self pick up atas alasan tiada van disediakan di pejabat pos air putih kemaman
Saya tertanya-tanya, tak boleh ke pejabat pos cawangan air putih kemaman sediakan sebuah van utk tujuan penghantaran barang😪
sebab hampir setiap kali barang yang sepatutnya dihantar ke rumah perlu self pick up oleh kami di pajabat pos cawangan air putih.. kami bayar harga barang termasuk cas penghantaran utk memudahkan urusan, tp jadi payah pulak urusannya nak kena pergi ke air putih nun di pedalaman sana..

Service is suck .. the guy yang hantar barang poslaju sangat kurang ajar.. harini 29/5 pada pukul 12 tenfahari saya ade order barang cosmetik, That guy ketuk pintu rumah saya kuat gila, , nak hantar barang or nak bergaduh ..saya bukak pintu .. takda nak senyum sikit pun, die boleh cakap kenape call tak boleh, kenape masuk voicemail ni no cik kn, kang nnti ketuk lagi kuat2 kang marah katanya. Dengan nada yg sangat tinggi dn dalam keadaan yg sangat marah ... Its that how you treat your own customer. ?.itu ke yg saya patut dpat as a customer ?saya bayar pos laju untuk dapat layanan yg sebegitu ke?... After dh sign semue i said thank u... Expecting a parcel to be delivered. Waited the whole day, no one called in. Just received a text that I have to collect the item at a branch in ampang. How could that be? I checked the tracking notes, stated that the premise was closed! Really? It was a lie! We reside in a well-organized and staffed condo with a working intercom and security guards around and at the lobby. How that person simply said the premise was closed? I even phone the number who texted me hoping to talk and tell him that am at home and waiting! Very disappointed with your service. I also lost a parcel before already.

Saya pun terima paket tu sebab pakcik penghantar pos p.pinang bercakap koyak sebab pas nak ambek dalam box tadi plastik oderan saya kena gores dengan besi sebab tu terkoyak..
Saya pun percaya sebab pakcik tu Yang kerap hantar barang oderan saya
Sesampai saya dekat rumah saya kira barang oderan saya dan saya dapati yang barang saya dah hilang satu pasang selipa sepatunya saya dapat 15 barang dalam plastik tu cuma ada 14 barang sahaja.. Saya betul2 kecewa pada pelayanan pos laju p. Pinang

Saya nak buat aduan tentang service yg diberikan.dah berapa kali saya perhatikan pekerja disini tidak membuat service dengan sepatutnya.contoh saya berada dirumah terapi tidak membunyikan hon atau hubungi no saya untuk penghantaran tersebut. Saya boleh maaf kan lagi, tetapi apabila saya ke pejabat pos nilai square untuk mengutip barang saya pada jam 1pm hari jumaat semua nya tutup! Tiada staff wanita lansung yang tinggal! Saya ni pon bekerja, waktu begini sahaja saya ada waktu untuk membuat kutipan. Disini saya ingin membuat satu aduan untuk pihak anda bertanggungjawab diatas apa yang berlaku.
wrongly delivery can't rectify for more than 2 weeks
We have sent 2 document to difference company & they deliver wrongly
EN958156995MY to Technofit Sdn Bhd but receive EN958158015MY Jabatan Pembanguan Kemahiran ( JPK ) on 10th May 2019.
I have make a complaint of this issue & submitted all the relevant document as request by their customer service, after submission they say it take 3 day to correct it.
Till today ( 24/5/19 ) no customer service return our call or rectify this issue ( Just sitting on it ). My clerk call this useless customer service now they say ask our client to sent to the nearest POS OFFICE so they will re-do it. ( God know can be done or not )
First, Pos Laju fault and they want my client to the job for them so that they can keep on sitting on it
Second, when we sent by courier the document is URGENT ( That why we pay for the services ) now they say that the SOP ( I think better CLOSE SHOP )

I booked an item online, then I got notified that the parcel they already sent it to the post office. When I didnt even get any call or notification that they already went to my house to deliver the parcel. I ask my family member if anyone come to send the parcel they all said no one come. Please fix this. Not everyone have free time to go to the post office just to collect the parcel from there.

