Playtika Poker heat

I have been playing this game for over a year and recently the company has been aggressively obvious about skimming millions of game dollars worth of chips when im not in the game. Initially, this happened approximately once a week for a small amount... Now its almost every time I turn off the game. They say its a "technical difficulty" which is surely not the case. As soon as you hit a certain number... For me it was 20 million, the game creators skim you back down in an effort to get you to purchase more chips. Im extremely upset only because I have wasted countless hours building this up, as parr of my challenge/inspiration to play the game. Please stay away or help them be held accountable for such a heinous business practice.

Playtika Purchased item never received it but it still charged my card

Company charged my card for an item (gems 7-10-20) but I never received the gems the customer support service is not the email needed to send reply to or send copy of the receipt. I'm very upset about this bad enough they have the slots so tight a person hardly wins but to start (in my opinion) steal from the players. Hope someone can do something about this

Playtika Slotomania app

I haven't been able to play for two weeks. Every time I start the app it says connection lost. I have a very good connection and use other apps, I contacted customer service but won't help me unless I take a snapshot of the player id info. But I can't since the info is only available after successfully opening the app. Please help. Been playing since 2012.

Playtika Unfairness, corruption

I have been playing slotomania for about 9 years, Since these people have taken, this site has become unfair, greedy, and hack your account. I have been a honest and loyal player that supported slotomania with 10s of thousand of dollars. You advertise as a free site to suck people in, and you can never win, it's all about buying.
I know it's a business but the greed and unfairness is sickening. The lies and corruption is a disgrace. You control who will win, as same names popup winning royal jackpots from mini to grand on regular basis. 70%Asians win, it's like you are a racist company.
I bought 15 packages, every package I was broke within minutes, and you say that fair for a free site, I say that is greed and corruption.
Received about 75 cards, approx 5 new ones, another rort.
Playtika you have a pattern, we loyal players buy buy buy to lose, bu tg after about 4 to 8 weeks we get a winning streak for about a week, then a corrupt popup stating I'm playing somewhere else which is a lie, then get booted come back and all your winnings seem to go, you put is back on the losing streak till broke and for another 4 to 8 weeks guarantee you will lose. And then I send emails regarding that fraudulent message and what happens, send in my error log number but you never can answer because it's a way to get more real dollars from me. Cause you are doing it.
You have been a very untrustworthy to your loyal players.
You don't answer to our problem, we are swept under mat. As a company earning REAL MONEY for shyt money you should have answers to our complaints without lies. There should be proper support, but no you just don't care about people.
More and more people are leaving cause of greed, lies and corruption.
You so called free slots are tighter than our Real slots here in Australia, so that is saying something.
I am sick off being ripped off, not get answers.
Sloto cards just go missing also, funny that.
Every time you put in a complaint you need screenshot, for heaven sakes we aren't the liars. Missing coins, not get the right payouts at times. I don't know how Google Is letting you get away with it but unless I get some fairness and answers, I will push this. It's sickening how your getting away from ripping people off.
People don't mind buying if we get some fun, but might as well throw our money in the toilet.
Been here 9 years the last 3 is the worst slotomania has become, games and add one are great, the greed and no fun is sickening.
Ace card spin to win ultimate, gunning how selected people only win, I would of spun over a 1000 times, and never.
Lucky spun you al ways advertise oh coukd be x70, but guarantee you won't get it. Spun that hundreds of time that doesn't really exsist, like it is false advertising, everything looks great but I can guarantee you won't get.
Look at your complaints daily, look at people leaving, because you have become a very unpleasant and greedy site. Shame that you a crucifying it. Shame Google is letting you get away with it.
I have attached the corrupt popup that you can never answer, and it's been months.
A.c. manager says it's very complex, no it isn't, it's cause you hack accounts for people to lose.
I had 136tril, ooops popup and broke in 2 days. Yes it's a pattern that you are operating.
I will wait to see if I get truthful answers, and fairness. I'm not sure how Google doesn't investigate with all the complaints. Hopefully you and I can resolve it before I take it further. Tu

Playtika Play google pay for buffalo studios

I am in need of refunds from the purchases that did not process and/or had to be reordered/subsequently purchased again.
I need to know what to submit and where. This venue only allows 350 characters.
I have an email from google and others that have agreed to refund other charges. I am unable to locate any pertinent refund options. I have activity records of purchases to submit.

Unable to obtain refunds for purchases that either did not process or had to be reordered to enjoy. Google Pay and Play Store have issued refunds of items that were still on there accounts as payable to the developers. All other items I requested refunds for have been redirected to the developers who have been paid for these items. I have documentation to prove the attempt to obtain refunds. Now I get the runaround when following the company Buffalo Studios for the balance of the refunds, as per outlined by Google Pay for refunds beyond their purview.

Playtika Slotomania

I just purchased 3 of the special coin packages... the ones for $9.99 where you get the drink shaker.
I received the coins but before I used even half of each purchase the game kicked me out and took all the coins. For example the last time I had 9, 000, 000, 000 plus coins when I got kicked out of the quest and I go back in to the game and all I have is 100, 000 plus coins
So 3 packages at 9.99$ ( 13.99 in Canada)which gave me around 30-40, 000, 000, 000 coins only let me use 1/4 the coins.
You need to check out this issue as well as either reimburse my money or my coins

Playtika Game has had a glitch in the bonus lounge for a week.

I have contacted seven support agents regarding an issue i'm having with the bonus lounge. My computer freezes up when i'm in the bonus lounge and select a drink. The drink gets poured revealing the amount of my bonus and then freezes. I was finally given a support ticket last sunday but I was told today that technicians are busy with other issues and they don't know when they will resolve my issue.

