We were going through the drive through, could barely hear the young man taking our order, and had to ask him to repeat himself several times. We were told that our order came to $12.54, when we got to the window he asked for $19.?. We told him how much we owed and that he must have the order mixed up. After a minute or so he said okay I got it. We proceeded to pay and asked him for some napkins with our order, he said no problem. Another girl handed us our drink, then he also tried to give us a drink. Told him we already had our drink. Then he gave us our order and shut the window. We looked inside the bag and there weren't any napkins so I taped on the window to get his attention. He slid the window open and "What's Up" like we were bothering him or something. I said you forgot our napkins, my wife also said we needed some napkins. He must have thought my wife saying something at the same time I was saying it was too loud. He stated you don't have to get all loud about it. We pulled away, looked at our order and it was wrong. We ordered a five piece chicken tender box, because they didn't have the chicken sandwich we wanted because they were frozen and would take 30 minutes to thaw out (at 12:28PM) go figure. Anyway, we were given a 3 piece chicken tender box. My wife took the order back in to correct the problem, and the guy still had an attitude, stating there only 3 people there working. No real apologies or anything. There are more chicken places than Popeyes!
Desired outcome: There should have been some type of Manager, or Shift Leader there to rectify the situation before it even got to the level it did. We've never in our lifetime received such a rude attitude from an employee in a fast food establishment.

I had the unpleasantness to have Teresa “help” me. As she began the conversation, I noticed she was snippy but trudged on. She continually cut across me while talking, never stopping to listen to the issue or be empathetic! Unsure if she was on her way to break, lunch or home but either way I shouldn’t have been treated so rudely. I have had issues with this location before but there aren’t any others around. They may be overworked & underpaid but I should never feel any of these issues! Then to contact c/s and be talked to condescending by Teresa and in mid sentence she hung up! I am livid! Popeyes store in lake st louis mo
We stopped after going to grocery store to get some chicken. We pulled up 450pm no cars on lot , pulled up in drive threw since lobby was closed. Keep in mind this is supper time , We were told before we order that its a 25 min wait on chicken. this is the 3rd time we have been told this . You need to shut this store down , its costing you money to keep this store open. Is this a co owned store or franchise ?

I ordered 2 piece combo... She asked my choice of drink and gave me a price of $10.89. Said drink is not included in combo. (always was at other locations and other fast food places.) dropped the drink, paid $8.89, got my box and open and opened at home. Both pieces of chicken were backs with thick crust. I had very little meat. The ffs on top fine but 1/3 we're nubs 2 inch and smaller.

My husband asked for napkins and she gave him 2. He said I need more. She said we only give one per person. He said there are 3 of us and we are eating fried chicken we need more. She rolled her eyes and handed him 1 more napkin. His food wasn’t correct, he was supposed to get all dark meat and it wasn’t that. He was also supposed to have half spicy and half regular and it also wasn’t that way. Horrible experience and we will not return to this store.

As of 10/12/2022 and 10/13/2022 i had an issue with a manager keonia dudley and a gm tara all because i had asked the manager a question about why is she always sending me home when the labor is so she took it up on her request to go off on me because i had a right to asked a question not one time i cursed so yesterday 10/13/2022 i worked the whole day so when 4pm came the gm claim she wanted to talk to me but instead she didnt wanna hear my side of the story the management feel that they can talk to the employees any kind of way they feel without the employee defending themselves! i feel that its wrong if you really wants me to be honest i can say alot about the in hopkinsville kentucky but i will keep it to myself i have pics and alot more i can display but i refuse not too the management really sucks there they have their pick and choose owner is well respected

Regine a question about the appearnce of the chicken .At first Regina could not hear me with my mask on.so repeat it louder .Regine then ask me why are screaming with a attitude, I responded by telling Regine, that i was speaking loud and had no attitude.Regine then explain that the lighting make the chicken look different .Now Regine display the attitude by talking to a customer about our intereaction.I paid $16.96 for my order .The coleslaw was outdated ( SALE DATE ON BOTTOM OF THE CONTAINER SAID 10/12/2022 TODAY IS 10/13/2022) The chicken was so small I could not tell the difference between the Thighs and Breast Popeyes is know for the size of there chicken breast.Please tell me the temperature at which chicken is cook. It appeared the chicken leg was not cook to the bone.

