I tried before you if ignored the complaint saying that there was not a long enough detail. Having spent hundreds of pounds with you over many many years which you can easily check from your records. I am appalled that you choose to treat a suposed valued customer with such apparent disdain. Any worthwhile business should listen to its customers and react in appropriate fashion. I would like my previous ranking reinstated with a refund of chips to my account. Failure to respond will lose you a customer
