I can't be sure, but it seems as though my account [Birdland007] has been suspended, perhaps by a complaint from someone. Under no circumstances do I use profanity nor do I agree with the many insulting antics that go one with some members of this game club. The suspension seems to have occurred after a bridge game with an opponent named SeaBisquit, who very promptly put in the computer in place of my partner after my real partner left the game. He didn't allow a moment for my partner to return. So I refused to bid. Eventually with 4 real partners partaking in the game they would be able to boot me from the game. But I didn't stay to see the outcome. If stalling is justification for suspension, then there ought to be a reciprocal penalty for deliberately replacing someone's partner in the game with a computer. The computer cannot bid properly. I am incensed that my account has been suspended. And it is very clear that SeaBisquit did this deliberately because I asked who replaced my partner with the computer, and he said "Who do you think?" ... as if tough; what are you going to do about it? Please consider suspending SeaBisquit with his orange-ranked score for inconsiderate unsportsmanlike conduct, not me.

I'm having troble with my Pass Word.

I've had this Password as long I've had my comuter
(4 years)

I know I'm a member. I've been charged $ 6.00 a month and $ 5.00 a motht (Is that correc?t...I'm not
sure that it is)

I tried my mini screen to put ina Halloween piock (Pumkin Haunted Hill) Is stated "Opps. Wrong Password.

Then it came up "Not a member"

I'd appriciate if you could help with this.

I been trying now for three days to get in touch with someone at Pogo. When you go online
to get help they want your password. I don't remember it, they can't e-mail it to me, because
I have a new Internet provoder. That is why I need to get in touch with them. When you
call, you can't get a live person to talk to. It is so aggravating. They don't mind charging
the money every month, but they can't help people. I have been with them for a long time now.
So if you don't get in touch with me soon I guess I will have to contact my bank and not do
business with Pogo. Lindam064

Hey,

I have some information that hopefully will help you all.
If you wish to contact Electronic Arts/ Pogo it's rather simple.
They have two phone numbers.

[protected] 8 A.M. - 5 P.M. PST Pogo
To use this option, press 0 to speak with an operator and ask to speak with a live representative regarding your Pogo or Club Pogo account.
Your best bet would probably to try to get ahold of Jay Averill, he's the general manager at for Electronic Arts.

[protected] Hour Phoneline Electronic Arts
Select My Account, Make a Payment, Say Yes to using a credit card, press two.
This will get you a live person to speak with...

I have been unable to play pinochle for almost a week, and would like this fixed. I checked my popup set up, and java they both said they are correct. Please fix this problem.

It might help when playing online games to refresh your browser at least every few hours when playing. Also, clear your internet temporary folders when playing online games. It doesn't affect your games, it just clears out cached files which may slow down your computer.

i cant play my pogo games at all but yet pogo takes my money and if i dont pay i still dont get to play so how do u win ?if u cant play i am very unsastesfied

l don't understand why l wasn't allowed to get a club pogo account by using a reloadable visa card l was sent messages that my card was denied even though there is enough money on the card. Waiting to hear back thank-you

My complaint is against Pogo free game Mahjong Safari. Have played this games since it came out, now a window pops up have to upgrade Java, I did and I still can't get into the game. Its like they've put a block on it.

please take the check to your county DA district attorney. and/or call your local tv station's consumer reporter. once they broadcast that pogo.com sent that bad check they will honor it. put them to the fire. the bingo luau game, i love it, but the frame of the game covers up half of the bottom of the bingo cards. i can barely see the bottom numbers and it is a hit and miss. also i can't talk to the people in the room because the frame covers up where you are suppose to type. my son who is an computer expert and works at a consulting firm that specializes in remote computer access computer help, looked at it and said that is a pogo issue. i have tried and tried and tried to get a hold of them to fix it to no avail.
please contact the tv station and they will get results.

I find that Pogo is getting disgusting!
The names that win, I believe are made up.
They have flashing ads that give epileptic seizures! Remember John Travolta's son just died of a seizure?
If someone wants to contact them, it is impossible.
Their 5 day guest passes are impossible to use.
The only way to stop their conduct is to hit them in their pocketbook. Cancel your subscriptions. Notify your credit card company that no further charges are to be put on your account.
If they don't have subscribers, they don't get advertisers. If they refuse to fix the problems, why would anyone want to join?
There is a market out there for a legitimate, well run company. Let someone else have your dollars. If there isn't a site good enough now to compete there will be. Customer service is important only to well run businesses and is the secret to success.