I see your commercials for 5 piece for $6.99 everyday but when I go to the popeyes at 133 Hutton PL, Ashland City, Tn. 37015 they say don't offer it? But when I drive 20 miles to Nashville, Tn location no problem? Just curios to what's going on. I was just in this store on 10/10/2022 at 6:25pm. On October 10, 2022, at 5:45 p.m., I visited Popeyes’ on W. Evans St. Your signs within the restaurant and your coupons do not disclose all the details clearly, or they are just merely a misrepresentation of taxes and what you are supposed to receive in a signature meal.
Customer service and professionalism, unfortunately, are terms that are now archaic, and the youth of today are unfamiliar with the meaning and the context of these words. After a hard day of work, I came to Popeye’s for dinner only to be disappointed and annoyed once again. The display on the wall for the 2 pc signature box included 2 pieces of chicken, a drink, a dessert, and two sides. I did not receive my desserts, and management (Lee) refused to give it to me.
To add insult to injury, I was charged tax for a “free” meal with a coupon. This needs to be indicated on the receipt.
Your management needs to understand their businesses are closed without satisfied customers.
The customer is always right, and this manager’s remarks were appalling and nonchalant. It is not a good look for your company.

Placed order in store tonight at 8:53 pm (10/8/22), did not receive order until around 9:30 pm and only then when I inquired about order. Orders only being filled for drive through and delivery, no one was filling orders for inside. When I did receive order biscuit was hard and cold as well as the chicken. Workers were not wearing gloves and one worker was eating as she filled her orders, you could see her chewing, and it was not gum. There were two other customers that was there before I came, and they were still there when I left. I have downloaded my receipt and a picture of the biscuit. My order was a 2pc with cajun rice. 2802 Wrightsboro Rd. Augusta, GA 30909. Not a good experience with this visit. Very disappointed.
Today 10/13/2022 went to Popeyes and ordered 3 pieces chicken strips meal and a chicken sandwich on betteraiven road in Santa Maria California and didn’t get my chicken sandwich, plus chin strips we’re supposed to be mild and they were spicy. Frustrated

Received:
2 regular chicken sand, 1 8 piece shrimp, NO hushpuppies.
Wanted to add an order of fries, she WOULD NOT ALLOW US TO.

Today (Oct 3,2022) I went to Popeyes at 51 ave/Bell in Glendale, Az at around 11:35 a.m. inside to order a sandwich. I walked out as did another customer. Did not order. The service was extremely slow. And no one acknowledged the customers. THAT is fixable even if short staffed! The other guy was probably on his work lunch and he left before me. I was told "I'll be with you' at one point by one gentleman. Then he went back to work doing another job. Kylee, the counter person, didn't seem enthusiastic at all or friendly. Not sure who the manager was this morning. Maybe the gentlemen who said he would be with me but went back to what he was doing. I think only four people were working and I see Popeye's is hiring. Not sure how profitable this particular Popeye's is but customer service is lacking! You lost two customers within ten minutes!

Employees swearing 6-7 times while customers are waiting for orders. Manager just gives them a look but they don’t stop. Employees complaining about breaks. I order 16 piece chicken and they only have 2 pieces or original and they don’t have anymore in the fryer yet so it will be a long wait. They lost the receipt on the floor for another customers order that had been waiting for 1/2 hour already and then had to wait longer for them to cook his shrimp. I waiting 12 mins just for them to take my order and another 25 mins for them to get it together. Once again they gave us a gallon regular tea and not the sweet tea I ordered but didn’t know again till we got home. They didn’t ask what sauces I wanted for our tender they just threw in Bar BQ sauce and not cocktail sauce for our shrimp. They didn’t have a dozen biscuits that I wanted so had to settle for only 6 but charged me for a dozen. We visit this store because we run around that area so we go a few times a year and always have issues every visit. We go to the stores in Federal Way and Northbend Wa a lot more and have never had issues with the staff or never having product fresh and ready to go. So it is obvious the Puyallup store has horrible managers and don’t hold staff accountable for their actions and quality of food or service. Step it up Popeyes for your prices I shouldn’t have issues all the time at this store.

55 minute wait in drive thur , food dry to the bone biscuits hard and dry
Atleast a 45 minute wait at drive thur slowest place in America. All food made long ago chicken dry all the way to the bone to tough to eat, also biscuits dry and hard. 4pm 10/03/2022 I didn't get thur the drive thur till after 5 o'clock the other food was good I have thrown away the recipe for. The meal I don't want a refund I'm just looking for a better and faster meal for the next time there or I won't be returning every to your company in the future and will definitely tell everyone to stay away just send someone yourself to check it out please this is very bad way for a company that's all