Sy telah membuat aduan di Pejbt Pos Dato Onn pada 12 Mei pada jam 2.56pm dan no rujukan aduan PPL JDT...

document has not arrived yet for almost a week
My document sent on 13th May has not yet arrived to the address it is supposed to arrive until TODAY! am a bit frustrated with your service. i am clearly understand that this month is such a busy month for you guys, but ever you guys think how important the document needs to arrived at the place by the time it is supposed to be? i really hope Pos Malaysia can improve your service in this matter.

my name is herawati. I didn't received my item but when i checked my tracking number it says the item is out for delivery but failed to reach because premis close. How does it make sense?! Im in my house on 15may. Never went to anywhere untill 7pm. Even your staff didn't try to call me. your staff should call me if he cant find the place. Last week i also using pos laju & received my item, the staff called to inform me that he is already at ground floor & ask me to collect my item. That's the right way. But this time maybe other staff didn't do it because Your staff is very lazy. A lot of complain made for your staff at post office nilai, either staff in the counter or delivery men. barang sampai dalam keadaan rosak
Saya terkejut apabila barang sampai sudah rosak. Depan sampul surat terdapat tulis peringatan yang dalam sampul tersebut ada sijil dan jangan dilipat. Tapi bila sampai ke rumah, dapati sijil tersebut dah dilipat malah renyok. Sijil itu sangat berharga bagi saya. Walaupun sudah terdapat peringatan kenapa pihak pos malaysia masih lipat sijil tersebut😭😭 Saya sangat terkilan.

the parcel that has been post out at pos laju pengerang branch by using poslaju at 13 may 2019. Then until 16 may 2019, the track and trace for the tracking no of the parcel is still not been updated for almost 3 days. This will make my job been disturbed. And please updated the tracking system to make our job easier.

Staffs very rude, lazy. Always find an excuse to reject to receive my contract parcel due to a little sound from box, ask me to reopen and fix it, come on ! The product is new and seal, how am I going to open the seal and put newspapers inside and post it to customer! Other branches can accept, only Selayang mall branches -the Malay lady sit in the middle make troublesome!
The online seller sent my order via pos laju on 8th May 2019, but until today 15th March, I still have not received my package. I could not track the package on Poslaju Track & Trace online, it shows no record. I have called Poslaju Careline several times and was told they are waiting for response from the dispatch centre. Today I called again and was told that it has now arrived at the destination's Processing Centre but since the due date is only 17th May, it will only be delivered before then! Again, I was told there is a due date and it is not due yet, so I am told to wait. Only if I dont receive it by the due date, then I should call again or ask for a refund.
So, why are we using Pos Laju? Courier service is about speed and should be delivered to the recipient fast! What due date are you talking about! It is like snail mail now. And there was no call back to update the status after making a complaint.

Poslaju services is too late to working. I have always checked my tracking number a day, and now its been 4 days my item is still in the same place! You know I need that item before today then you ruined it. My item is posted on kota kinabalu poslaju, it supposedly come 2 or 3 days in Tambunan right? Now its been 6 days. What are u guys doing? Late delivery of collection notice.
The item should be collected between 19/4 - 13/5 but the collection notice received on 13/5 late afternoon. It does not matching with the time frame that written on the collection notice. I went to pos laju to collect the said item but rejected by the staff, I explained to him and he told me to make a complaint to the posman.
Kenapa tidak update lagi, barang saya sampai sekarang belum sampai.. 3/5/2019 barang di pos, 8/5/2019 "consignment dispatch out from transit office".. Sekarang masih tunggu barang saya..
the goods arriving in bad condition
Pos laju arriving on 13 may 2019. Tracking number ERA103798176MY. The goods arriving with a bad condition, the box was damaged outside and also effected the goods inside. The staff should managing the goods with care and safety. Things like this should not happened if the staff care about the goods. I would like to claim a refund for the damaged goods.

Hi, my item is posted last week friday on 2/5/2019 however on 6/5/2019 the system said that my item is out to dispatch. But until today 13/5/2019 I havent yet received my item. I have asked Pos Malaysia on Twitter to checked for my item and they said that my item still in Pos Laju Klang which is not helping in this situation.
