My parcel was sent out by the seller a week ago on 15.11.19. On the track and trace website, a delivery attempt was supposedly made at 3.30pm on 20th nov, but the people at home did not hear any doorbell rings nor receive calls from the guardhouse for the delivery. Neither did i, the receiving customer, receive any phone calls. Not even a card stating that the delivery was attempted. It was raining heavily that day so I suspect they just didn't bother to make the delivery and now they expect us to go all the way to the delivery office which is far from my home despite having paid the delivery fee. The subang jaya branch is particularly problematic as this has happened multiple times. Want to complain or get help, nobody responds to your emails, and it's a miracle if you get through to their main helpline. Even their [https://efeedback.pos.com.my/] e-feedback form doesn't work. This company probably prides itself in burying its head in the sand.

Please avoid this company at all cost! This company has the worst customer support and service. I have a package which arrived at our local Pos Laju facility on Nov 15th. I was waiting for it to be delivered to my brother who is about to go back to our home country. The package is a gift for him so I was hoping that he would get it before he leaves. The problem is, the package never left this local facility. My brother has to defer his flight to the Philippines and has to go to Pos Laju directly to pick it up. But prior to going to that facility, he received a call from Pos Laju staff asking him to go there and sign a claim form. My brother did not understand anything that much so I asked him not to sign anything unless the package is given to him. When he arrived, he was told that the package is missing. He was asked to sign a claim for and telling him that a refund will be issued to him by the seller. I purchased the gift online btw. My brother did not sign and was told that it would take a month to have the issue resolved. The product is just sitting at their facility and it would take a month to locate it? C'mon Pos Laju, you can do better than that. If only I could file a complaint legally, I would be glad to do so but I am not from here and I do not know the consumer protection here in Malaysia. Also, it is difficult to deal with their phone agents. It will take forever to get routed to one. There was also an instance that I had to wait almost 5 minutes before the agent said hello when my call is already connected to her.
goods hold too long
My parcel has arrived at the pos laju kota tinggi yesterday morning but yet to be delivered to me. I need it urgently this Saturday for my event. I also tried to call the branch to ask about my parcel, but, my call was rejected (staff pick up phone and end it). This cannot be accepted. Saw so many complaints made on social media, blog and etc.. about this branch. Please help to upgrade the service by this pos laju centre/branch.
attitude of the postman
I got a call from that postman and he says where did i live and i taught the parcel arrive but i not at home so i decide to ask him to put it into my peti surat but he havent ask do u at home, he hang up the phone.So i decide to call back him, I say i not at home right now can u put it inside peti surat and his attitude was bad he reply me rudely and want me to say out the car plate number outside my house.I know it was my friend's car so i know the car plate but that place was my hostel how can i know all the car outside my house.The postman attitude was super bad and he scolded me continuously.Please take note with this postman.It was my first time seeing this kind of bad attitude postman, compare to other postman i meet they were nice but this attitude was really super bad.

I have a parcel with tracking number #EHA071467856MY and expecting to arrive by today, 21 Nov 2019.
On 1:42pm I have missed a call (Tel: [protected], guess it is call from postman) and subsequently when I check with the tracking number, the status shown "Attempt FAIL" and item will be send back to sender.
I had redial the number on 2:10pm for serveral time subseqently and the person refused to pick up the call. I was trying to ask them to resend the parcel not the reject directly instead.
After that I went to my mail post to check if receipt or letter from postman but there is nothing from poslaju.
A responsible postman won't simply reject parcel due to could answerable phone at the FIRST time delivery. He should only reject to sender after the 2nd or 3rd attempt.

give notice without reason, never call when deliver item
Delivery man put a notice to my unit without call. In fact, my house got people which can accept the parcel. Delivery man just leave a notice without a reason.
When I make a call to 1300-300-300, no one answer my call. So, I do not know how to ask for second delivery.
Please call my phone number at [protected] when deliver item. If the delivery not willing to send to the floor, at least please put at the guard house, I am willing to tell you my IC to put the parcel at the guard house. Thank you.
not receiving my parcel
The sender shipped out the parcel on 8 November 2019 and it's been two weeks and I haven't receive my parcel. The tracker also didn't update anything from 9 November 2019. I've called Poslaju ([protected]) this morning and the service crew told me that the parcel already arrived at Sibu Poslaju Office but somehow they didn't delivering it. Please take note that the item is very valuable and I need the item this Friday.

