customer is not first!!
I came to poslaju alor gajah on 1st february at 130pm to pick up 2 items but only got 1.
There were no people at the counter when i arrived but i have to still pick a number n wait.
I couldnt get the other item because it just arrived and havent yet processed, according to the person at the counter, so i have to come back again next week. I live about half an hour away, this is really non value added activity. There was nobody at the counter, no customers, why cant they just find that one item for me since it has already reached their centre.
unethical behaviour and service
I received 2 packages from Poslaju on the 30th of January 2019 at my home address (No. 58, Jln. Sri Klebang D/3, Bandar Baru Sri Klebang, 31200, Chemor, Perak). I was not home to receive the packages as I had important prior engagements outside. Instead of leaving me a slip or attempting to resend the next day (as per the usual routine), I came home at 12.00 AM to find my packages were thrown over my gate and onto my lawn.
I find this to be unacceptable behaviour on grounds that they could've easily been stolen, broken upon throwing impact or damaged from the rain if it had poured that day. I would've been more than happy to go and pick it up myself at the post office if resending it had been such a hassle for the Poslaju people.
My deliverables were not damaged this time, thankfully but I do not want to risk this behaviour again should I not be available to receive any packages. I have never had such deplorable and horrible service from Poslaju before so I was appalled. I hope that any kind of measure will be taken to ensure that the Poslaju officer in charge is at least warned against doing this ever again as I'm sure, this won't be the last time he handles my packages and I just want them to be handled as per procedure and with care. Thank you.

hereby I would like to file a complaint about the working progress from your employees. I've sent out a package from Malaysia to Germany since last December 2018 and the estimated arrival date was 2-3 weeks later. Due to the shipping progress, the package was damaged and had returned back to the immigrant office of Germany. The receiver had contacted the DHL in Germany and they required a declaration and an investigation letter from Postlaju Malaysia so that they will have the allowance to process the transporting. According to the receiver, both of these letters have to written and forwarded to Postlaju by me, which I did. However, with a couple of phone calls with your employees for follow up, they have been giving me different answers. By now, I still do not know, whether the letter has been forwarded to Germany or not. Please do understand, I made the payment for the whole shipping process, your employees did not inform me anything for the letters nor providing any updates for the package. We as the sender and the receiver worked through everything by ourselves, called the local DHL in Germany for more information. I wished I founded out earlier because currently they are expecting a declaration letter from Malaysia Postlaju or else the package will be resent back to Malaysia. Before I contacted Postlaju, they know nothing about my package nor the required documents, instead continuously forwarding the responsibilities to DHL in Germany. The immigrant office has informed me that the letter must go through by Postlaju, means that we are not allowed to send the letter by ourselves. The act of handling this case is extremely unacceptable and outrageous because your employees are just constantly postponing the due date for the follow-up. From my side of the expectation is to send the letters to Germany so they could continue to process the shipping. The package has contained lots of food, with the current service that your employee providing, I would assume all of the food might have been expired. I would generously hope that filing this complaint would help out my case since your employees are not doing anything for me.

parcel stuck at klia hub
My parcel ER842842366MY stucked at kLIA hub since 26 Jan 2019.
There were 2 parcels being sent out to the same address on 25 Jan 2019, I had received one of them but the above mentioned parcel seems being sent to a different location and stucked for few days.
Please proceed to deliver my parcel ASAP.
P/s: this is the second time that I had issue with Poslaju services, the first time was in Apr 2018, it took 1 week to deliver my parcel from Serdang (Selangor) to kulai (Johor). Terrible and not reliable service provider.
missing parcel
Hi Poslaju, I had a parcel with the tracking number EN274018551MY supposedly delivered to me on the 23rd of January 2019 between 5-6pm (based on my tracking of the parcel online). However, to my horror I found out today that someone had accepted the parcel on my behalf without my permission nor knowledge when I went to Pos Laju to personally enquire about my parcel. Please help me to trace back who was the one who accepted my parcel and why was my parcel being drop off to a complete stranger without Pos Laju informing me about it? Usually they will require the receiver to show their identity card as a proof of receiving the parcel. So was this safety measure not carried out in this case? missing parcel
I'm sender, i send my parcel on date 8/1/19 at poslaju nilai.But until date 12/1/19 my receiver contact me n told me didn't receive parcel.I call and make report, they say will call me and inform the status for my parcel.They told me polaju nilai has confirmed already sent out my parcel but on poslaju penang tell them didn't receive my parcel so they need to wait the answer from transit hub.This week i have called few times but they just call me wait until their confirm with the transit hub check whether my parcel is it lost or still haven't deliver, but until today i call to ask they told me my parcel was confirm missing but the problems is no any PIC call to inform me!
Is it this was the service for regular customer?!And my case need taken almost 2 weeks to solve, in between this 2 weeks my receiver was complaint so many times with me.It was affect the trust between me and my receiver, so who will bare the cost i loss?!
terrible customer service
I have been called wangsa maju branch for parcel status, wanted to request the delivery man whether can send it earlier as lately will not have people at home. However, there's no one answering my call even I called for 10 times and it's not the first time where they always never pick up call.. User busy still able to understand but even already connected to the line also never answer
parcel missing n wrong information from post laju
My parcel (rm168) had been reach at post laju klang since 7th january 2019. Yet, I have check the status of my parcel from time to time n not yet receive. Til last week (16.1.19), I call n ask where is my parcel n why the status just write "arrive at delivery facility at post laju klang".
But after I call, suddenly the second day, the column of status appear another statement, say my guard receive my parcel! N I not trust at all at this cz I always post things. If the receiver sign already, why it not appear at the first column, but second column?! I need signature of my guard. He never steal my parcels!
If post laju can't provide me any signature as a prove, u better pay me money!

