My friend send my by Poslaju Pasir gudang, I received an email march 28, that I have my package delivery and need to pay for customs clearance and local delivery place. They assist me while am paying, so promptly to answer all my question but aftr received my payment say 48rs on receiving the payment I can get my delivery but its been a weeks still haven't came and they don't reply now. I called customer service they say no record. I have the receipt and the email send to them they didn't even check to the branch. How come a courier be so slow? Kindly do something.
postman not delivering item
The tracking shows that "Item out for delivery" at 8:58am but waited the whole day and there is no delivery, called up and they tell me "post man bought the item out". But till 6pm also no delivery
check on the next day morning, it shows "delivered" by 4:15pm yesterday,
called and ask, and they told me they put the item in my rented PO Box.
So the postman just bring my parcel for a walk for whole day and not deliver to me but dunk it into my PO Box after he went back to office?
This is case happened more than 5 times!
service, item not received and no notice
I wanted to complaint on pos laju wangsa maju branch. They never answer called no matter ho many time you called them. When item not delivered, usually will have a notice card to ask receiver to collect in pos laju branch. However, no notice given and someone send a text message ask me to collect by tomorrow - 019 2724843, so I reply and ask can I collect today and even called to this 019 number and pos laju wangsa maju branch. NO ONE answer my called and NO REPLY AT ALL. I am so pissed off on pos laju services because this is not the first time!

My parcel tracking number : ER978260612MY. I have checked Poslaju webportal tracking system and found out that the parcel with the above tracking number has arrived at the Cawangan Serahan Klang Utara.
Today is 1st April. It's already 7 days. Goodness me. Are your staff/employees there so inefficient and need so many days to sort out and deliver post/parcels/packages which are already at the cawangan?
We paid quite expensive postage by the way. Please let me hear your feedback soon.

Untuk makluman saya telah menerima barang yang telah di poskan menggunakan pos laju iaitu sebuah TV LED dimana ketika saya menerima barangan tersebut TV saya dalam keadaan diatas barangan yang lain.Sepatutnya TV itu diletakkan secara menegak dan tidak dialas dgn barangan yang lain didalam kenderaan Pos Laju.Saya telah menegur kepada staff pos laju tersebut tetapi tidak diendahkan.Saya telah menerima barangan tersebut pada 23.03.2019 jam 1229pm.Saya amat tidak berpuas hati dengan perkara ini.

Dear Pos Malaysia, I have a parcel from Link Profit International Development Limited Hong Kong on 2 JAN 2019 under Ref No. LP017777142HK. Based on the tracking, the parcel has arrived at Caw Subang Jaya on 16 Jan 2019 and delivered to Cheong Mun Yew [protected]. When I lodged complaint to the sender, again they have sent another parcel under ref LP018688850HK on 14 Feb 2019. The parcel has again delivered to Cheong Mun Yew on 20 Feb 2019. May I know who is this Cheong Mun Yew? There is nobody called when deliver the parcel to my house.

27/03/2019 (Wednesday), number phone post laju man ( 019-264 4475), that guys just put my name as received, but the true is me or my family members doesn't received any items from pos laju. They're very rude for just write down my name, they can just put my things at counter pos laju if there're no one at home. I am very dissatisfied and also disappointed with pos malaysia. I hope person in charge will fix this problem.

The officer didn't settle the letters for a long period. The mail box is empty even though there are supposed to have letters inside! I know there's a lot of parcel that they have to settle, but please don't ignore the letters too. I have an urgent letter that I supposed to receive on 23 March 2019, but thereis nothing inside the mailbox! Can you plz settle asap!

motor tak sampai lagi
Saye hantar motor motor saye ke kaunter pos laju ipoh pada 7/3/2019 utk di poskan dari ipoh - Kuantan . 12/3/2019 baru motor saye dihantar ke ecpc subang jaya dan sampai pada 13/3/2019. Mula2 staff dekat pos Malaysia ipoh ckp kene tunggu dlm masa seminggu moto tu sampai ke Kuantan. Then dah cukup seminggu saye call balik tanye kenapa motor x sampai2 lagi lepastu staff poslaju ipoh ckp proses penghantaran motor dlm masa 2 minggu pulak. Ape cite ni? Yg mana satu yg betul ni? Kenapa ckp kejap A kejap B? X boleh ckp betul2 ke? Saye nak guna motor tu secepat yg mungkin. Ingat saye xde keje ke kt kuantan ni? Disebabkan motor x sampai2 lagi saye x boleh nak keje lagi. Bile saye cek tracking number still ade lagi kat ecpc subang jaya. Kene tunggu bulan depan ke baru nak sampai motor tu?

