I have been a club pogo member now for 5 years and last week I went into Spooky Slots to play. Well, I hit Jackpot! Then I was taken to another screen, which was completely blank, and the JP is still going. My game also froze. I went to winnings and to no avail not showing. I emailed pogo support about this issue, but their response was yes they have had problems with this game and prizes being issued, but will not do anything about my jp winnings. All they say is they will investigate it. I had the whole room jumping for joy for me when I won. I about fainted when this happened only to be let down, big time! Pogo is fake and a scam! They do not payout like they claim and I think this is false advertising. The jp is still up there. I think they get people to pay them to acknowledge that they have won a jp so that is good advertising for them. It makes me sick! I think anyone who has had a jp complaint against them should look into a possible class action lawsuit against them. They have the most stupid tech people working for them who do not know a damn thing! Their fees just keep getting higher and higher every year, and that is not fair to poor people like myself. This is rude and unjust to us. I am looking into a class action for this. Anyone wanna jump on? Email me! Thanks for your service!

I accidently created an account with pogo and it won't let me cancle my account i do not have the money to have an account with pogo.com and i would like my account with pogo.com cancled ok so please cancle my pogo account because i don't want an account with pogo.com so deleat my account and cancle my account and deleat anything else i had with pogo.com please deleat my e-mail address and everything else i had in my account that i want deleated and cancled..

My comment is my complaint! My friend purchased Club Pogo as a gift. She used one of my emails for purchase. She thought she could use either email as long as it was purchased for screen name PlayerDebbie177. Guess what they took their money but didn't activate my account. Beware to purchase as Gifts!

When my friend cleaned my cookies from my computer, somehow wiped out my account with pogo. I have paid to play these games and would like to continue. It will not accept my screen name and password.

To complain, you have to do it right. Electronic Arts owns POGO. Please complain to them directly and maybe you will get somewhere. Here is their information:

Wow I hope all the assumed winners of POGO games get together and file a lawsuit against them! In most cases the accused will have to prove that you cheated. It, in my opinion, is fraudulent advertising. If department stores are successfully sued for improper advertising without the means to back themselves up then to shall POGO be called out on the stand. Good luck to all the victims of POGO

Pogo/club pogo is a scam. A class action lawsuit is in the works. You can expect selective EA employees to be charged with violation of the credit card privacy act and fraud. Too many of you complainers just run your mouths instead of trying to do something about it and complaining to EA isnt going to do you any good, you know it, I know it and they know it. So the EA big wig just might be out of a job soon, lol. Finally get to meet these people face to face, can't wait.

Apparently, those filing complaints here have no concept of what it takes to resolve a problem they may or may not be having with Pogo.com. As one who has had the experience of winning a cash prize from Pogo, I can vouch for the fact that the company does pay off. Yes, it does take several weeks to receive the check, but you are given this information at the time you fill out the proper form to validate your win. (Did someone mention Pogo may have accused them of using a cheat? If that person was asleep or at work while their cheater program hit the jackpot then it seems logical to assume that the proper validation form was not completed in a timely manner. Thus, whatever may have been won was not properly claimed. In addition, Pogo has the ability to review the claimant's java files and can determine if a cheat agent was in use.) As for the original complaint that began this unfortunate hodgepodge of inane comments, that person should learn something about how a computer works and when the blank screen appeared, he or she may have known to press F5 to reload the page. The context of most of these complaints suggests the problems lie more with the intelligence level of the users than with Pogo.com.

I did, nt win a jack pot but, Congratulation jumped on the screen I had won a pocket watch, to wait to respond to an E-mail I would be receiving, the game was speedy bingo.So I, m waiting to get my E-mail telling me how to claim my prize.I was ecstatic over the so call win. Let me hear from you

i do not pay for anything, period, other than my internet fee!caveot emptor.talk to people who play these games from around the world.they laugh.no one wins.it is a collusion scam within the company...they win, not us...just like real casinos.these places are not built for us to win.get real.only those who own them, do.

Playing games and get booted off. A player told me she was an intern and to hold on, then I was booted from the game on more than one occasion. I've been playing Spades on club pogo for almost 3 years now and notice fixed games by club pogo workers.

For all of those complaints about jackpots then you should all read a few of the players comments on POGO. Alot of people have started tracking the winning names and over half of them are coming up as temporary member. Which according to POGO they are not supposed to be able to win the doubled jackpots. So you sll should check it out. POGO member since 2008

I agree Pogo is a scam. I have tried to cancel my membership several times. I do not want my credit card charged any moer. I have notified by bank that handles my credit card. I too was notified that I won A $2000.00 jackpot on 2/7/12. I have my claim form and I guess the confirmation number from Club Pogo. It's been over 2 months now & I'm still waiting. Their support staff is a joke. I hope any winners that recevied their prize money can tell us their stories.

i won the jackpot in sweet tooth 5 days ago, and the same thing happen. Pogo won't even write me back on it. I'm going to every complaint site there is. I know it won't get me any money but at least I can prevent someone from paying for a membership. Why should we paid for anything if it's a fake.

I play Spades against the computer and not the people players. The game has a JACKPOT to win right now. When I play, I beat the computer programed computer icons playing against me. Most times when I win, I get paid tokens but it has happened at least 20 times in the past three moths that my game freezes right when I win and I can't continue no matter how long I leave the page open hoping it will finally show my win. I have left it for hours and checked every other webpage on my computer. Everything else I check works perfectly, including Pogo home page and including closing the frozen game. It is obvious to me that I am deliberately being stopped when my win of the JACKPOT comes up. Like I said, I win hundreds of games and almost never loose against the computer icons so by now I am certain one of those hundreds of wins would have been a winning Jackpot. This is not a very popularly played game so therE is not an enormous number of players competing. At first I just thought my computer was acting up, but I play every other game site and browse many many other websites. Everything else works perfectly. It is only Pogos Spades game that freezes me out of the win and if I close the page and go back in there is no problem with anything until suddenly after playing for a long time I can't get the winning prize when I win. I am very disgusted with POGO and plan to not renew my membership when this year is up. I would gladly join in a class action suit against them.