Got the same issue. I don’t know how much your package’s worth is but mine is just a little over RM1k. The recipient is about to leave overseas tomorrow but now, Pos Laju is saying that the package is missing. The staff is asking my brother(recipient) to sign a claim form which will take up to a month to get resolved. Clearly, Pos Laju is incompetent and the worst courier service here in MY. Please use other couriers in the future. Avoid this company at all cost.

Today morning (12/11/2019 0915am) I have 2 miss call which is calling from pos laju.
When I call back to this guy, he claimed that nobody at home when he delivery the pos laju letter to me.
Actually my mum and I at home that time. He even not reach my home to drop my letter, just call me and my phone not reachable then claimed that nobody at home. There is no message note dropped to my mail box saying that he attempted to deliver the letter but failed.
When I call back to miss call, he ask me to go pos office to collect and he sound very unhappy when I say that he not even come to my house deliver the letter. Without the note, how do I collect my letter?
I'm very disappointed with pos laju service, we pay the charges for our convenience but it give more troublesome to us. Please do not assume the receive not pick up the phone means that no body receive the parcels/letter. We may have some time not convenient to answer any call.
Hopefully management can monitor your staff's working attitude and service.

The parcel not delivered to me. The parcel from shopee.. Tracking number MY199022353571I. The courier : AMP - R - NIJAMUDIN / Tel : [protected]. Im not receive any calls from the courier and after I checked the logistics tracking shopee, the parcel was delivered and no name received the parcel. I hope the parties takes action and checks on the name of the courier who sent the parcel for the purpose of identifying the parcel where and who received the parcel.

If I did not call Maybank on 20 nov 19 to follow up on my delivery of credit card, I will still be thinking after 2 weeks of my approval Maybank still not sending my card.
MBB gave me tracking# and it happens to be Poslaju where I already have bad experience with the services.

Went to Poslaju today 21 Nov 19, took # 4039, current 4016, waited for 25 mins # only 4018, lost patience and approach counter to ask to resend, she said hv to see customer service at the back.
Directed me to the back where the WH is for sorting climbed up the metal staircase, and went up to the office, was not greeted politely instead one of the staff, raise his voice why are you here, who ask you to come up here - I told him the front staff and then he said you wait lah for next staff to attend.
The next staff came up and I told him want to also file a complaint as Poslaju make false claim that came to my house and left notice but actually no one came. He said you can file a complaint at website instead of entertaining me.
Went back to the front waiting for my number and then heard the same complaint from 3 customer that no one came, and another customer said Poslaju just left a note without calling even she is at home. Another customer said he has been following his parcel progress and waited whole day yesterday but no delivery. Today he check the tracking status said delivery attempt failed and parcel will return to center.
Is a shame that Poslaju service continue to deteriorate compare to competitor and will continue to making losses if there is no wake up call since 2016.
Just google complaint of Poslaju and will surprised to see already so many complaints.

There are a lot of problem in Pos Laju Segambut Branch. You can check their reviews from google and most of people give them 1 star. Those bad reviews haven't change from last year until now! The main problem is they don't want to send the items and prefer customer to pick up the parcel at their offices. Office also never answer the call and sms. Their reasons always same: No one at home when they come, but they LIE! The staff are just too lazy to work. I think this actions can be considered as fraudulent. Consumer already paid for service but they don't do their jobs. Should I report this issues to police? Please give action to this branch immediately or just close this branch for the sake of peoples.

Pekerja pos laju telah menelefon saya untuk penghantaran barang pada pukul 1.34ptg. Disebabkan saya tiada di rumah, saya maklumkan untuk meletakkan parcel tersebut dalam kawasan rumah di alamat No.9 Jln BJ/1, Taman Bukit Jaya, Bukit Antarabangsa, 68000 Ampang, Selangor. Pekerja pos laju tersebut telah meminta IC untuk pengesahan. Namun setelah saya balik ke rumah, didapati tiada sebarang parcel yang ditinggalkan di rumah saya. Saya cuba hubungi semula no HP pekerja pos laju [protected]) namun tiada jawapan disebabkan oleh lepas waktu bekerja. Keesokan harinya saya cuba hubungi lagi, tetapi pekerja pos laju yang menjawab panggilan telefon tersebut mengatakan bukan dia yang hantar parcel tersebut pada hari kejadian. Sehingga ke hari ini saya tidak dapat jejak dimana kah parcel saya sebenarnya.