For the past week, I have been unable to play as I can't get past the bonus lounge as my screen keeps freezing up. I had the same issue three weeks ago and I got a technician who was able to fix the issue in five minutes. I have tried the usual fixes before contacting support - playing the game in different browsers, clearing my cookie and cache history, and playing the game in facebook and I have the same issue. When I talk to tecnician, I explain what I have done to fix the issue but they all tell me to do what has already been done. I was told today that their technicians are working on other issues and they don't know when they will get around to fixing my issue. It would be nice for they company to post a notice on site that all technical issues are being looked into rather than giving player the runaround. It seems to me that they are deliberately trying to prevent me from playing. My computer connection is not the issue, the app is the issue and no one seems to care about fixing it.

Playtika Slotomania

The current promotion says if you get the lucky spin you can get a wild card or 5* card depending on how high the multiplier is. I purchased a package for $79.99 and didn't get directed to purchase the lucky spin. I then made a second purchase of 79.99 and again did not get directed to buy the lucky spin. I am now out almost $160 and I don't get the lucky spin. I would like a refund please. Neither purchase gave me what the promotion is.

So tired of this crap with slotomania u get ace pack u get same thing u go to customer support all u get is excuses. Ever since slotomania was sold to china the game has gone to hell. It ismore like work then fun they dont care about the players all they are worried about is money. It is to be a free game but all you get is pop ups to buy this buy that and the games dont payout u cant win all it is lets take all ur coins its bull crap. You guys have lost the play of game. U dont care about players anymore all u want to do is make dash so hard u cant do and u cant even get acepacks or new cards the game has become a joke. All iam asking is bring back the fun and not make it to where we dont want to play anymore. I feel like the customer suppert dont care and I feel like all they do is read from a card the fairness of slotomania needs to come back and the fun now its always buy this buy that to get the lion or what ever. Dear Slotomania,
My sloto dash is really at a high price, some people pay 1.99$ and my is 13.99$ that's not fair. I spend a lot of money every week but most of the card I received the same old cards. I love the game but you guys are making it so difficult for us to win, it's feel like it is all about the money now because the more I spend the quicker I lose. The game is not fun anymore. I spend over 500$ per month just to play and to have fun, but I am asking now if it is really worth me spending time and money when you keep on taking but don't give back.

What is your current level? I'm a diamond level player and I have noticed that the higher the level, the prices get higher. When first started out my piggy bank went from 1.99 to 24.99 and now it is 44.99 to break it. Sorry, that is extortion. I have noticed that the prices really seemed to have been raised since the pandemic lockdown orders went into effect. They realized that people needed some form on entertainment and wouldn't mind paying more. My daily dashes now require me to spend 7.5 billion coins, which is just another way for them to get me to spend more money. Sorry, Slotomania. I have been getting the runaround regarding my ticket. I'm still waiting for a technician to fix the glitch I have when in the bonus lounge. haven't been able to play for over a week.

Playtika Sloto Quest games slotomania games

I have been trying to retrieve coins that were taken out of my account due to glitch in the slot machine not working properly the glitch causes me about 25.000.000.000 billion coins I contacted the support group for help to get coins replaced. The support person said they had problems with other players with the same problem as I did coins have not been replaced as of yet. I have made several tickets for help can someone please help with this problem. I would like my coins retrieved back to my account. My ticket number is [protected] I have made several tickets for help. This happens on the 4/10/20 I have sent complaints every day since this problem occurred. Please help me with this problem. [protected] The support staff know there was a problem and confirm with me I have the E-Mail where they admitted there was a problem.

Playtika Bingo blitz

I went into the Paddy's Plan room and selected 4 cards at max boost. Right as the round started I was disconnected and kicked out of the room. It usually gives back the credits but this time it did not. I lost 900 credits. It took me a very long time to earn that many credits and now they are gone.

Playtika Slotomania

I have finished 3 dashes today. 4th dash is to get 38 stars on cards. I have been playing Ace game Paws a good amount of time today and have not received one sloto card. Game has been acting weird at times. Want to earn free point by watching videos. Sometimes wont5let me. Sometimes video just spins around. I then have to stop game, turn off tablet and restart.

Also sometimes when I try and view videos for free points . Sometimes I can't do so and other times videos will just spin around. I then will have to shut down game and tablet to get it to stop.

Playtika I’ve been over charged and never get my cashback points in double charged

Look at all the money that I dumped in and these are double charges in Cinema some of them didn't go through I complained numerous times they wouldn't even give me a single coin look at all the thousands of dollars that I put in shame on me but shame on them they are so tight I asked to speak to a manager and the emails that I got I can back up they are very crappy customer responseThis is what I get and all my responses

As a team we Could not pass cards for several days during a tournament and they said over the software issue As soon as a teammate we're trying to pass a card it will be expired is supposed to stay open for 24 hours they said they would compensate us I have that email to but they never did slot a mania is a rip off and when I complain and I put on satisfied they set my out of the rhythm so low that it set on kill

Started today with over 20 trillion point. Just went to play and I only have just over 5 trillion. And after spending a lot of money on this game for long time it's very very disappointing. Can I have my 15 trillion points back please. Thanks, upset slotomaniac very upset

Playtika Slotomania over the rainbow quest

That stupid ape game does not even have a 5 of a kind to pass to next level. I have spent well over 6 billion coins over the last week trying to pass this stage, I can not get 5 of a kind. I'm deleting this stupid game.
