback removed. After some time I stopped getting messages back from the buyer and PlayerAuctions. It says ON PlayerAuctions website it takes 3 days for a dispute to be settled but it's been longer than that. When I contacted PlayerAuctions they said they extended the dispute process. How long must I wait 2 months?
While this dispute is up the buyer is just playing on the account most likely having fun living with no worries. While I'm struggling and waiting for PlayerAuctions to finish this dispute and release the money I'm supposed to get. All the evidence that is given from my standpoint as a seller and this is still taking a long time.. how? This makes me not want to sell or buy from PlayerAuctions for this bad experience.

Your a joke. And I will prove it. Give me a direct answer not your policy quote to my question. How is it that I provided picture of payment card used, provided multiple angles of myself with selfie, provided screenshots of my online banking history showing my transaction with you I made from bank of america, and even though I could not take a selfie with my state california I d. Due to waiting on replacement to come to me I still provided a copy of my unexpired copy of it that I had screenshots of both front and back, and after all that, and after you deducting the $156.00 from my account, which by the way, was approved and authorized by bofa and visa as valid and all billing info correct, that you tell me that my purchase was denied due to unable to verify?;?!? What else do you want, my firstborns blood in a vial?!? Please provide me with, and again, the reason why you cant verify after all that, not that you have a policy in place, the reason. And I also think your company should be ashamed for not making clear your required verification methods up front before putting thru the transaction being transparent, instead having a 5 buisness day wait for refund to be sent (where with all the other denials you do is sitting in your accounts you collect intrest on...) and here is my transaction i.D. I have tried twice purchasing PUBG mobile account. But stuck on verifying payment stuck. I provided all necessary documents. They have this insurance thing called GAR which basically insures your payment so if the seller wants to scam you, you get your money back. Its supposed to be a thing that protects the customer. Well I got scammed, raised a dispute and they just closed it without a single comment, It would be nice if someone could hold them legally liable for lying

Please help make my current issue and future withdrawals smoother.
You are saying that I can only use neteller and skrill. you know it they are not valid turkey. i changed my phone number sms still does not come. How many times do I have to change the phone number ?! Let's change my old phone number again and continue trying like that. If we can't solve it that way, what will be our next plan?