Dear Pos Malaysia,
I finally have time to type this formal complaint. I purchased an item which was posted from China (ZP677397619CN) on 24 Dec 2018.
According to EMS tracking website, the parcel arrived at Petaling Jaya post office n 13 Jan 2019 and in the tracking website also mentioned that parcel are being despatched on 17 Jan 2019 an 19 Jan 2019 respectively. However, the item has never arrived at my condominium, not even a notification slip.
When I finally went to the Kelana Jaya post office, i understood from IP Ramli that this parcel ZP677397619CN had no tracking number when i came to Pos Malaysia therefore they were not able to trace it. There is no record of the movement of this parcel in Pos Malaysia and the record of personnel involved in the delivery of this parcel is also not available. Now i find this unbelievable because from the EMS tracking website, it clearly mentioned the date of which it arrived at the post office Petaling Jaya and the dates of the parcel being despatched. It seemed like outsiders are able to know the movement of this parcel but insider/agents in charged (Pos Malaysia) of delivery for this parcel in Malaysia has no idea about it! There is major flaw in the record keeping system for this type of parcels in Pos Malaysia. IP Ramli at least attempted to search from the storage in Kelana Jaya post office but of course I would have expected the parcel would have been lost by that time. It is highly likely the delivery postman either took it personally or lost it. And you all have no way to track back who the personnel is despite me telling you all the dates of delivery clearly. IP Ramli also told me that I will not able to file for claim/refund of this item and told me to contact the seller. Please tel me what can the seller do when he clearly has done his part by posting the item from china and gave me a proper tracking website?
I am deeply disappointed by your failing system and I hope to get an explanation from you. I know the chance of making a claim/refund from you is faint but I wil still try. Hope to hear from you.

I reveived a call from posman on 18March2019 at 11.53am, Im not in Penang on that time so I asked the posman for second delivery, he said Okay, please call their office to make second delivery request within one week.. Im back to Penang and I called the office (Lebuh Victoria Office) on 20March2019 at 12.27pm, I speak in Malay with the staff "Saya nak minta second delivery, boleh?", she said "Esok ada orang kat rumah tak?" (The "tak" just a high note), I answered "ada", she asked for tracking number then I gave her, I said "EG" and she said "ET" then I say back "G, EG", I dont know how she heard at "GP" I said again "EG" and finally she got it and I continued the number at the back (After end of the call, I asked my mom if my voice not enough loud but my mom said no, it louder than usual I talk), then at the end I haven't say the last two alphabet yet, she aldy say MY then we both speak out at the same time but luckily I louder my voice nicely and she heard my voice although she was talking along, then she asked for my name "Nama?" and I said out, then she asked again with impatient voice "Nama penerima!" then I be like what I just said my name, so I asked "Apa dia?" and she said back to me "Nama penerima Nama penerima YaAllah Tak dengar ka" so I said again my name then she said "Y.." (The first alphabet of my name) and I continued to spell my name.. Then she asked "(My Name) ni siapa" I said "Saya" then she said "O, you, kenapa haritu kita call you tak jawab?" (I received their call as stated above) so I said "Tak, saya jawab hari tu" but I havent finish my sentence she said "Hari tu kita call kan tak jawab, number phone apa?" then Ill be like in shocked because I received and talked to the posman for 1min 5sec, then she cant wait and shout at me "number telephone number telephone", then I say out my phone number then she said they will make second delivery tomorrow and I just say okay..
I was really angry like I wanna swear the staff with every language I know! First, she just started to shout at me when we just start talking, "Esok ada rumah tak?" The "tak" was just this feeling "Tak?!".. Then she should hear properly when Im saying my tracking number rather than cut my word then saying the wrong word.. Next I most angry with the one she asked my name, she just say loudly for me, a customer to hear, "YaAllahTak dengar ka", her voice just like somebody owe her money for billion or trillion, the malay word in Utara Malaysia "dengar" we say as "dengaq", she was just "YaAllah Tak Dengaq Ka?!" (I wish I can record how she say it and let the whole world hear), after that she should ask me to spell my name when she need it but she just "Y.." with a voice plus this face😒.. Then about the call one, I received their call and talk to the posman for 1min and 5second, she can say I didnt pick up their call (The posman that call me and explain about second delivery just so good and a Malay with standard English Speaking, I just prefer that kind of worker) but problem is I havent finish my sentence say that I picked up their call, she already cut my sentence..
I didnt exaggerate the story, it just like that from first to the end.. I really talk to the staff with nice voice from first to end and I just punch my wall after I end the call.. Im thinking is it my wrong making the staff to talk like that to me.. I really cannot, just wanna shout at their manager for not teaching them a proper manner to customer, they just mencabul my hak pengguna.