THIS COMPANY IS CROOKED, I CANCELLED POGO MORE THAN 3 YEARS AGO BUT EVERY JANUARY I GET BILLED FOR 39.99 I HAVE MY CREDIT CARD CANCEL THE CHARGE BUT ITS A REAL PAIN AND I ASSUME SOME PEOPLE DON'T BOTHER TO HAVE THE CHARGE CANCELLED . ITS NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THIS CROOKED COMPANY, I HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU RE THIS MATTER .

Please do not charge my credit card for unauthorized charges. On 1/14/09 you charged my account for 39.99 . Please reverse this charge. I have already contacted my credit card company and they are disputing this

The ads are for viewing whilst playing as a FREE PLAYER. That is the key word. If you aren't going to pay for something then don't complain. I recieved one week free in the beginning of my membership. That was enough to show me how well adjusted the games are in Club Mode. But free mode? I would never revert back.

Forty bucks a year is nothing when divided into 365 days. Compared to other FREE game sites and Paying sites, this is the best site by far.

I don't play there in hopes of winning any jackpot. I don't go for the Tokens. I play for relaxation.

I pay for my account, my husbands account, my mothers account and now I am thinking about getting my oldest daughter in Oklahoma her own accout.

Cheap communication whilst having fun.

If your having trouble connecting live using a landline to phone Pogo... I don't know what to tell you there. I've called them before and was connected immediatly. Some people just don't know how to find thier number on the HELP menu at Pogo.

i purchased 1 game 4 12.95 and did not get it so ordered another 1, thinking i did something wrong, but did not get it either, so i was charged twice @no games what a ripppppppppppppppppppppp

i joined pogo.com games and they are taking 5.99 monthly out of my checking account plus tax and i am lock out. i have tried to sign in with my password and they keep telling me there is a problem that they will e-mail me in minutes. this has been going on for weeks now. i have no way of getting in touch with them and they continue to charge my account without me being able to play!

the games you purchased were probably downloads, you should of gotten an email with a registration code and a download link, and first comment, you need to contact pogo, no one on this board can "Reverse" your charges, you don't want to pay for pogo any longer than you NEED to remove your credit card info from their billing system, if you leave it there it will just renew every time its up for it...

I WAS CHARGE FOR POGO CLUB GAMES AND I DID NOT GIVE EA GAMES AURTHORIZE TO DO SO. MY YEAR IS NOT UP AND I WANT YOU TO REPLACE IT BACK ON MT CARD. E-MAIL THE MINUTE MY DUES ARE DUE. DO NOT USE MY CARD AGAIN.

I am constantly getting the message "OOOOOPS" no more game, no matter what Pogo game I play. I have two computers one with Vista home basic the other with XP. I have had an IT man check my computers and Time Warner check my cable. There is nothing wrong with them. I have done all the required emptying my cache check my Java, the pop up etc. etc. etc. It is nothing for me to get booted off of either computer 4 - 5 times a day. And I can't chat on the Vista computer but I can on the XP. I am getting pretty tired of not being able to finish a game. Any more ideas Pogo?

i charged on my credit card last year 29.99 for one year of playing games on pogo.com and now they didnt even ask me if i wanted to renew for a year. they just billed my credit card and i am very mad about this being done. they need to ask before doing the charge . other wise that is fraud... what can i do there is no phone # for this company thank you LINDA BURKE

HELLO! THEY DO ASK YOU! They send you emails and post a message in your message box. At least that is what POGO has done for me for the last 6 years that I have been a yearly paying member. If you changed your email you should have updated your account. No Brainer. READ the terms BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR CREDIT CARD. Happy Pogo Player in California

where do they get off just pulling that money out of your account without asking you? i only paid for a month~ someone needs an adjustment, and my kid was harras today and now my account is suspended! ans now im listening to an idiot say if i wanna talk to a rep live go to pogo.com how the hell can i do that if my chit is suspended?

i won a jackpot prize and they refuse to pay me because they said that i had been cheating the whole so i was disqualified and that i couldnt win anyting else for 6 months! after weeks of nasty emails to them ...and all i got were automated messages from them, i hired a lawyer to get the money and they had 2 weeks to contact me and of course havent heard one word from them...pogo and ea games are a scam and should be taken off the web

I was being charged a double membership fee. Pogo finally refunded it but it took a lot of haggling through their "help" service.

The "Stop Payment" would be a lot faster!

it would be nice to see my name appear on the screen to when i win last year i won 100, 000 on monopopley 50, 000x2 points it was like i didnt exist i used mmy credit card to pay per month for the time being to see if i woulsd enjoy playing pogo.com so far nothing but trouble
