Pos Malaysia I am complaining about the services at poslaju kuching utara, sarawak.

First, I would like to complain about the service near poslaju kuching utara at KUCHING, SARAWAK. I contacted them and they told me that the address I was assigned was incorrect. Previously, shipment sent near the same address, I have received quickly and correctly. I include a picture of the address I used earlier with the tracking number of the unpaid item. We hope you can take action as soon as possible. Thank you.

Pos Malaysia mistakes from poslaju kota tinggi

Hi, regarding tracking No: EH865293755MY dated 19/7/2019 with address at No 2, Jalan Jaya 1, 81900 Kota Tinggi, Johor. Here, I would like to report that I (Razie Rashid) do not accept any goods posted by Pos Malaysia. But the things I was supposed to receive were given to someone I don't know (Dorina Anak Pulih). Actually, I already call (many times) at the Kota Tinggi Post Office to inquire about the status of the goods but have not received any response online. To ask Pos Malaysia especially Poslaju Kota Tinggi to give me feedback online [protected]) as soon as possible. Hopefully, that the goods given to the individual (Dorina Anak Recovery) are immediately sent back to me. Thank you.

Pos Malaysia delivery of medication

1. On 27/5/19 I made payment of RM15.00 at Institut Jantung Negara, Malaysia (IJN) for my medicines to be delivered to Vista Komanwel B, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.
2. Pos laju staff collected the medicines from the IJN Pharmacy on 31/7/19.
3. Negligence by IJN Pharmacy, I was not sent SMS that medicine has been collected and not informed of any Tracking No..
4. Waited until today, 6/8/19, and called IJN and asked why my medicines not sent.
5. IJN staff said medicine already collected on 31/7/19 and gave me the Tracking No.:EG569293483MY.
6. Checking the tracking, stated that Thursday 1/8/19 about 4.30pm nobody at premises. I was at the premises and no Courier came. No notice was placed at my premises or even in the Letterbox B2-5-6 in the Lift Lobby as this is a Condominium unit.
7. As was stated that item is at Sri Petaling Pejabat Pos, I went there and collected this morning 11.45am 1/8/19.
8. The Pos laju delivery staff never even called the HP Number written on the parcel, when according to him nobody was at home.
9. I am terribly disappointed with this poor service by the Pos laju staff where procedures are not followed. No notice left at premises, no phone call made.
10. I am not going to use this service anymore, better collect myself.

Pos Malaysia poslaju service

Hi, im sorry but i have to make a complaint about this. My item which was supposed to received by me few days ago, still hasnt arrived. When i checked, it was still at poslaju kulai . You can try check my traxking number which is EH934612253MY . My friend faced the same problem too. We paid for the item to be delivered at the location we gave but to our dissapointment, we didnt received it. Please do check this matter out before other people face the same problem and finally decide to stop using this service again.thank you

Pos Malaysia not responsible postman

I received a mesdage from this phone numbe 0122474706 asking me to collect my parcel from pos laju batu caves tomorrow and the reason was no answer on call and no one at home but at the same day same time I received another parcel from the other posman, and when I try to call the posman back his phone was off otherwise I can ask me to send me back the parcel and do not need to trouble for self collecting, I paid for the courier why must the party who collect money giving me trouble and doing their duty?!

Pos Malaysia pos express

Im using pos express so I can send my urgent job application FASTER! sent during 24/7 2019 from sandakan to kota kinabalu, but until now the packets still pending in the kota kinabalu office undelivered to the given place, i am frequent user of Pos Malaysia Express and this made me frust. Especially that packet contains my job application. If this happens again next time, to many people, I sure that people will blacklisted pos express as their carrier. Thankyou for reading

Pos Malaysia staf tak beri kerjasama

Staf kurang ajar..barang yang panjang tidak muat letak dalam van, staf suruh hantar barang ke pos besar...saya nak sampul pos express dia bagi poslaju..cashier nama 24843AZNA..Pejabat pos besar di ipoh pon kata yang puan ni susah bekerjasama..saya harap puan ni diambil tindakan yang sewajarnya.Puan ni sombong, muka tak pernah nak senyum, bercakap pon garang

Pos Malaysia rb [protected] my - item not delivered without any reason

Item posted over counter at KLIA on 4 July 2019.
KL Metro did not send the item to KAF Investment Bank in Menara Chulan without any justification.
I need to know why the item did not send to the said location? Why nobody bothers to call me? Now the item is in KLIA since 19 July 2019. What is your next action? Are you going to send to me or just leave the item in KLIA? BEEN WAITING FOR YOUR REPLY. PLEASE LET ME KNOW SO I CAN SELF COLLECT IF ITS SO HARD FOR YOU TO COURIER TO THE SAID LOCATION!