I have posted a piece of vinyl short play record through Poslaju with with a posting registration no EP 61 671 837 9MY on 18 March 2019 from Serdang Selangor.It arrived on the 19th March 2019 at its destination Ipoh.The purchaser open it and discovered that it was broken into 5 pieces. I've bubble wrapped it properly and the counter staff recommended it to be posted in an envelope which cost Rm10.90.The value I stated on the Nota Kiriman is Rm150 which is the value a purchaser paid. For a vinyl record from the 50's which is called stone vinyl record to break into 5 pieces it would take a great force to make the item broken.Either it was thrown with a great force or by stacking heavy pieces above it.
Do they accept returns? It's not possible to give up and move on!

Merujuk No Tracking EH992562235MY, Saya selaku penerima bungkusan ini tidak berpuas hati dengan tindakan pihak pos laju malaysia terutama cawangan pos laju rawang tentang penerimaan bungkusan yang terlalu lewat sehingga makan masa selama (1) Minggu dari tarikh pengeposan..Setelah menyemak no tracking tersebut, saya dapati bungkusan telah sampai ke pos laju rawang pada 15/03/2019 tetapi tidak dihantar ke alamat pengirim selama 3 hari..adakah pos laju sekarang ni suka sangat menyimpan barang pelanggan dengan terlalu lama sehingga isi kandungan bungkusan telah rosak..Saya mohon pihak pos laju mengambil tindakan ke atas pos laju rawang.Saya juga menuntut pihak pos laju membayar ganti rugi kos barang-barang yang telah rosak.adakah ini kesilapan dari cawangan pos laju ataupun posmen yang tidak bertanggungjawab..saya mohon pihak pos laju memberi tempoh balas dalam masa 24 jam dari sekarang tentang aduan ini.

I have just using the Pos Laju services from Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru branch to send a medicine to Kedah.
The teller colected RM10.55 from me with the receipt RM7.55.
I was asking him why the amount is different and here is the explaination from him.
RM7.55 is for the delivery services (item weight: 0.08kg, destination: Malaysia) + RM3 for the small envelope. I did call to other branch and was told that the envelope is included in the package. Therefore, I would like to report the case to Pos Malaysia regarding this issue.

Supposedly my items that i've bought online should've arrived by now on 13 march because the items has been post out from bukit mertajam on 10 march. So the weekend is not counted but it has been 3 days (work days) but I haven't received my parcels yet. Checked online and it stated that the delivery was attempted which means unsuccessful. But I didn't get any notice or text pertaining this matter. The one in charge to deliver should really call the receiver first as the number has already stated on the parcel. I'm so disappointed as I meed to use the items on 15 march but haven't gotten the items yet.

I just wanted to know is the delivery system follows the delivery boys wish, because I'm receiving my parcels not in good condition and sometimes it is open or put a hole in my parcels I ordered. And mostly I am very upset that one of my seller said that I should provide him a different house address or a company address due to having problems in sending. My question is why? What is post lajus problem in delivering me my parcels. Almost 3 times my orders hv been sent back to warehouse, what is post lajus problem I'm not even ordering an offensive products or items for you to reject, is this problem occurres in Setia Alam only or every where is the same? Please look into this.

Ive sent my parcel on 8th March, understand the weekend is not counted, suppose the parcel arrived either Monday or Tuesday. Checked the tracking was not updated since 9th as attached,
This is not the first time Ive experienced this from Pos Laju. The customer is not protected and nothing can be done for the compensation of late delivery.
So suggestion others not to use this service anymore but go for other alternative courier service because poslaju not reliable at all
