I purchased an account from your website. You then sent an email requesting a bunch of stuff to verify I'm the one purchasing. After sending you multiple emails all in which included all the requirements that you requested, it's been an hour and still no response even the on your website it states that the process is completed within minutes. So as a first time customer I have not enjoyed my experience at all and don't appreciate that an hour after the money has been taken from my bank account there is still no progression?!

It's been 22 days waiting, and many support requests sent to Change of telephone number and address of my account.
I have sent my Australian Passport, Colombian Passport, Colombian ID, Australian Driver's License, Proof of address, photos of me holding my passports and ID.
Have done all the process they have asked me to change the details of my account, but now they are ignoring my emails or requests.
After we completed all the process to change the details, the person in Zendesk support stopped replying.
The worse thing is that because I trusted PlayerAuctions, recently sold one of my items online with their system and now the money it's on the account available but stuck in their site. I am starting to think they don't want to change my details to be able to keep that money.
My email account is still the same and all I need to change is the address and telephone.

I have been using PlayerAuctions for years. Today was the last time.
Despite going through the verification process several times, and all prior times without a hitch, today the process took over 10 hours. In the end, the offer was cancelled due to the price changing in the 10 hours I waited in limbo. Now my money is in limbo, I have no product, and wasted 10 hours (each email came between 1 and 4 hours apart from them) waiting on people to ask me the same questions over and over.
Consider using other companies for your gaming trades. This was the worst consumer experience of my life.

Used El Dorado today instead. Verification took 5 minutes and didn't have to wait on emails, all done on site. Recommend them over this company now. PlayerAuctions used to be great, not sure what went wrong.
My complaint is that if your agents had managed to reply faster than 10 hours apart, the order would not have been cancelled by the seller. I appreciate SO much your willingness to help.

Withdrawal system sucks.
So recently I sold a account for 350 dollars. Now I am not a business man that spends his days selling accounts it was a one time thing. My account is verified so I should be able to withdraw. Prior to withdrawing I sent player auctions a email saying. I am from south africa and in my country I cant use any of their withdrawal systems since my "goto" skrill recently stopped supporting south africa. I asked them if we can maybe do a paypal or coinbase withdrawal. Meanwhile I tried imputting my details into the bluesnap wire transfer withdrawal system and everything looked fine. When support responded to me they said coinbase was only for 1000$+ withdrawals and they dont do paypal. They told me that if your account is verified bluesnap should work fine. So skip 2 days I request a withdrawal on bluesnap and i get a email asking for Certificate of incorporation, Bank account ownership confirmation (in form of bank letter or voided check) and my ID. I tried getting this bank letter / voided check turns out my bank doesnt do that for savings accounts (since i am not a business owner) also why do I need a Certificate of incorporation for a personal account sale ? Now i have 300 dollars disappearing into thin air since my bank cant help me and playerauctions support just doesnt reply. Anyone who can help here ? (netteller is also no longer supporting South Africa so that is not a option)

Wrong fine
In this order 8078976, I unable to deliver the product because of bug in the website, I was trying to solve problem with the support.
Now the order is terminated Player auction asking me to pay fine for the order.
Why do I have to pay fine for a order where it is not my fault?

Refund not received back to my account
I have placed an order (Order #8046677) on the 17th of September (Malaysia time) but changed my mind and cancelled the order on the 18th. Refund is still yet to be credited back to my account despite several emails going back and forth with the support team. The emails with support team was not particularly helpful as they only provided a reference number that is not helping my bank in tracing the refund.

Another 5 working days has past but my refund is still not received.

I am very sure these are not posted on the wrong category, I was selling exactly the same thing mentioned in the title for almost 4 year, check screenshot.

Unfair account suspension
Hi, I'm filing a complaint to call out PlayerAuction's trader banning system. I've been using this platform for quite some time now and I'm just amazed at how these guys charge a fine for an unverified violation.
I was suspended before because I tried dealing with a customer who wanted to use PayPal but at that time I was not the one who incited the offsite trade - and I still paid the $150 fine.
Now what infuriated me today was they are fining me $600 because I gave my discord ID for support and faster replies to customer because I can't bother to check my email every single time, thus, affecting buyer decision. I used to do it to secure PlayerAuctions trades but now you have suspended my account which has pending balance on it and I can't do nothing to get that and leave your platform for good.
You guys were also charging 15, 20, 25, 35, 50 USD for every transactions I make and you never once heard from me.

Problematic orders? How are my orders problematic? That doesn't make sense, no matter how you look at it, you charge a huge amount per transaction.
I no longer wish to trade with PlayerAuctions, the reason I'm complaining is - I want my remaining balance to be disbursed in my account. Also, you guys don't respond to tickets easily.

Been trying to get a hold of these guys for about 2 weeks since my account has been suspended. They fined me $150 which I am willing to pay thru my available balance.
My ticket number is #766406 and up until now there's no resolution to this ticket - I already affirmed and told them I will not solicit offsite trades again (which has the cause of my suspension) but it seems like they really do not want to re-activate my account.

I tried to send them few tickets and they just keep merging because I thought that's the only way my case gets noticed. It's been a hassle that up until now I haven't been able to fix my account - heck I even messaged PlayerAuctions twitter account.
I gave them full info on the transaction IDs needed to get charged, I stated four because I'm unsure whether my available balance came from those IDs, I kept telling them to charge the available balance regardless of what transaction it came from but it seems like they just keep ignoring me. It's frustrating.

I sold and delivered my game account but still haven't gotten my money
I sold my fortnite account for 300$ and I have proof of buyer confirming transaction, yet I still havent got any notification of the money being anywhere. After I was sent confirmation of the purchase being complete from the buyer I took down my offer. I cant put up a new offer because I no longer have the fornite account. If me taking down the offer too soon is the problem then I cannot resolve that on my own because like I said I have already delivered the account.