Pada 26/1/2019 poslaju hantar message kata suruh collect barang kat kaunter. Yg pelik nya kita orang ada je kat rumah tp kenapa tak ada poslaju yg datang masa tu, tiba2 suruh collect kat kaunter. Lepas tu kita cal bagitau kita orang ada kat rumah, maybe dia hantar pergi alamat yang salah. Boleh pulak dia kata suruh ambik je kat kaunter. mistake in delivery
Hi,
I'm Adibah and I would like to make a complaint about wrongly attach consignment note. Two days ago my colleague went to pos laju and pick up on our return parcel. Apparently, pos laju attached the wrong consignment note. We have paste the address (Bayan Lepas, Penang) on the box but the consignment note is to deliver to Bukit Katil, Melaka.
On top of that, the condition of the return parcel is really bad.
We would like to request a refund as we pay around RM90 for this.
I hope pos laju can resolve this matter as soon as possible because our client is waiting for our parcel.

mistake in delivery

( tracking number: EP591411470MY) an item on the 17th January from Brickfields to Masai, Johor.
But i noticed the consignment was sent out to Terengganu, so i called the post laju careline at 1.53pm, and talked to Miss Wati who told me that the consignment was sent to Terengganu. The item I posted was suppose to be delivered to Masai on 20th January. She told me to email to care@pos.my of the proof of the receipt and get back to her, which i did.
I written the postcode correctly and yet a mistake was made. Before posting I requested from the staff in brickfields how long it would take to reach JB, she counterchecked the post code and told me it will be delivered on 20th January, Sunday, as Friday and Saturday is not a working day in JB.
After talking to Miss Wati, I called back the postlaju careline and talked to another lady at 2.44pm who told me that she will check and get back to me in half an hour which she did not as i did not get any call back.
Later i called the careline again at 7.56 pm and talked to Miss Ainul Munira to ask what solution can they give and i needed an answer immediately so i told her to check and get back to me in half an hour. She failed to do so too.
It is paramount that my friend receives this parcel before 22nd of January as she is flying to Indonesia. If the consignment i sent does not reach her by the time stipulated, will you'll bare the cost to send the parcel to Indonesia?
To be honest I don't need a sorry, I just need a solution, in which the customer service have failed to provide.

I ordered from SHOPEE and waiting for my parcel for a long time. But the tracking remark as "item delivered to Chong". There's not Chong in my family, and my family did not noticed pos laju's delivery around my house during the day. I do not know who's the Chong, and I am unable to reach the contact to the Chong to collect my parcel.
I requested for refund from the seller, but the seller dispute it. The address is 11, Jalan SR 2/1, Taman Serdang Raya, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor. I have been contact to pos laju belakong for few days, and it did not reach the phone call. Kindly settle this problem as soon as possible. Thanks.

Saya suruh suami saya cepat cepat pergi ambil parcel saya di Office, apabila suami saya sudah sampai dan tunjuk kertas notis, mereka beritahu saya yg barang saya boleh ambil pada hari selasa 22/01/2019 nanti . Celaka punya orang, dlm telefon cakap kena hari ni ambil sebab lastday sudah 7hari . Lepas tu apabila orang sudah sampai sana dia pula cakap hanya dlm tempoh 14 hari sahaja jadi boleh ambil pada hari selasa nanti. Sekejap cakap hari ni lastday, sekejap cakap boleh ambil pada hari selasa kerana belum sampai 14 hari... Gila punya orang dan menyusahkan orang . Kami ialah manusia bukan binatang kasi lu orang main main . Mahu cakap tolong cakap betul betul jangan main main . Tolong respect .

I am very disappointed with pos laju delivery time. No choice for me to continue waiting and make a complaint. I pos a motor from bukit mertajam, penang to kampar, perak at 9/1 and until now still at pos laju ipoh. Seriously!? From 9/1 until 11/1 at pos laju bukit mertajam, the item dispatched out three times? What? I don't understand. Then at pos laju ipoh, from 14/1 until 18/1 the item processed two times again!? Hello! Are you serious with me!? The customer service tell me will reach destination within a week, but from 9/1 I wait until today 18/1 didn't reach destination yet. What a bad service. Wey! From ipoh to kampar half hour only u know? 4 days above can't reach kampar from ipoh, but used 2 days from penang to ipoh that was 2 hours journey. What!? I really can't understand... I am so disappointed. Did you know I am in emergency need to use the motor from hostel to my university? Damn... I need to walk about 3 kilometres so long time. More than expectation of one week walking. Last thing to say... Bad delivery time of pos laju seriously!
