pekerja pos yang pemalas dan ambil mudah di dua kaunter pos serendah selangor seorang lelaki dan seorang perempuan. 07/04/2023 borang money order yg lengkap di tolak di kata kan tidak lengkap .tapi bile borang yang sama di bawa ke pejabat pos rawang boleh di submit...sila pantau pekerja pos di kaunter serendah selangor mereka hanya melayan kawan2 mereka sahaja dengan baik tapi tidak pada orang awam yang lain...

About this tracking first I call this number [protected] check with customer service in this morning, that tell me this shipment already process return back to sender. ok is fine I request CS provide me the brands gombak contact. number due to I want make sure with them and cs already provide to me this number as

Then I call to brands Gombak with this number (03-[protected]). The Gombak staff tell me 'Actually this shipment still in warehouse and still under the time in warehouse ' then I request do second delivery to me. Ok you staff Answer 'can, But must get the order mail by CS side first 'after get the email he can proceed second delivery and guide me contact back this number [protected]) to ask them send email to him for arrange second delivery '.
OK, I called, CS tell me will try to send an email to gombak brands request for second delivery.
Afterthat I call staff gombak brands again to inform already ask CS side to send email for arrange second delivery to you As the same time i'm request if let's say under 3 days no receive any email from CS side can you inform me? due to I will call CS side complaint and finally can you 'recap' what I say?

Pagi ini, 27 januari 2023, jam 1015am, kenderaan pos malaysia wc614t memasuki premis hospital tuanku ja’afar seremban dan mengambil tempat letak kereta pegawai. Saya sedang membuat pusingan u untuk memasuki tempat letak kereta khas untuk saya dan pada masa sama, saya nampak pegawai tuan keluar daripada kenderaan dan masuk ke dalam premis. Saya telah memanggil beliau untuk mengubah kenderaan beliau kerana saya mempunyai mesyuarat, beliau mengatakan "jap" dan terus berlalu. Saya meninggal kenderaan di situ. Apabila saya datang semula untuk ubah kenderaan, memang saya dalam keadaan marah dan menegur beliau, apabila datang ke premis tuan rumah, beliau perlu hormat tuan rumah. Saya bertanya bagaimana kalau saya berkeputusan untuk meninggalkan sahaja kereta saya dan menghalang terus untuk beliau keluar hingga tengahari. Jawapan beliau, "tak pe la, saya tak de hal". Bagi saya, beliau amat sombong apabila tidak menghormati tuan rumah. Kami memberi kebenaran untuk pihak tuan masuk sehingga berhampiran dengan pejabat kami dan memudahkan kerja pihak tuan tetapi kenapa kakitangan berlagak dan tidak menghormati kami. Saya mohon tuan membuat siasatan dan ambil tindakan yang sewajarnya. Semua sibuk dan semua perlukan pekerjaan tapi hormatlah tuan rumah. Bagaimana jika saya pada waktu itu, saya diperlukan untuk memberikan rawatan kepada pesakit, cuba bayangkan jika pesakit tersebut adalah salah seorang daripada keluarga kita...

Courier guy who just won't call customer at all
I would like to raise a case whereby your courier staff who reached at customer's door should always give customer a call if there is no one in the house. We cannot be sitting home the whole day to wait for courier, and this courier guy just come and go leaving the status as undelivered since last week without any calls. How am I to receive the parcel if i continue to be out when he comes? I need to work too, are they not supplied with a phone to call customers? If they call i would ask them to put it inside and it also save the hassle for them to keep returning, why is it so hard to call?
Service- im complaing about the postman did not sent in the letters to the postbox.. but just put it at the car viper.
I would like to complain about some postman who deliver letters at my housing are( Jalan kenanga 1/8, Taman Desa Cemerlang, 81800 Ulu Tiram, Johor). Postman put the letters at the car viper and the letters get wet in the rain. Sometimes the letters fly away and drop on the road. This show the irresponsible of the postman. Hope the authorities will take action about this matter. Tq

Postman did not deliver letter according to the correct mailbox no.
We, a company having mailbox no. L3.01 & L3.02, but we always received letter from our neighbourhood like L3.04, L3.05, L3.06 & L3.07, D-LG2-01, D-LG2-03
We need to spend time to separate the letter to corect mailbox, so that the owner of letter won't miss their letter.
Desired outcome: I hope the postman deliver letter to the mailbox according to the correct mailbox no.
Slow and impolite service
I just want to buy few stamps, been waiting for more than one hour, three counters, only one function, the other two doing their own work at front desk, like office staffs, do not help front customers, I wonder why they sit at the counter.