giving someone package to me
when im arrived, they said they need to know the tracking, i give them once they ask. they just repeated and said 3 or 5 last number, not all number, i have to package to take, after that, he only ask me using one package last asking my name, but another one, he never ask me. they didn't give any paper like DO to me, how to check my tracking? they just taking my IC and ask me to give signature. thats it. i check the thing, and open the package, they give me someone else package, not mine! when i come to ask again, and give back the package, they said it my fault! hello? who you double check my tracking number, he didn't give me the detail of the package, they just take the paper and then they said its my fault! how can i know if the tracking number and details of the package i don't have in my hand tho! please this report! i hate the service, they didn't said sorry. they give my package, they said only the last 5 number is same because he just said the 5 last number! i swear to god, this people is so rude! and they just call once to ask about my adress. then they didn't call, they just give a message, but my husband at home, he said no one in front of my house, then they said premises closed! how lazy poslaju workers, the workers at poslaju ayer keroh. cawangan serahan. please misconduct the person! the thing in the pictures not mine! and the last picture tracking number, is mine after come back.

I have order shopee and delivery was failed on friday 15/11/2019 with the tracking number era698996685my. I make a call on monday for the second delivery on 18/11/2019 to guardhouse at my condominium. I received call from them monday and tuesday and wednesday regarding the failure delivery ok that I got no problem but then when they call on wednesday they told me that second delivery was fail on tuesday and said that they can't pass the parcel to the guard house from the beginning. I said I did not receive any call from them regarding they arrive if you can't send to the guardhouse at the first place you should tell me you cant when I call on monday. Secondly I dint receive a damn miss call or call in when you arrive did you really come for second delivery? So you just give me and excuse that you can't control your postmen if they call or don't call means they can just said they go to our place but they aren't.
Normally when they arrived, if you cant find the place you will call but I did't receive any call and you give a reason not all postmen call to receiver or you can say that not all postmen will arrive for the second delivery even you call and you just said fail to deliver and ask us to go for pick up. What is the purpose we call to do the second deliver then. It makes me so frustrated when they say that they are not responsible and we are the one who are wrong and said nothing you can do when you are the one who give wrong information and not deliver the stuff. Im emailing you for the second time. My item, (ERA822960678MY) still havent reached me. It is annoyingly frustrating as your customer service cant be contacted. The poslaju branch; Poslaju Kinabatangan as well wont pickup my calls. Note that I've been trying to call for 1week and yet no one picks up my call.
As you can see clearly in the picture. It arrived in poslaju Sandakan at 9th November 2019. Which was 2weeks ago. I called poslaju sandakan and said it was already been delivered to Poslaju Kinabatangan and suppose to be scanned at 11th November. And yet there's no updates. Please kindly address this issue, this is so annoying since your so called khidmat pelanggan is useless and cant be contacted anyway and your poslaju branch is also not doing anything. They wont even picks up the call. How much longer are your poslaju branches gonna hold my item without delivering it? Why on earth are my items being hold for 2 damn weeks? Please solve this ASAP! Thankyou. I desperately need my item as im leaving in 2days and yet i still havemt gotten my item.

During afternoon of this mentioned day, a postman who deliver a package at our company was being so rude. There are severatime we encountered an event like this. He knocked the door using the door knocker once strongly and it echoed toooo loud inside. I understand if it was his first time of doing so but we already told and alerted him once before that there is no need to knock that loud. Today (on the mentioned day above), we totally got shocked inside the office and immediately scold him but the thing is, he didn't accept the advice and responded rudely to me. Please change the person in charge at delivering items or packages at Inanam Batu 7 area as we don't want anything bad happen to the items or packages send to our company later on if he holding a grudge to us. You may think this complain is just out of whim but your fair action is indeed needed for a better service in the future. Thank you.

Parcel collection at main headquarters at Sibu (Haji Openg) centre is too understaffed. Most sibu workpersons can only arrive during lunch break and it seems that there are only one staff shifting between customers queues for delivery AND collection. Just 15 people line require almost 2 hours of wait. Please help us hasten this service. Moreover the centre is small and people line up standing literally under sun and rain