Pos Malaysia kekurangan staff bahagian kaunter pos dan pelbagai

Di Pejabat poslaju wakaf bharu, saya tengok di kaunter pengeposan dan pelbagai ada 3 kaunter tetapi 2 kaunter je ada pegawai dan hanya 1 kaunter je berfungsi serve customer sedangkan customer yg tunggu lebih 20 orang. Di office sebelah ada arrahnu poslaju, ada 4 pegawai di 3 kaunter yg serve customer dan customer xde mahupon seorang. Pegawai arrahnu poslaju siap ada yg tidor dan main fon lagi. Jadi saya mohon kurangkan pegawai bhgian arrahnu poslaju dan tambah bhgian pos barang dan lain. Kesian tgok customer yg tunggu.

Mohon pihak atasan mengambil tindakan sewajarnya. Terima kasih.

Pos Malaysia delivery

Barang patut hantar 19/7/2019 ke rumah tapi unsuccesful mungkin sebab tak sempat hantar ke rumah..kalau tak sempat hantar ke rumah hantarlah next working day ni tak..tiba-tiba suruh ambik sendiri dekat pejabat poslaju kalau dekat tak apa..pejabat poslaju jauh dari rumah saya...I wouldnt get mad if this service is free, WE PAID FOR IT SO PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP..dont waste my money

Pos Malaysia bad service of poslaju men

Poslaju delivery man (as in photo) never send my items to my door step. He force to asking me to collect my order to go down to pick up my items. This is not first time, already 4 times same delivery man. First time I'm in painting house, he very rough ask me going down. Second time, i do nothing at home is ok i can tolerance. Third time, my wife take care baby and i not at home, he ask so. Fourth time on 15-07-2019 i fever, he also no sympathy asking me going down to basement pick up. I'm living at apartment level 12. This is very bad service. I hope poslaju can do some actions.

Pos Malaysia I still received my parcel until now

My parcel was posted over in Johor Bharu by Poslaju on 12 July 2019. It was last week Friday. Then it went to KLIA hub. Next be transported to Butterworth not to Bahau, Negeri Sembilan as to my address. It was on 15 July 2019, Monday. On the same day, the parcel was dispatched out. Unfortunately, there is no record after the date where is my parcel went. How many days, do you want me to wait for my parcel without updating me the details throug the tracking number? Usually Poslaju service is okay to me, but not for this time. Please solved it for me or get me an explanation. Hope for your cooperation and toleration. Thank you

Pos Malaysia barangan yang diterima customer berbeza dengan yang dihantar.

di atas adalah no tracking barangan yang dihantar kepada pelangan kami, malangnya dia menerima barang yang berlainan yang kami hantar.

Aduan dari penerima telah dibuat di pos laju putrajaya, namun sebagai penhantar saya tidak dapat menghubungi pihak pos laju putrajaya untuk buat aduan

oleh demikian laporan ini dibuat untuk membuat tuntutan ke atas barangan yang hilang .

berikut adalah list barangan yang sepatutnya diterima pelangan

Pos Malaysia poslaju delivery item not received

Please refer to the above parcel no and below track & Trace description. 12th July unsuccesful delivery with no collection card left at our post box and 12th July someone at home. No sign of your postman arrival. 13th no attempt of delivery despite someone at home. 14th no attempt of delivery despite someone at home too. So, on the 14th JUly, 5.45pm went to Pos Laju Bandar Dato Onn to check after more than failed 10 calls to them. Calls was left unasnwered. Was told by counter staff item not in the system after the delivery on th 12th July. We hereby seek compensation and full responsibility from your company and staff involved in the delivery if the item is missing or damaged. Please reply within 1 day before we escalate this issue to higher management. We as consumer, felt cheated by your company delivery service. With so many complaints but no action.

Pos Malaysia customer service

Rude staffs at front desks, all of them.
Request us to follow procedure that other pos offices did not ask us to complete, we've been posting the same items for 2 years. Please train yr staffs to put a smile to their faces and not be so lazy. They are also paid to serve every customers of all kind with well manners. This act will only allow customers to stop using yr courier service

Pos Malaysia courier service

On 2nd of July 2019, i had posted a parcel which contained packets of chocolates from Langkawi to Kuala Lumpur via POS Laju. Sadly, on the next day, my friend in Kuala Lumpur received the box in a horrible condition. It had been torn apart and looked somehow like a rubbish. I don't think it is right and necessary to do so cause i have already declared my items in the information form. Your kind explanation regarding this incident will be appreciated as i believe POS Malaysia is a well established company. Thank you.

Saya seorang Suri rumah, hari - hari kat rumah, saya duduk rumah flat, mungkin rider post laju ni malas nak naik, dia pulang balik item I kat poslaju Tanpa delivery kat I... Even tak tinggal sebarang not is... Lepas I tracking my order only I tahu bahawa dia orang pulangkan balik item I kat pos laju Then kena pula I call pos laju... Bukan kali pertama rider buat macam ni... Tapi selalu... Minggu ni 2 barang I tak sampai

Still not receive this parcel since 22 May 2019 from Jerteh. There was no record in system after out from Jerteh.

Refer the attachment below. Please let me know any updates in the future about my parcel.