Barang saya sudah di buka oleh pekerja pos laju kuching utara
Semalam 24/11/2022 Khamis sepatutnya barang saya di hantar di alamat Lót 2449 Lorong Cahya Damai 9B Bandar Baru Samariang 93050 Kuching, Sarawak. Tetapi saya tidak menerima apa apa barang selasa itu. Pada 25/11/2022, saya sudah menelefon pos laju dan mereka telah mengambil tindakan dan menghantar barang saya. Namun, barang saya dihantar oleh pekerja yang bernama akmal dengan keadaan sudah di buka dan tiada kertas maklumat waybill. Oleh demikian, harap pekerja yang bernama Akmal di ambil tindakkan kerana mencerobohi privasi pelanggan.
Desired outcome: Mohon agar perkara seperti ini tidak akan diulangi lagi pada masa akan datang.
Did not receive delivery
I received a tracking number on the 10th October 2022 and checked on the Pos tracking site and found out that the delivery was completed on the 7th October 2022. However, I have never received any mail from them. Upon checking, the sender also confirmed that the address sent to is correct.
The customer service from POS Malaysia suggested that I check the mail with my relatives? I did not understand how this was related. I would like to officially make a complaint on the unsuccessful delivery and the delay in sending me the tracking number, causing delayed response from my side and also causing unnecessary hassles.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response and an explanation on this.

Aslamualikum, I send my documents by post laju International, Kuala Lumpur to Pakistan, I go to post office, the lady told me price, if normal around RM 60, that take two weeks and post Laju she say RM 122 and three to five days, because I need to send that document urgently so I chose postLaju, I send my documents 20 September and it spouse will be there 25 September but today is 5 October I did not receive my documents yet its about 15 day already my tracking number is EE069987597MY

I am currently residing in Sandakan, Sabah. My standard mail has not been delivered to my doorstep since early this year. I have friends that have been sending me postcards from Sarawak and Kota Kinabalu since February and I still haven't received it until now. It also goes to my Reader's Digest book subscription where I didn't receive a single issue since May. I went to the post office and they blame Post office KK instead. Please make sure post office sandakan is delivering their mails accordingly. Because honestly i have never seen any postmen in Sandakan these days. Bill charges use standard mail and it is very important. Please resolve this. Thank you

Second delivery appointment confirmed but Poslaju did not turn up
Good evening.
I called Poslaju last week to ask for my document to be sent through Second Delivery, and the person who attended to me confirmed that the document would be sent on Monday, 12 September. Today is Friday, 16 September. The document has not been delivered, and no one from Poslaju has called to explain.
This is the third time that Poslaju has disappointed me. I have told my associates to NOT use Poslaju's services as PL are not reliable with second deliveries. They did not call me before coming. I was not at home.
Since they offer a second delivery, I arranged for one this time, but my document was not delivered.
Do not bother to deliver it at all. I have had the document emailed to me by the sender.
Desired outcome: Deliver on services offered next time

I want to complaint to Pejabat Pos Chemor.
They said my parcel already delivered from Post Chemor and until now I don't receive any parcel.
As the item is used part and ship from oversea, suppose want inform us for check for the custom duties charges, but they don't. After we check at Post Chemor and they system show delivered already, the item is drop and without any airway-bill with sign to proof.
Please kindly advise for this ASAP (Tracking number: LY343695161DE).

Penang General Post Office Malaysia -Franking counter
We would like to complaint your Penang General post office - Franking counter staffs have very bad working attitude and poor service. They are very lazy and just sit on the chair and play handphone and chit chat without service customers. They feel working as General post office is the steel rice bowl , company cant take any action to them with poor performance and services. When customer at the counter, they show their long face and unwilling to service customers. Now we understanding why Pos Malaysia always no revenue making all the years...the main reason is your staffs too lazy to work and customers feel upset no want to mailing. Kindly to take an action for staff -( GPO Franking counter). Your staffs no like to work and service customers...kindly let them go to other place working . Thank you
